I've just been watching this drama (which was my 1st Asian drama)few days ago and unfortunately I didn't understand how this drama has an average vote of 8/10? How was it possible? The principal actors are well acting yet it's not enough to make it be a "really good drama". The story could be better done. So many non sense and weak situations made this drama "hard to watch" until the end. I had some tears in some moment but it doesn't mean I'd cry from the beginning until the end (like the two principal actors did during the whole drama which was also non sense for me). Yes it was a sad drama, a touching one but I think the producer couldn't find the way to share and show the deep feelings of the two lovers.

This is why I vote 6/10 because more than 6/10 would be hard to give. Sorry.

I saw this movie few days ago and I'm happy that I didn't go to watch it in the cinema!

Poor acting, no script that worth it just nothing unfortunately!

It was like everybody wanted to have sex only. They (all the actors in the movie) were all thinking about sex and to call this a "romantic movie" is just awful and pathetic.

Where is the romance? Where is LOVE? I would rather watch a Bollywood movie instead of this disaster. I don't recommend it at all! Don't waste your precious time, please.

I saw this movie two times (one alone and one with my little sister) and now I'm here to write my thoughts and give a vote to it.

I'll give 6/10. The music is nice, the story line isn't that bad yet it could be better (i'm talking about the scenario). I didn't find it that convincing. The principal actors are playing nice yet for me it's hard to believe that the girl Taani didn't recognize that the 2 characters are the same (talking about Shahrukh Khan' roles).

I advice you to watch it at least one time (for Shahrukh Khan and for the pretty songs). The new actress is playing well for her 1st movie with Shahrukh Khan she was acting not that bad.

I saw this movie and I thought I wouldn't like it because it's kinda an old one yet I was really surprised in a good way because the actors play, the story, the script and everything was well done and credible.

I liked the songs..especially the "I'm the best" one song by the 2 actors at different times and moments. Yet both were so great and lovely.

So I advice you to watch it for the actors, the music and the deepness of this movie with a tender and "politicaly" correct way of playing of the 2 actors.

Enjoy it! My result: 6/10. Watch it at least once.

I saw this movie lately and now I'll try to comment about it in few words: There is nothing interesting in the whole movie. It's so boring sometimes. The story line is so simple and not connecting at all that when we end it we aren't satisfied at all.

There is nothing about he chemistry between the 2 principal actors. If only the story was more credible and the script stronger than what we had to see.

I liked the dress of the actors and the general colors of this movie. The music was too modern I didn't like it.

It's the kind of movie to watch once and never again.

After a long time of hesitation I've been watching this movie last night.

Now my impressions about it: I didn't like the scenario neither the actors's play. I think it's too much: Baazigar, Darr and this one all talking topic: a man deeply in love with deep mental problems! For some reasons I don't like movies when SRK plays the psycho pat rules. Not that he's not convincing, just that he's better in more "normal" and normally romantic way (without being a killer or a psycho pat for as much".

About Madhuri Dixit, she's a good actor yet for some reasons I don't like that much her way of acting in this movie (maybe not convincing that much).

Any way watch this movie only one time ..no more.

First I hesitated before watching this movie yet I couldn't forget its effects on me and especially the good playing of Shahrukh Khan who showed me that I was maybe wrong to think bad about his talents.

The movie was nice. The story was credible and well done. The play of the actors was just great.

The songs were really lovely and involving especially the title song "Main Hoon Na". I've been watching this movie for the actors and the songs at least 2 times.

So watch it and believe me you won't regret at the end because it will for sure leave you good impressions.

I've been watching this movie by hoping to find a pretty and interesting story yet the story line wasn't good at all. The play of the actors weren't any better.

Of course Shahrukh Khan was there yet he wasn't enough to make this movie "credible" and interesting.

I've read that this movie was based on the novel of Flaubert "Madame Bovary" yet for me I didn't see it matching with the Indian mentality.

In general we buy movie to dream and have a good time, not to waste our time and change our mood into worse. I just can't understand how it could get such a "high" vote with an average of 6.8/10.

So it's the kind of movie you should run away & ignore because there is nothing to appreciate in it! You will just waste your time unless if you like "dark movie" with "strange and non sense story".

I've just been watching this movie after a long time of hesitation because I was afraid to regret it yet the result wasn't bad after all.

I liked the general idea of the movie, the actor's playing wasn't bad at all even if there was some non sense in it (like a dumb deaf person who's singing some songs). Any way it's maybe normal in Indian movies so I can't criticize it.

So I advice to watch this movie at least one time because you won't regret the great credible lovers couple Shahrukh Khan and Madhuri Dixit.

I give 7/10 and believe this movie could be better if they payed attention to some important details.

I found this movie nice still not that deep and special as expected.

When I see the average results of this movie I really don't understand how it has such a high votes. After having watched it one time I have the feeling that either the long dialogs, the funny scenes, the story line, the sport played in the movie and more much be better understood and appreciated IF I was Indian because I didn't understand it totally and didn't like it that much after all.

For me it's the kind of movie I'd watch once and never watch it again. Still the history is nice, the songs aren't that much "special" yet the actors are good and that's maybe enough to make it appreciated by 84% of people on line.

