Season 8, Episode 3

Day by day worse than yesterday...
7 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
This episode could not perform as well as the previous two episodes.

In this episode, the weaknesses of the previous episodes became more colorful! It means that not only the bugs and weaknesses of the previous episodes were not fixed, but it had become even more intense and bad.

Ezekiel's weak and ridiculous dialogues always make me feel discouraged about this series. In the sequence of the conflict between Ezekiel and Carol and his group with another group of saviors, not a single one was killed, and this makes us witness imaginary scenes.

The sequence of Rick surrendering to one of Negan's men was also very boring.

In the following, we witnessed a ridiculous and pointless fight between Morgan and Christ; It was shown in an awful way and I think it was an insult to the viewer.

The next thing was the conversation sequence between Gregory and Maggie at the hilltop, where the director was trying to make a comedy sequence out of it!

Also, at the end of this episode, when one of Negan's men shot Rick and Daryl for no reason and came out of hiding, it was a painful and disturbing scene!

But on the other hand, we saw beautiful moments in the sequence of Rick and Daryl working together in the building.

Overall this episode was very disappointing and I give it a 3!

Season 8, Episode 2

More accuracy is needed
6 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was almost like the previous episode at a level. Action lot and enjoyable! What I did not see at all in the previous season. This episode had a better performance than previous episode in action sequences. Directed and well-developed, we have made us look beautiful and delicious sequences. But I have to say that again, some mistakes and weak and ridiculous scenes caused this episode could not be perfect. Conversation sequence between Bet and Carol in the forest had severely poor and very ridiculous dialogues ((I say yes and no, say good and yes, and answer both questions yes)) Well, this is a very weak and ridiculous dialogue. And it's really unfortunate. Another defect is that in the confrontation sequence of Christ and Tara, with one of the Negi, their group was shooting in the hallway. But no voices of shooting bullets to our ears; While Christ and Tara were near them !! In general, it was good and pleasure, but it should be more accurate in a series of sectors. I give this episode 8 points.

The Walking Dead: Mercy (2017)
Season 8, Episode 1

Relatively stormy start!!
6 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
After 7 seasons of the hit series TWD, we should be off to a good start. Because the actors of the series have had the experience of starting a new season 7 times before this episode, and we definitely expect that these experiences will be effective here.

Well, unlike the previous season, this episode went straight to the main topic. It means the war between Rick and Negan!

The episode started with Rick's group attacking Negan's base, and it ended with their success.

We had no information about their plan for the attack, but this episode was directed as if we already knew their plan; This shows the fluidity of the series. So that even if someone who has never seen this series watches this episode, he will understand the case and the story. Well, this is definitely a positive thing.

But the direction was not interesting in some shots, such as the scene of the shooting at the windows of Negan base. And in some sequences, the direction was very good and strong, like the scene where drills shoot bombs!!

This episode was exactly what we wanted from this series last season. That is, with the speed of the story line, not having weak dialogues, not having purposeless sequences, and having charm!

But this episode had a strange and extremely annoying bug; The scene where Gabriel was face to face with Negan. While Gabriel could have shot him with a gun in Alshet's hand, surprisingly this did not happen.

I give this episode a 8.

Betrayal of amc
4 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
I saw the last episode of this season of the series and in my opinion, the series wanted to wrap up the whole story in this episode. But he did not appear successful in this task.

It took 16 episodes for us to see that Rick and Negan were going to fight. We saw 15 episodes of very, very slow progress and the creators wanted to make up for all the slow episodes of this season in the last episode.

I must say that we were at work this whole season, which means we were tricked and deceived!

I don't know what the creators' exact purpose was for airing this season because the whole 16 episodes were just dedicated to the fact that Negan and Rick are going to fight in season 8.

This entire season can be summarized and broadcasted in 7-8 episodes, but the producers were just looking for more advertising and money that they had such a performance.

I saw some really weak and pathetic action sequences in this episode and I really don't know what is going to happen next with the series. We have to wait and see if the next season is worth waiting for or not?!

The writers and directors had the opportunity to explore Sasha's character throughout this season, but they put it off until the very last episode where she was supposed to die. Well, this incident made Sasha's death not affect me.

The characterization and introduction of the group of garbage collectors was not good at all.

Jeffrey Morgan's acting was very good in some sequences, but in some other sequences he was weak.

The battle between Rick and his allies against Negan's group was also horrendously awful.

