Call Me Crazy: A Five Film (2013)
An insight to mental disorders
After I saw the film Five directed by Jennifer Aniston, Patty Jenkins and 3 more credits this was my second film which was a compilation of five separate short stories although part 1 , 3 and 5 was related. In each part of these five a psychological disease was depicted meticulously and beautifully hence we could see the pain and suffering that other members of family bear in order to cope with their patients. The storyline was great as I personally believe that having insight to your mental problem is the first step to take in treatment. Some how the movies was inspiring as we saw a schizophrenic young girl(Brittany Snow)not only managed to finish her law lessons but also tried to help people suffering from mental disorders such as a young mother with PTSD of war(Jennifer Hudson). At the end I recommend the movie to those who are interested in or curious about psychology.
The Da Vinci Code (2006)
Far a way from the original book
Having read the book I could see Mr Akiva Goldsman and Mr Ron Howard had put in their every efforts to make the movie as remarkable as the original story but they were successful like six out of ten in my opinion. But if you have not read the book the film could be a thrilling fantasy which I can say might be attributable to the great best-seller novel behind it. In a chaotic situation which Tom Hanks and Audrey Tautou found themselves alone and every single friend turned out to be an enemy at the end, you can expect every thing but having your first-place police enemy (Jean Reno)at your side in the end. Therefore however the film was not a masterpiece and I expect way more from it but I recommend the film for those who had not read the novel yet.At the end I can say if you have both the book and the film untouched don't hesitate a moment for opening the book instead of turning on the stereo.
Schindler's List (1993)
One of the best movies I've ever seen
It was not surprising when a name like Steven Spielberg is printed on a film cover to be so sensational and mind-blowing. The film could be called a masterpiece which is compelling due to fabulous acting of Liam Neeson at his best. Not to mention that the whole concept of the film only came to realize when Ralph Fiennes force you to comprehend the abstract meaning of humanitarianism.Apart from the actors and their glorious plays the storyline was sad and drama but worth even ten visits. When a conceited businessman gradually changes during his war life and decide to help his workers to survive you can feel the true story that lies behind the movie. Thus if you have not seen the film yet I strongly recommend watching it as soon as possible.
