So, was it the MacGuffin or just space? Seems to be space as it was happening with the first Russian in space. Breaking the MacGuffin did not stop the phenominon. Or were they just mad? How did MacGuffin #2 the tape recorder work? The two threads and their reality or otherwise were not clear. How could they jump across? The underlying premise of the show is entanglement and superposition quantum theory. This is not explained at all. The MacGuffin supposedly created a quantum field in which entanglement and superposition could manifest at the macro level. This is of course nonsense. But its science fiction so anything is possible.

The film was slow, nothing much happened, they were oblivious to the horrors over the wall and had no guilt of shame about taking the possessions of the dead. The Germans were portrayed as cold blooded murderers. The film ended with a look inside the museum constructed in the dead camp. There were the gas chambers, incinerators and piles of shoes. Cleaners getting it ready for visitors. What was this film made for? To sanitise the Germans, to normailse the genocide? Given Glazers appauling speech at the Oscars one must question his motivation most carefully. Had the state of Israel been reconstituted as per the 1920 Palestine Mandate then there would have been no hollocaust and possibly no WW2.

Slow, needed more music and Bob lacked energy.

The actor for Bob was very poor having none of the energy we expected from Bob. There was not enough music. Too much was in the various studios.

The dialogue was mostly incoherent and this was made a joke of with Howard from thr record company not undersrtanding a word that was said. The dialogue coach could have turned down the heavy Jamaican Patois.

Overall the film was poor and needs to be remade to do justice to Bob. How did this pass internal review?

Instead of the text at the end they could have showed it as there was room for such to make it up tro 2 hours.

Having watched all 8 episodes, I have no idea who these people are why they are there and what the artifact has to do with anything. People arrive, kill or be killed and we dont know why. The beacon puts out a beam of light which a person can stand in front of! You would assume it was very powerful and able to reach light years and its on a linear plane in 3D space! There is a drone AI and an AI hollogram in human form. Their presence and roll is unexplaned. Suddenly, after the MacGuffin consolidates outside the beacon they know its moving between universes or something. They know when its going to return, based on what? The last two episodes I thought would make some sense of the previous six episodes but it was a mess of.exposition and morality I think. Overall a waste of my time. Series 2 might be worth avoiding.

Even after we see the rape scene three times we still dont know if she deliberately ran up to the bed chamber where the alleged rape takes place. We know that after four years of marriage she had not become pregnant and soon after the alleged rape she was pregnant. She apparently liked the alleged rapist. He said he loved her but after the alleged rape he just left. That was not love but lust. I think we understand that she wanted to become pregnant by any means and knew the grave consequences. Perhaps she really did love her husband and never remarried to honour him.

Not sure how using a tazer on a steel cage could do anything but short it out. There is the unexpected murder of a main character, with a hammer. A car chase, with several stamps on the gas which did not result in much acceleration. Not looking ahead by driver and passenger resulting in a number of near miss crashes. Always look ahead no matter what! Ended with cameo shots of dead characters as if it was the last episode.

But it apparently carries on with a chase after the truck driving psycho.

Apart from the miscast of the CTO who is the only poor actor this film is very good. The CGI is amazing and the story mostly makes sense. The end is profound and satisfying; but how did he collect all those species when he only has a few minutes to do it? The bracellet that could not be removed was a sideshow that added nothing to the story. How did his father make such a device? The only plot hole I think.

Its just about the captain of a destroyer out protecting merchant ships in the Atalantic. Then some German U boats attack the merchant ships. The destroyer attacks the German U boats. Some of the German U boats are destroyed. Thats it. Its been done many times before and much better.

The kidnapper mercilessly slaughtered a dozen or so cops yet at the end the saving of the girl made it all worthwhile. Really?

The film has a good cast. JT has a good mop of hair (wig or thatch?). The story limps along with a lot of backstory missing. No sign of a rose as per title, but there is some poison! Probably a film best not to have been made as it will surely lose money.

So after 26 weeks waiting for the Earth to end, what, an alien spaceship? Its move out of the way of the rail gun slugs was piloting using neutrinos. So its hovering over the Pentagon, then what? Season 3?

So I was following it until the Earth blew up, or did it? Then she died or did she and then she was in the cube or was she there all along or previously on Earth and was she a human or an android and did this change? And the ending, what was that about?
