Great comedy with lots of action
2 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
We fell in love with the team behind this project some time ago when we first watched Alibi, which we highly recommend if you want more of this action style comedy movies.

When I saw that another movie from this talented & passionate French Team would open in cinema, I couldn't wait. Therefore, we went as soon as it opened in our country, on 2nd December and we weren't dissappointed.

This is a 90 minutes comedy packed with lots of action scences greatly captured. We laughed so much that we got a stomach ache. They put a lot of references to movies like Mission: Impossible, Indiana Jones, Terminator, even Captain America.

The shots in Abu Dhabi were great, very nice visuals and great timing from all the characters when it comes to jokes.

We were dissapointed when they got the second diamond, as we knew the ending was close, but the nose of David Guetta kept our spirit up. 90 minutes flew by and felt like 10.

We highly recommend this movie, as it happens very rare these days to watch an unfiltered comedy filled with action and jokes. It kind of reminds me of Rush Hour series.

I will keep an eye on these talented people, waiting for their next projects. Meanwhile, this movie is well-worth the watch.

Not a comedy!!
2 May 2023
Even though the movie is rated as a comedy, 90% of it is drama, with only 2-3 scences with medium laugh. The action is surrounding the main character Abel, through the life of his newly married mother with an ex prisoner.

There are a few scenes that showcase love and appreciation, especially between elder people, which I find great because not a lot of movies are doing that.

The only funny character was Clemence, which is a secundary character with not a lot of screen time, but she ends up an important part in the plot.

I was expecting a lot more funny scences, as I had great experiences with some French movies, but even the music and the way it was filmed reminded me of a drama waiting to happen.
