What a massive waste of talents on this movie, you have Sam Neil who shows up in this movie for maximum 5 minutes give or take, then you have the talented Liam McIntyre who shined in the role of Spartacus in the series and here in this movie you can count the sentences he utters as if he is newcommer or just random cast. I pointed in the title (mostly monologue) because most of the movie revolved around talkative young man and a non talkitive driver, the back story regardless how wierd it is hardly explained through flashbacks while the passenger and the driver take a very long drive. If the makers of this movie meant for it to be action, they failed, they are even bigger failuer if they meant for this movie to be thought provoking,. Too long for no logical reason.

A Sir Ian Holm in the making
7 June 2023
What a set of talents this movie offers, specially Sean Patrick Flanery who reminds me in this role with sir Ian Holm, Flanery was exceptional in his role moving between a demon and a convict, but the raw emotions he presented were art no more no less, I wish I will see him in the future to be another Ian Holm because in this movie, every scene he does remind me of Holm. Back to the movie, despite the minimum number of actors or sceneries it gave the audience solid story and stopped me at least of fast forwarding ( a habit with disinteresting movies) As stated earlier this movie to me at least (a sworn atheist) delivers a solid entertainment.

Beautifully haunting

Warning: Spoilers
To start with this movie is not everyone's cup of tea. The premise of this movie is built on the concept of existential angst, where the individual has two choices; to leave this boring predictable life or move to a life of repeated sheer pleasure moments from the individual's memory. Tough choices, so imagine if you chose to stay and all the rest of mankind chose to leave, you would have earth all for yourself, the question would you do it? And if the answer is yes, at what consequences, would you trade all back for the blessing of ignorance? The actress was magnificent in her role and so was the rest of the cast, director, writers and all production team, I wish you well in presenting more Sartrian and Kafkaesque angst stories.

Welcome back Tom
28 January 2023
Tom Sizemore is a great actor who did not get his fair share of fame or wealth (speaking of Hollywood heavey weight and their producers) I am happy to see Tom back on the saddle on a relativly decent movie. The battle for Pandora (unreasonable title for this movie) puts Tom in a leading position among other relativly unknown actors (regadless they did a solid job) the movie itself as scifi was entertaining despite the core idea was far fetched, the use of blue haze maybe meant to hide the poor cinmatography but the story was told regardless.
I am only commenting here to tell Sizemore that there is no washed up actors but bad choices and this one was good choice.

For a relativly new actors, they did well so big congratulation to the tow main acors, you didnt need big budget to make a decent movie or the use of mobile phone to shoot the entire movie. Acting was solid, camera work was basic but smart, the only downer was the length of this movie ( always bet on the viewer attentin span) a well as the choice of music and the sound department otherwise it was quiet enjoyable. It wont win an Oscar but for the main two charecters I hope it will open doors for them in higher production film afterall we all began as something else. One more thing I am not involved in any way of making this movie because it seems the presumptious idea that anyone praises a none hollywood movie is part of it.

At last we have a director or even producer who can utilise the talent and the deep voice of Clancy Brown, Clancy was always casted in roles that do not reflect his natural talents; his voice and his apperance. Happy for you Clancy and hope this film will open doors for you.
As for the direction and the cinmatography, it was cool, the actors did well including the apperantice applicant.
The movie as anthology just needed more macabre stories to win the ultimate Oscare of horror movies. Some may disagree with my taking on this film but hey I am just another fan of horror movies and that is my take on this one.

Great Short
6 December 2021
This short film is offered for free viewing on Youtube and guess what it is a piece of art, you may think what can I get for free?, trust me you will get entertainment better than the nowadays so-called blockbusters, I couldn't find a thing to criticise, all were sublime; the actors, the camera movement, the direction and the narrative, I am not saying it is a masterpiece but definitely deserve the standing ovation and support.

House haunted by alien
21 November 2021
Warning: Spoilers
It would have been OK if it was more realstic (fictionally that is) a family bought a haunted house and use a descredited PHD to help them, the PHD guy was right all along but at the end he is portrayed as a villian and that what killed the buzz.

Entertaining but bit long

Warning: Spoilers
Bravo Pratt for entertaining us in the Covid lock down, however the story of the movie itself is a combination of several movies; the edge of tomorrow (reliving the moment), Interstellar (meeting your future much older daughter) and Prometheus + Alien (the engineers, predators and their alien sub life). I was entertained exept for the length of the film.

Amaturish actors with amaturish lines lead to no where. I just cannot undestand the thing of referring to the Jewish people in any movie or sitcom whether the mentione is warranted or not take for example Sienfield, the Nanny and this film, the Jewish people suffered alot and do not need publicity like that.

At first I thought some of the event might be real until I reached the slavery in Lebanon, Arabs did not wear those garments since the 1600 and there is a mixture between the dresses of moroccans, Saudies and other arab clans so in another word this movie (even uses the term mockumantary) is a far from the truth

Invaders killing natives
21 February 2021
It is the same story all over again, the genocide of the native Australian, native American (if I am allowed to used the name of one of the invaders whom name coined the name America Amerigo Vespucci). You cannot be on the right side of history when you are an invador no matter how you describe the natives as animals, savages or otherwise. This movie fall in the same criteria invade first and loosly describe the native creatures according to your narrative.
