This film is simply boring, as are perversions, fixations and all that stuff that in general interests solely psychoanalists,and that because they get paid to listen to such idiotic craziness. Huppert is OK in this horrid movie, nevertheless I would not save her from the blast. This film is garbage.

Imogen Stubbs dispells an air of innocence and angelical nature that is very much becoming for this film. In the end, she's not naive, just in love; plainly so. How she deals with this love and, on the other hand with herself is a humane and nostalgic tour on how life usually is. Not to be missed.
