I think there for I am
14 January 2018
Warning: Spoilers
We follow the Bladerunner Rick Deckard, who's job is to find the engineered humans also known as replicants and retire (kill) them. So the question only came up once for me during the duration of the film, but once you look into the details, I feel like it's clear that Rick is also a replicant. especially after hearing that last line in the end where Gaff says "you did a mans job". You would only say that to someone non human right? I think on a deeper level, this film is questioning life. Are we all robots who are programmed to think we're not or are we actually what we call humans. It's an interesting topic once you start thinking about it. And there wouldn't be just one answer to this question, especially if you involve things like religion. "I think, there for I am" is such an interesting saying and line, first time I heard it was in philosophy class 5 years ago and it gave me some flashbacks to those really deep discussions. I really liked the film, and I've come to realise more recently that a lot of the films made in the 80's - 90's are really freakin' good. This film gave me some mix vibe of films like Star Wars, The Terminator, The Matrix. Great film! I would have given it 10 stars if it wasn't for some very slow scenes, I thought they could have cut out.

Lady Bird (2017)
10/10
Life Happened
26 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
We're introduced to a mother and her daughter, both loving, laughing and enjoying each others company then suddenly turns into an argument, full of stubbornness and Why-can't-you-accept-this sort of situation, and the daughter (Christine "Lady Bird") jumps out of the car while it's still moving in full speed. Watching this was like taking a trip down memory lane, nostalgic music, looks, atmosphere etc. I can't really put a finger on what it is I like so much about it. I just felt the whole film was so relatable, and it was almost like it was a film about my life by not really at the same time. It's about seeking the identity, finding out who you are, exploring and finding your own way. I guess this was why I liked it so much, I could really relate to the character of Christine "Lady Bird", her doing everything to both stand out and fit in at the same time, learning everything the hard way. And I just loved the scene when she turns 18 and goes to the store to get a pack of camel cigarettes and a play girl magazine, waiting for the guy working the cashier to ask for her ID. Been there done that. And another scene where she pass her driving test and thanking the instructor or water you call that guy. Hilarious and yet again relatable. Actually everything in this film was relatable. Writing this review made me realise that what they captured so good in this move was LIFE, all the up and downs, and with that found I'm ending this because that's what the film really is about LIFE and why it was so damn good!

Anyone can be a Jedi and use the force!
17 December 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Okay, where do I start? I hope for the sake of the industry that we don't stop showing movies in the movie theatres! And That we don't stop going to see films. I've been rewatching all the movies at home and it's not the same as going to the movies. Especially if you end up in a full seated theatre with star wars fans, the amount of reactions that was pulled out of the film made everyone react together if that makes sense, it was like a big family JUST like all the Star Wars characters toughening in a big family.

Now to the story, I personally really liked it, the only thing I didn't like was that some of the dialogue felt forced like they were expecting people to laugh, which was too obvious and made me not laugh instead. But apart from that well done. It took goodnights sleep and a hike to the Hollywood sign to let all this sink in. This movie was filled with epic moments, two of my favourite was: 1. When Kylo Ren and Ray is fighting the red soldiers, and when the emperor/snoke is killed. 2. When the ship went through light speed through then enemies ship, that whole scene was just amazing, so well done special effects people! Also if you let yourself be aware of the music in the background the film is brought to a whole different level, The music is just unbelievable.

To me this film was about the force, (something deeper) which I quite like. The fact that Ray's parents might just be junk traders who left here there, makes a great story. At first I didn't think so, I got pissed because I wanted to link her to one of the other characters. But then I thought about it, what it meant. That you don't have to be in a generation of Jedi's to become a really good Jedi.It proves anyone can become one, so the force is not only reserved for those whose linage gives them that power. Then they connect that to the little stableboy in the end to who picks up a broom using the force, which is just brilliant. You can draw a parallel to our everyday life to, YOU can do whatever you want to or become whatever you want to, you just gotta believe in yourself find a way that works for you.

