Can people stop reviewing 2-3 episodes in?!

Warning: Spoilers
Another show that looks great at the beginning, and turns stale later. Usual great production and star cast but that was it. First 2 episodes that were setting up the story were great, then the rest was the same boring thing repeated over about 4 episodes (except for the engine repair episode, I actually thought that was exciting and showed grit of main character - unfortunately that grit showcase wasn't for much).

The ending was so disappointing. So many of the mysteries they showed at the beginning and kept hinting at throughout were never delivered upon. They only used these to keep interest through a boring story.

Great comedic character acting by Fraser.

Warning: Spoilers
The basketball player is Brendan's best performance! The constant sweat bit during the sports interview is hilarious! I never knew BF could be such a great comedic actor, the various characters he plays in all the different lifes he had wished for had me laughing out loud. The film as a whole isn't that great for me as BF isn't believable as a loser tbh and The Devil was a bit of a boring, face value character for me. At the end The Devil had no real reason or need for her actions at all, other than 'thats just what the devil does?'. The Devil's (Elizabeth Hurley's) outfits are brilliant though and the regular outfit changes just for the sake of it were fun. I did really like the ending though. Not just a fake one either, the ending and overall film message actually holds true meaning to it = there is heaven and the hell right here in the world, its up to you which you choose.

Quantum Leap (2022–2024)

I really enjoyed this show

It doesn't deserve the bad ratings. Some elements like the format and acting are typical of these kind of shows (Charmed hardly had amazing acting but was still a great show) This is similar, the plot of an episode is simple, the main character has to complete a mission in each timeline he leaps into so he can move onto the next timeline (which is the next episode) to get to the final timeline which is his main mission and reason for time jumping in the first place. This end-game reason is revealed a bit each episode in a very enjoyable way. I found every episode thoroughly enjoyable, the lead character Ben was very charismatic. I liked his values, which served the story well. The cliffhangers dont leave you hanging, they always delivered! They nicely revealed more about the main characters (the Quantum Leap team) a little more each episode and I came to like them all. Making the reason why Ben jumped & his main mission a mystery to the team made for exciting episodes. I was rooting for the team & Ben the whole time as they worked together to figure it out. And the ending did not disappoint me at all! I really enjoyed the final episode.