I give this episode 5 points and I think it was the weakest episode of this season!

The Walking Dead: Something They Need (2017)
Season 7, Episode 15

Control is out of the hands of the creators!
4 February 2024
The episode one before the end of this season of The Walking Dead series was broadcast at a very high speed, and this high speed caused weaknesses and defects to appear!

In the previous 14 episodes, the storyline was very slow and slow, and this made this episode and probably the next episode to be faster. Well, the producers of the series could speed up the episodes of this season and reduce the number of episodes.

In my opinion, the writers and directors could have spread these 15 episodes in 8 episodes!!

Well, this issue causes both the viewer's time to be wasted and the production costs of the series not to be saved.

But now it's time to talk about the important points of this episode: 1- In the meeting between Rick and the ladies of the ocean, with the least possible dialogue, they agree to cooperate with Rick. They didn't know each other before and I don't know how they agreed to cooperate with them so soon to fail!

2- When Rick and Natania were talking in the forest, two of their men were handcuffed, but I don't know how they were shooting at the zombies when the zombies attacked!!!

3- Negan's poor acting was quite visible in this episode, as if he was woken up and forced to play a scene.

In the end, I give this episode a 7.

Slower than a snail!
1 February 2024
After watching the fourteenth episode, I realized that this series really has stupid writers.

I watched a 47-minute episode, and if I really wanted to break it down for you, I'd say I could play it in just 10-12 minutes.

This episode included completely boring sequences and unrelated to the story of the series, so that if you don't watch the first 40 minutes of the series, you won't miss anything, you really won't miss anything!

There are only 3 episodes left until the end of the season and I expected to see the conclusion and speed of the series in these last 3 episodes, but I didn't see anything in this episode.

Now there are only 2 episodes left until the end of the season and I don't know how the makers are going to end the series well.

I really didn't see any significant progress in the storyline of the series during these 14 episodes. If I want to summarize this chapter, it is:

((Rick and his gang are looking to team up with the other gangs so they can get revenge on Negan and it still hasn't quite happened...)) Yes, this is the summary of this season so far!!!

I give this episode a 5.

Morgan is back
1 February 2024
This episode was actually a prelude to the kingdom's unification with Hilltop and Rick's group.

This episode was not a bad episode, but maybe because we only saw one story line in this episode, it was not liked by many people!

I have mentioned many times that the creators of the series should not consider one story line for each episode, because I believe that it is more interesting and acceptable if several story lines are shown simultaneously in one episode.

Currently, there are only 3 episodes left in this season, and while the show has generally scored fairly well per episode so far, the overall pace of this season has been extremely slow and slow, which is perhaps This makes the series really become a moving dead! I give this episode a 8!

This is a spin-off of Rick and Michonne
31 January 2024
This episode was not a bad episode, but it wasn't great either. The couple of Rick and Michonne is acceptable, but of course, it needs to be a little more mature and more harmonious. We also saw attractive and almost perfect sequences, but the point that makes me a little discouraged about this episode is that The process of this episode was a bit slow and even some sequences did not have any changes in the process of the series... In the next episodes, we will definitely wait for the meeting of Rick and the people on the island (the same people that Rita met) Ezekiel and... also made this episode monotonous, which I don't like at all. I actually want all the storylines to follow at the same time, not like this! I give this episode an 8.

Return to factory mode!
24 January 2024
After watching some excellent and quality episodes, this time I saw a monotonous and lack of excitement episode. But it's not a big problem because the excellent performance of the previous 4 episodes can partially offset the weakness of this episode! Well, after a long time of seeing only one story line shown in an episode, well I don't like that very much and I believe that the story lines should be progressing at the same time, because TWD is actually more successful that way and this The issue has been proven many times. The elegance and transparency of Eugene's acting was completely palpable and visible, this actor has a wonderful performance and has shown it to us many times. This episode could have moved the story lines forward like the previous few episodes but it didn't, and it wasn't as interesting as the early episodes. I don't know why the creators believe in this kind of show, I don't like it at all. I give this episode a 7.

Warning: Spoilers
I enjoyed watching this episode.

Good and acceptable acting, the flow of the story, and also the fascinating sequence of Rick's battle with zombies!

The sequence of Rick's fight with the zombie was very good and beautiful, but I think they spent a little time on it.