Something strange little bit annoying me: why is Shahrukh Khan smoothing that much from the beginning until the end of the movie? ;-)

My result: 7/10 which isn't that much bad yet it could be better :)

I've been watching this movie few months ago and i didn't appreciate it after all. Now I'll give some comments about it.

First of all I found it too much occidental. The story isn't convincing, the actors aren't convincing also. We don't believe to their love stories and for some reasons the scenario wasn't that great! Their was something annoying psychologically and not true from the beginning until the end of the movie which's a lack from the scenario (too cold, less deep, too much away from the Indian values and morals).

There was no special and attractive songs.

In conclusion: watch it once and that's all! Don't waste your time more!

My results is: 6/10 (wich's even too much).

I waited until I found finally this DVD.

First of all I didn't watch the 1st and original movie with Amitabh Bachchan in 1978 so I can't compare with it.

Yet this movie is really well done. Good story, with good special effects, good actors (they play really in a good way and the most important they are convincing).

Just few critics about it: When we think in a deeper way we can see that there is some inconsistency in the story (some things that they say happened that it would be impossible to happen in reality). Still it's just a detail when you think about the movie in general and the special effects it gives you at the end.

So I give 8/10 and I advice you to watch it because you won't regret it.

I've been watching it and I had some questions in my mind.

I realized that more or less my 1st impression wasn't wrong after all. It's a nice movie yet it could be better. I meant the topic, the way the actors play and the musics could be better also! I didn't understand the story about the "angel"..wich was for me little bit stupid (excuse me) for the word. Because the strange thing was how this angel looked like! With this movie we aren't deeply touched or wounded..we aren't deeply convinced by the love story. I believe it could be much better.

I advice you to watch it but to not expect that much from it so you won't be disappointed.

Gone With The Wind is a beautiful romantic movie I've ever seen. I found everything in this movie so great and wonderful. The actors and the way they are playing is just touching and convincing.

Scarlett and Rhett are just unforgettable in this movie even after all those years it's a movie that'll never get old or forgotten.

For me I didn't see any movie nicer and as well done as this great "classical" from the American cinema! So just watch it and be sure that you'll never regret seeing it because it's just unique! My vote is 10/10 because everything in this movie is so nice, the actors, their acts, the scenes, the dialogs..the story itself just so convincing and passionate!

This is the kind of movie that I advice to watch at least one time so you can see Shahrukh Khan in a different way of playing. For the 1st time he wasn't a cool, nice and romantic lover as we got used to see him in different movies during the majority of his "movies list".

I found him convincing in his act. Yet I believe we could have a different scenario. Maybe we didn't need to have such kind of violences and violent scenes in it to understand and appreciate the movie. Maybe the movie could have been done in a different way to communicated to the public its message.

This is why I give 7/10 because it was still a nice one even if I didn't like the songs that much. I also didn't understand how the songs got rewarded while they aren't that much pretty to hear. Maybe it's a question of "taste" as we say in french.

I really liked this movie even if it's true in some scenes we feel bored and I think it could be better done.

Yet the songs are really nice. The landscapes also (especially the one in Europe). The story is simple but I think it was the intention of the producer (to produce something which relates the reality).

I give 7/10 to this movie especially for the songs and for the landscapes which take us miles away at least during 3 hours so we forget our problems and daily life to enter in the world of 2 "different" kind of lovers which 2 opposite personalities.

To watch more than one time because really enjoyable songs, musics and landscapes!

It's true that the colors, glamors, songs are really nice in this movie yet the history isn't believable nor the plays of the actors. I didn't understand how altos of people could like this movie while even the love story doesn't seem to be real at all! Again the actors are just playing a scenario where there was something missing: realism. I'm sure it would be much better with a different end (even if I don't know if the producer was obligated to follow the script of this Devdas (2002) which was be-saying a remake of the 1955 one? Again it's a movie you can watch only ONE time just for the colors, pretty dress and songs but for nothing deeper because there is no special emotions and no good dialogs! Everything is about appearance and the good and pretty way of looking outside with emptiness inside humans. So my result is 4/10 which isn't that bad after all for such "sad" movie.

I've been watching this movie recently and I really found it nice.

It's the kind of movie we are really missing because nowadays even in the Indian movie sector we can't see a movie which provides a good actors plays, good scenario, pretty songs.

Naturally the couple SRK-Kajol is really a perfect match!The rare films they are both together was well done and got a lot of success.

So don't wait too much and go and watch it because I believe you won't regret it at all! I'm not Indian and unfortunately I must satisfy myself with the subtitles which are not that good.

I found it great! Go please watch it!

I've watched this movie on DVD few weeks ago and I advice to people to I'watch it because it's a really nice one.

Of course some sequences could be better thought and played because sometimes it was little bit boring yet the general point of view is that this movie should be watched especially by romantic and sensitive persons.

Again the story is nice.The actors showed good performances. Kajol and Sharuh Khan are really convincing and make a beautiful couple. It's like they are meant to be together.

The subtitles in french are sometimes really strange and hard to be understood. Sometimes we regret not being able to understand directly in the original language (india).

Before ending this first comment I make about Indian movie, let me say this: the songs are really nice too.
