You do realize this is Star Trek correct? The show about a liberal utopia? Gene Roddenberry was a hard liberal, or "leftist" as they like to say all the time now. The show franchise was his vehicle to get his ideas across. If you don't like the politics; don't subscribe to them and just enjoy the show. For a group that loves calling other "snowflakes" it's always amuses how "sensitive" they are to hearing differing political views. Poor babies. To those that say the politics are unavoidable, BS. I love Glenn Danzig & Johnny Ramone's music and they are both fascists. Get a thicker political skin. Or are your views so flimsy they can stand in the face of a differing opinion? Doc is great, of course!

How bad is it? So bad that it's not even worth watching for the lulz. It WILL, however, make you pine for the days when these folks were thrown to lions for entertainment.