Ezekiel and Carol's storyline has a relatively convincing pace. In the meeting sequence between Ezekiel and Carol, the direction and the type of filming was really poor and I did not like it.

In this episode, there was no mention of Negan, the absence of Negan in the previous two episodes can give a big blow to the series.

In conclusion, I give this episode a 9.

Quantity should not be sacrificed for quality!
23 January 2024
Fortunately, the first episode of the second half of the season was able to continue the upward progress of the quality of the previous episodes. Episodes 7-8-9 created a solid bridge in this season. The simultaneous advancement of storylines and the design of exciting and beautiful sequences make this episode get 10 points. Well, this is good news and I really want this process to continue. And I also understood that the only reason the previous episodes were one-dimensional was actually to buy time for the creators because they definitely wanted this season to have 16 episodes, so there's no need to insist. It's okay if the number of episodes is short, but it's quality and lovely. Quantity should not be sacrificed for quality.

Keep it up!
22 January 2024
This episode continued the acceptable performance of the previous episode. And now I've seen 2 quality episodes, and I hope I don't see every episode being one-dimensional again. Good writing, good acting, good directing and good dialogues, as well as the parallel storylines in this episode (Carol and Morgan - Alexandria - Maggie and Sasha - Daryl and Christ - Michonne), made us witness a perfect episode. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I believe that in the next half season we will see a better show than these 8 episodes, if the creators don't make it happen.....I give this episode full marks.

improving...
22 January 2024
Well, in this episode, we introduced the character of Nigan, which I think was done well. The positive point of this episode compared to the previous episodes was the simultaneous development of the story lines, something that we did not see in the previous episodes. And this case made us see the usual TWD again. What I can't get over is why there was no showing of Tara? In this episode, we saw very good acting and they were quite enjoyable. I hope the trend of the series is as good as this, but the creators should not forget the main theme of the series, which is to deal with zombies! Finally, I give this episode a 9.

Beautiful but imperfect...!
21 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
After watching the sixth episode, it eased a little of my frustration from the boredom of the previous episodes. This episode could have been one of the best episodes of the season, but it didn't happen because of obvious bugs and errors! One of the bugs was definitely the very weak and bad characterization of the island's characters. In the first sequence of encountering them, I saw their anger and cruelty, and in the next sequence, I witnessed their immense kindness to Tara!! Well, this was very strange for me. One thing I have a problem with is that the opening sequence of Tara's fight with the zombies on the bridge was directed to make it look like her friend had run away, but in her flashback she hadn't. I don't really understand this kind of direction. And in my opinion, this type of direction did not have any effect on the series and on the audience. I feel sorry because this episode could have been one of the best episodes of the series if it had a little better characterization... I give this episode a 7.

Episode 5
20 January 2024
4 episodes have passed since the terrible events of the first episode and we are still in the time of despair! And this is really unfortunate, 4 episodes means 4 weeks, 4 weeks that the progress of the story is zero!

It's been 4 weeks that I've seen the disappointment of the characters in the series and I don't know why the series has dropped so much.

But after seeing the end of this episode, I was a little hopeful that the next episode could be faster and more interesting, of course, if the creators don't dedicate the entire next episode to Morgan and Carol...!

In the end, congratulations should be given to the actor who played the role of Gregor because he really did a brilliant performance.

I give this episode a 7.

A little hope in the midst of absolute despair
18 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
One of the positive points of this episode was its timing. Because seriously, it took exactly 1 hour to prove that Rick and his gang are afraid of Negan. But what worries me is that the creators are trying to leave no hope for the viewers, that is, Rick is not really able to fight Negan. ! But we found out in the previous episode that Negan's staff doesn't have fond memories of him, and this could cause Negan to slip up, of course, in the future! ... Well, the next thing to note is that Rick's group seems to have forgotten the events of the first episode so quickly, it annoys me. But among all this, we have to be proud of the wonderful acting of Andrew Lincoln and the actor who played Negan, because they were really great at their jobs. I give this episode an 8.

We need some creativity!
17 January 2024
After watching this episode, I realized that there is no need for the producers to consider 16 episodes for each season. In fact, this episode, like last week's episode, was aimless and only prolonged the process of the series. The creators tried to reduce the criticism by bringing Negan and Daryl, but in my opinion they did not succeed. This episode was a little more tolerable than the previous episode, but still not acceptable. It is possible to bring all the story lines of the series to the peak of excitement at the same time, but the writer and director were not creative in this matter. In this episode, we learned that Nigan's employees are not too happy with him, and this could be the reason for their revolution against their boss, although it is difficult. In the end, I give this episode a score of 6!

