Das Boot (1981)
Perhaps the greatest film ever made.
German war movies are not so usual. Especially not about The Second World War. That's one reason "Das Boot" is greater than other war movies. I've seen "Stalingrad" too, but that wasn't even close too "Das Boot". You are with these people for about 3½ hours, if you watch the director's cut version. It's very realistic and thrilling. See it. It's one of the best movies ever and the best anti-war movie ever. 10/10
Åsa-Nisse i rekordform (1969)
The last one of the twenty movies about Åsa-Nisse
I rented this movie already knowing that it is one of the worst movies ever to have left swedish ground. The last one of the twenty movies about Åsa-nisse. This time without his friend klabbarparen ( they must have forgotten about him ). But the money I spent was well worth it. Me and my friends had a really good time watching this. It reaches such absurd spots that I nearly began to think that this is not a comedy, this is art! Bunuel watch out! Here comes Ragnar Frisk!
Duel (1971)
Spielberg's classic
I think this movie is great. Dennis Weaver is really great as David Mann. He's getting terrorized by a giant truck! almost the entire film is in the desert, and a car chase. I hope the dvd is great, too. I really recommend it. 9/10 :)
Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari (1920)
"Du mußt Caligari werden!"
This is a great film, made in 1919 with Werner Krauss and Conrad Veidt. It's one of the best silent horror films, and I think I give it: 4/5 :)
A Clockwork Orange (1971)
One of the best movies i have ever seen!
A Clockwork Orange is one of the best movies I know. The story, the music, the actors, yes everything is great! Malcolm McDowell is great as Alex, and I think it's sad he never did a good movie after this. Stanley Kubrick is the best director!
The Phantom of the Opera (1925)
Lon Chaney's masterpiece
1925, The Phantom Of The Opera came, and that is Lon Chaney's best movie ever! The Man of a thousand faces is the great monster actor, and he made some other classics like, The hunchback Of Notre-Dame and London After Midnight (Lost film). I highly recommend This film, and I really think it's the best movie of the silent era!
