The Handmaid's Tale (2017)
It's getting old.
Pretty sure that if they cut together all the shots of June close-ups staring blankly at the camera, they could cover at least half a season.
They need to either have Hannah rescued, or killed off because this story arc needs to be finished. It's so much more of the same, that I won't be watching the next season if it continues.
Maybe a new arc where June and Lucas with help from Moira start a new movement against Gilead. Using Hannah's death as a flashpoint to motivate people. I don't know, anything else but "I still need to risk myself to rescue my daughter"
It is getting tiresome and I'm losing my interest.
Alag: He Is Different.... He Is Alone... (2006)
Powder goes to Bollywood
Remember that movie "Powder" from the 90s? The hairless albino kid with electric powers found after his caregiver died? This is a derivative copy of that movie with some Bollywood flair thrown in. They did try to change it up with the addition of an evil scientist, but the movie was the same. Right down to the weird hat that Powder wore. Props for trying to add a love interest though. Although it is very unlikely that a woman that good looking was single in the first place! Even more unlikely that she falls in love with this guy in less than a couple of weeks! Try harder!
It's like they didn't even try.
Durante la tormenta (2018)
Frequency much?
I would have given a higher rating if I hadn't already Frequency.
Whole storyline is almost exactly like Frequency.
Mysterious storms, a race against time, a future being changed....
