Bloodsuckers from Outer Space (1984)
One of a kind!
It's been years since I saw this movie and for one I must say this is one of the lamest but greatest horror movies of all time. The acting is bad and the props are corny but honestly I love this movie dearly. If I had a copy of it I would never sell or trade it for anything.
It's been twelve years since I've seen it but if you ever come across this movie rent it or buy it! I must say this is one of a kind. the reason why I loved this movie is because the creators didn't take this project to seriously. To me they did it for fun and for a good time.
If you don't like low budget horror flicks stay away but I'm telling you, if you pass this movie up you'll be kicking yourself later. Where is Anchor Bay Entertainment when you need them! DVD Please!

Ray Stevens Comedy Video Classics (1992)
Excellent film.
Ray Stevens a man with talent and skill. The video's he make are right down fun and entertaining. I saw this film on television late at night. Then I came across it five months later at a video store. So I rented it and loved it once again. It's kind of a hard movie to watch if you don't like country, but I don't like country and i liked it. Just sit back and watch these seven or eight music video's and by the time the film is done you'll have a different attitude towards the film. 4 stars out of 5 stars.
Blood Beach (1980)
Average horror flick.
I saw this movie when I was ten years old and for growing up watching all sorts of horror flicks I can be safe to say I am use to anything. This movie has bad acting but there was something creepy about it. Every death was the same, someone gets sucked underneath the beach. But I pictured myself in that situation being eaten alive. There was only really one scene that got to me. Some old lady is walking by herself and sits up on this porch or something. Then following her is a cop, (If I can remember correctly) then he tells her to come with him and she looks at him like she knows whats gonna happen. Then he begins to sink in to the sand. He begins to scream and she just looks at him like nothing is happening. And he is sucked under slowly but surely. I have no idea why but for some reason everytime I watch that part it sends chills down my spine.
This is a rare horror flick, it's like "Tremors" (1990) but not as bloody, but if you ever see this movie rent it for the hell of it.
Ghosts of Mars (2001)
Not the best movie in the world but it's worth a watch.
When a group of police officers are sent to pick up a criminal at a remote region they find out he's the least of there troubles. The whole town has been taken over by people that have been possessed by the spirits of evil Martian's. Now I really liked this movie and not just because Anthrax did the music, but because you could not stop or truly kill the Martian's. If you killed the host the spirit would jump to another body and you figure what happens from there on. The leader of the Martian's is named "Big Daddy Mars" who reminds me of Marilyn Manson in a way. If you liked Carpenter's earlier film "Vampires" you will probably like this one due to the fact that it's an army of evil people trying to kill the good guys. Make up and special effects are really good and graphic. The only thing that I didn't care for was that there were too many flashbacks and I mean a lot. Sometimes scenes would take place in a flashback, within a flashback, and yes...within a flashback. But it's all good nothing to worry about. If you love Carpenter movies then you'll love everything in this movie from the skin ripping and head chopping crazies to the flying round sharp powerblades that will slice your head right off! Enjoy! 8 / 10 Stars
Non ho sonno (2001)
Argento is back!
Dario Argento is back with his newest piece of art, "Sleepless". When a series of murders pop up all over the city it brings a retired cop (Max von Sydow) out of retirement to hunt down the crazed maniac. He believes it to be "The Dwarf Killer" from seventeen years ago but everyone thinks that killer is dead. In my opinion this is one of the many rare descent mystery horror flicks of today. The story is supreme and ironic, it will literally blow you away including throw you off. You will never guess who the killer is and his motive. Some of the deaths are just brutal! This is a for must see for everyone just remember to rent the DVD and not the VHS. DVD version is unrated unlike the VHS is rated and has over half the good stuff cut out. Argento fans will not be disappointed.
Premutos - Der gefallene Engel (1997)
German films are the best.
It took me two years to finally find this movie and when I did I bought it right away. Then never seeing it before I expected something really bloody and gory...man did I get a surprise. Premutos is beyond gory and rates up there with Peter Jackson's ~ "Braindead", which one is gorier?...well that's a toss up.
If I can remember correctly it's about a boy who leads a normal life but whenever a great amount of pain is inflicted on him he has flashbacks of years and years ago. Basically he is Premutos the fallen angel. And when he gets hurt he can see the past of what he went through in a different body. He sees his past from many different times, like the second world war, and even when Jesus Christ got crucified including that he was one of Jesus's followers that got crucifies along with him. I know this is kind of hard to understand the way I am typing this but I don't remember every detail.
Finally later on in the film he turns in to the demon like creature along with his army of zombies! Yes this has zombies and some great dark comedy. Examples...a homeless man drinks this yellowish fluid and his head goes "POP"! A priest is found masterbating in the church but the zombies teach him a lesson. A round flying booger lands in a annoying woman's mouth and shuts her up for five seconds but she's so drunk she keeps on laughing.
But one of the main things about this movie is the last half hour, talk about a slaughterhouse! This has everything you want in a movie ~ guns, knives, chainsaw's, bombs, (Even a air compressor), and many other things including the biggest weapon of them all...a tank! Everything in this movie will blow your mind but there was just one small problem. It was in German and no subtitles, and you will not understand anything unless you can understand or speak German.
Where in the hell is Anchor Bay when you need them! I would have to say everyone should see this movie, but yet not everyone should see this movie. If your a gore hound then find this classic German flick.
