Karen Pirie (2022)
More podcasts are needed
What really is important is the sentiment behind a production. In society, the justice system does not care about women, and is not interested in chasing real pedophiles and bringing them to justice among other things. You can tell that the makers of this series carry that sentiment, and are invested personally in it, and there you have good writing production and execution of a good murder mystery. You also get the sense of the powers that be are comfortable, from this series, and there needs to be an Awakening. It also reminds us that false accusations are still a sport. More often than not, we need fresh faces to be leads in these roles in these series. This series proves that.
Malicious (1995)
Psycho
We all know that movies like this get tagged the same way. Stalker woman in it is called a psycho B. Sure enough film experts and psychiatrists study of the female lead played by Molly ringwald, and develop the idea of personality disorder. Mind you, this is based on a fictitious character. But let's face it, this is how those psychiatrists and film experts and men in general feel about a woman in that position. But guess what? If this movie were remade, and Molly ringwald starred opposite Denzel Washington, the woman would not be called a psychobee. The man would get the blame, and he would be called a fornicator. That's Hollywood. That's the minions.
She Says She's Innocent (1991)
In this day and age it's important to be transparent
This movie is about a subject, that is somehow minimized on a regular basis in Hollywood. But because of Hollywood's horrific false accusation of a beloved music icon, the real Hollywood has been revealed. Sinister is putting it kindly. Having said that, this movie is an excellent murder mystery, with a strongly written script, and great performances led by the intense and super actress Charlotte Ross. If you're wondering what this movie is about, and why Hollywood truly outed itself in an irreversible way, by never using the word, that described the sinister Central subject matter of this movie, the movie is about pedophilia.
New Amsterdam (2018)
Predictable show predictable response.
It's still 1967. Not 2023. The show does present Hollywood's favorite optic, the Bob hearts Abishola optic, when it comes to couples. As predicted, every user critic in here loves that optic. What they do not love is the Guess Who's Coming to Dinner optic. The other predicted thing about the show, is once you start telling the truth about racism, they're always collective turning off of the show. That has happened here. Fortunately for the makers of this show, you started out giving them what they want in the first season. That's all it takes in today's present formats for you to have a hit show. Take your advice from the makers of this show. Be advised that race relations in America are still very much 1950. Plan accordingly.
Blindspot (2015)
Glossy
Action packed, not boring, checks all the boxes. Rare, and unadvertised. Advertising a square one in this business, so it is disappointing that this did not get the hype that a lot of shows get. Now the lead guy seems angry all the time, and the opening sequence isn't fooling anyone, you know he'll end up with the girl. It seems he's trying to hard to act like he's just all business, but he does take a long look and if it is angry supposedly. Perhaps there's frustration. Outside of that, it's gritty, the characters are strong. I don't know why they are complaints about that kind of thing. It deserves it's 10 Stars.
Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (1967)
AFI (100 Guess Who's Coming to Dinner)
This movie was removed from the AFI 100. Yet some users say that's how it was back then in 1967. This movie was removed from the AFI 100. You got some users say that's how it was back then in 1967. This movie was removed from the AFI 100 in 2007. Yes some of the same critics, say this movie was that about which was that way back in 1967. Some critics in here say this movie should not be on the AFI 100. And those same critics say that this movie is about something that happened back in 1967. Those same critics say that's this couple should not be together. It doesn't matter what the reasons were. Those critics thought so in the present time that they wrote their critic writing. This critic straight up comes out and says there's no reason why this couple should not be together. Today. There were some things in this movie that hurt me personally.
