This is the most wonderful children's movie i have seen. Its very down to earth like German movies are. Its touching and real and the actors are doing an amazing job, especially the kids! Great refreshment in all the Blockbuster Kids world... The story is very real and you will find yourselves crying some time. It shows that life and family is never that easy but the love will take care of it and make everything possible. I hope they are gonna make a follow up. I really would like to know what happened to the family and how the story goes on. For kids all ages and grown ups just as well recommended. A family movie you can definitely see more than once...

Beautiful film. Great actors, especially the main character is very convincing . The movie plays with clichés but is very convincing in great moments. Except the policeman the characters are worked out well and played good. You feel with the story in every moment. The scenes are not very rough so it should be PG13. Do not miss this movie! Thanks to the makers! Storyline: Young Arab boy moves with his family into a mixed neighborhood in Berlin. He discovers that the old man in the apartment above is a Jew. He tries to fit in with the group of boy from the street, his cousin belongs to. He gets involved in a vandalism and the police presses charges. He tries to hide this story from his dad because the family still has no permanent residency right. He and his mom convince the old man that he can work of his guilt. The old man thinks about withdrawing his prosecution.

some American girls and guys are on holidays in Mexico. The follow a German into the jun gel to have some adventure! much like "The Beach". But what happens then is just not good at all: that was the worst movie i have seen since I am Legend! 1. the "German" guy had a none German fake accent, and he did not even know how to pronounce his brothers name! 2. the whole story is more then lame and ridiculous boring! 3. the directors need of showing blood is totally annoying! its just over done! 4. the Maya is not accurate! (:P) 5.horrible lost movie night! 6. i can never sleep again.... 7. why would you make such a boring bloody movie? 8. how come someone who has got an Oscar before did this movie? 9. i liked Jeff! 10. why did he play in such a movie?