Calm after the storm
16 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Well, the second episode followed with much less calm after the previous stormy episode. The introduction of new characters to the world of the series was one of the most important events, especially the character of Ezekiel. But what contradicted the logic of the series was Ezekiel's weak characterization. Because he considers himself a king and people follow him as a king, but he didn't have the characteristics and behaviors of a king at all... It was clear from his speech and politics. The next weakness of this episode was the very weak and boring dialogues. In the conversation sequence between Carol and Ezekiel, a series of dialogues were exchanged, which were really boring and did not have much effect on the series. And the next weakness was not continuing the story line of Rick and his group. I was so excited to see what Rick and his crew were up to, but this decision by the writer and director bothered me. Finally, I give this episode a score of 5 and I hope that this poor result will be compensated in the next episode.

Negan is a monster...
15 January 2024
I must say that this episode was one of the best episodes and maybe even the best episode of the entire series, of course, in terms of the attractiveness and stress of the format on the events of this episode. The character of Negan was introduced in a way that shocked everyone, that is, all the characters of the series like Rick and Daryl and others were afraid of his behavior and movements, this made us as viewers understand the feeling of Negan's brutality and cruelty. . It seems that in this season we have to wait for a full-scale war between Rick and Negan, a war that will definitely be more difficult and sensitive than the war with the governor. If I were the creators of the series, I would keep Negan's character in the series for at least two more seasons, because from the very first episode, we have a feeling of hatred towards him, and this issue can force us to watch the series! I give this episode a 10.

I love this serial!
25 January 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The second episode released and heavily surprised me, this episode was very simple and lovely, everything was as good as it was, and nothing was adding something !! In this episode, we saw a documentary from the post-apocalyptic world that had very beautiful and attractive landscapes; We had traveling to Indonesia and the hotels and museums of Boston. Our director has adapted well with the apocalyptic atmosphere, and we see a documentary or a voga of surfing in the apocalyptic world, what I was expecting was that at the end of this episode, I wanted to see Joel's inconvenience! It did not seem to be saddened by Joel, sad and sad happening in the final sequence that this surprised me so much !! I greatly enjoyed watching these 50 minutes, and I will wait for the next episode, and I hope that the makers will extend the series for the second season. My logic says that I have to rate this episode, but I really like to score 10 because it was very pleasant and beautiful, I give points 9, but nothing will diminish the values of this series, and I hope that the series will continue to continue its good trend in the next episodes!

Towards evolution
21 January 2023
This episode was an improvement over the previous episode. This episode was more interesting and better than the previous one.

There was a lot of attention to detail and that's great!

Now 4 episodes of this season have passed and we have to wait for the evolution and maturity of this series in the next episodes, although this episode had also reached a relative evolution.

I'm watching this season in 2023, which means this episode aired 13 years ago, and I think it's very well made. But I saw some problems in this part that I have to say!

Sudden change of characters in this episode: In the previous episode, we saw another character of Walter White's wife, but in this episode, her behavior changed suddenly. And we saw such a problem in Walter White's partner, which was undeniable.

I give this episode a 9.

New competitor for TWD
16 January 2023
The first episode of The Last of Us series was released.

It was a good start and I think it could turn into a lovely series.

The opening sequence of this episode reminded me of the movie "Don't look up!" This series is among the group that is adapted from a video game, like Resident Evil! But comparing The Last of Us and Resident Evil in the world of movies and series is not the right thing; Because it is quite clear that The Last of Us has been better in this field so far.

The series has done a good job in choosing the actors and it can be said that the agents have been very careful in choosing the actors.

It was said that the choice of Bella Ramzi in the role of Ellie was wrong, but I don't think it was a bad choice, Bella Ramzi looks very similar to the character of Ellie in The Last of Us. Of course, we must not forget that he acted very well!

Pedro Pascal was also a wonderful choice!! It seems that he was created for acting in this role!

The point I want to say is that finally the walking dead series can have a serious and powerful competitor in the zombie genre, of course, provided that The Last of Us makes changes to its video game.

Now I want to get into the details of the series: the writing in this episode was very good! The story had an acceptable pace and the makers had avoided extra scenes and I really liked it!

