Very well done, I spent two years in Bolivia and many of the problems and issues are raised in a very funny and comical way without focusing on one group. It did not matter what group you were the Americans, Bolivians(Cambas,collas) or European. The narrator does a very good job explaining the history so if you have not been to Bolivia you will understand the situation.
There is substantial use of different filming techniques. There are different vantage points seen and multiple camera shots. A lot of Bolivian slang making it difficult for the non-Bolivian to understand but the director includes brief written definitions on the screen. However since the movie was subtitled in English sometimes the two overlapped.
I hope that this will be available on DVD soon, it is currently at all the Latin American Festivals