The lighting was very good! The type of filming was excellent (especially in the scene of driving a car) The voiceovers were also very good and timely!

But this episode did not have one of its important elements! The existence of zombies was scary. In the first part of this episode, which took place in 2003, we saw zombies that were no different from ordinary people in terms of makeup (only their mouths were bloody). But if a series is not going to have enough budget, then why would they want to make an adaptation of a huge video game!

So we can conclude: maybe because zombies were born for the first time in 2003, those zombies we saw were the initial version of zombies and maybe in the continuation of the series we will see more evolved versions of them!! !

I really like this series to develop until it becomes a rival to the walking dead series. Maybe the walking dead series has declined in the last few years due to lack of competitors in this genre. And if these two series compete with each other, we will witness two fantastic series in zombie style!

I give 10 points.

15 January 2023
The second episode was better than the opening episode.

In the previous episode, nothing was in order.

Now Everything was messy and not good at all. The second episode was better but still had some problems.

I actually expected to see a fantastic series because it's so trending right now; But I was not very satisfied until now.

This episode was able to introduce the characters to us a bit better and that is good. In this episode, we saw a better story than the previous one.

But the music of this series has fascinated me so far, so that I am willing to listen to the opening and closing credits until the end! It is clear that the music of the series has a special atmosphere.

I give 6 points.

Good final but I don't like it pretty!
11 January 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The last episode of the series was released and we encountered an unexpected event in the first few minutes, that is, Reinira giving birth!

I think it is a positive thing that they surprised us at the very beginning of the episode.

The creators very soon confronted us with the atmosphere of the finale of this series and they were able to create the stress of the battle that is going to happen in us. But we didn't see a battle!

We already knew that Daemon Targaryen had a very good and powerful army, but we had no information about the Kings Landing army.

So far so good!

I have already said that the producers pay a lot of attention to details and one of the reasons for this in this episode is the imperfection of the baby! It can be well proven from the point of view of medical science that the baby born from a family marriage (very close relatives) is most likely defective; We have seen this many times throughout the series.

The next important and debatable sequence is the one where Renira is crowned, which I think was too early. They should have waited more, I think it would have been better if this happened at the end of the episode, once and for all!

The final that I loved hasn't happened yet!

So I have to wait... The interesting thing I found out was that Rhynera had just given birth and yet she was walking and riding a dragon just fine! While in episode 6, she couldn't walk well until 3 days after giving birth!! This is a strange problem.

The next issue is planning for war! Renira and Damon intend to use their dragons to enter the battle; This issue promises us that in the next season we are going to witness an attractive battle between dragons.

The meeting between hand of king and Renira was not very good in my opinion and could have had better dialogues!

Traveling with a dragon to winterfell and... was an attractive idea for the show, but the choice of its drivers was not logical at all.

How do children who have never been to those cities want to find their way?! Maybe there are some ideas for them!

It's true!! Very good ideas have been considered. In my opinion, the final sequence of this episode was one of the best sequences of 2022! Finally we saw part of the dance of dragons.

This episode was a good introduction to the big and exciting battle that is going to be shown 2 years later!!!

In general, the episode was not very good, of course, except for the last 5 minutes!

My opinion about the first chapter: This season had problems and weaknesses that must be fixed for the next season.

In general, this chapter was an introduction to the next chapters.

I give this episode an 8!

So bad! I can't believe it
11 January 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The penultimate episode was released and I did not see what I expected and I can conclude that the series does not have a clear situation, that is, I want to say that the series is not stable, it is very good in one episode and not good in another episode, I don't know why.

Why should we see a bad episode after the eighth episode, which was a great episode!

In this episode, there is no explanation about Agan's disappearance, I want to say that his disappearance had no effect on the series and as always the writers wanted to increase the time of the series.

Another thing is that this episode was boring like half of the other episodes, I was really expecting an exciting episode like the previous one.

In my opinion, during these 9 episodes, harmony between the elements of the series has not been established. We should probably wait for the second season so that the flaws and problems of the first season are resolved and we will see more harmony in the next season.

We all know that the king's daughter has a child named Agan, but the queen didn't even think about which one the king meant?

Even the people of the kingdom's landing are very quick to believe, and this is a sign of mocking the viewers!

We did not see two of the main characters of this series in this episode and this can cause a weak connection between the viewer and the characters.

I gave the previous episode a 10, but this episode I give a 3.