Now to the questions: Is snoke Darth Vader? When did Leia become so powerful?

Great film!! I'm gonna watch it again to see what I missed and see if I can find some answers.

Truly fulfilling and intriguing
7 September 2017
Warning: Spoilers
After watching E.T for the first time as a kid, I was sold on the idea of more advanced civilization and the Extra Terrestrials. I've always been a believer in the Extra Terrestrials other civilizations, planets and advanced technology ever since. And I've always believed that the our leaders, the men and women with power has knowledge about this subject, that they're not releasing to the public. And after watching this intriguing and brilliant documentary I'm convinced. I tried to be skeptic about it in the beginning, but their evidence and stories and cases were too convincing. I wouldn't be able to break this documentary down, in just this short review. And I wouldn't want to spoil the fun, I would much rather people watched it and perceived their own personal view on it. What I can say is that I'm sold, and that my imagination is creating vividly pictures and stories in my mind of what this could mean to our world. All I want to do is research this on an even deeper level and get more information and evidence on this topic, and I want it now!

Death Note (I) (2017)
8/10
A perfect Friday flick
25 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
I'm gonna start by saying this film is not for everyone, and I can see how this could be easily misunderstood. I myself loved it. I'm not the biggest fan of manga, and even though the film gave that feeling/vibe this was an enough dose. We are introduced to Light a male teenager, with a sort of dark and gloomy but at the same time light and funny sort of vibe. He dresses in black and dark colors. There are occasions when you laugh at his reactions because they're sometimes cartoonish, but not in a bad, they're so naked and real. Nat Wolff is perfect for the role. Light finds a black notebook by accident, with the text "Death Note" on the cover. When he gets detention for an incident he shouldn't have been getting detention for, he opens the book and find it full of rules and instructions in handwritten black ink. It invites him to write a name of the person he wants to kill and how the person should die. Then the room gets dark and Light is introduced to a dark mysterious character named Ryuk, who is the God of death with other word his mission is to kill. At first Light think of everything as a dream, but when he Ryuk asks him to write his first victims name and try it, he writes the name of the bully who is bullying the girl he likes out on the street, and he dies. He's in shock, and doesn't know what to do with this power, until he remembers the person who killed his mother, and he finds out his name and writes it in the book and he is killed. Now after these two names he figures out this power needs to be used in the best way. His targets our now renowned criminals. He decides to let Margret (the girl he likes) in on the secret, and instantly falls for the power. They start working together "fighting crimes", and is now blinded by the power. They come up with a name for the keeper of the book which serves as a vigilante, his name is Kira. The name Kira grows bigger and bigger and soon everyone is talking about him and as with everything there forms different sides, the one against him and the one fighting for him. The police, FBI and the military is a little in between, but wants to find Kira no matter what. That's when the special investigator comes in. A very special one, the type you would need more background on to understand. It all ends with Margret and Light turning on each other, putting each others names in the book. That's what makes you see the ugly truth of power and what can happen once you have it. They both loved each other but even so wrote down the others name.

The film is, thrilling, dark, original and leaves you wanting more. The question of "what gives him the right to choose who lives and dies?" was in the back of my head from time to time, even though most of the victims deserved it. And you can easily draw a parallel to the people sitting on a great power in our society today. Instead of a book and the God of death, the rulers uses technology and weapons to fight for what they believe is justice. I'm torn in-between weather I think killing is the best way to take care of problems, and I'm more on the side where "you don't solve problems by fighting, killing", but I can also see why it's an easier way to eliminate the problem than to lock it up, but I'm still not sure I agree.

Nostalgic
25 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
I remember watching this film when I was younger not understanding anything until the end of the film when he crashed the boat into the wall. Now I got a whole different story and I loved it even more than the first time. Truman is a man who has been imprisoned without knowing it for many years, and is the biggest star of the outer world. People have followed his life since the his birth to this day. It starts off with Truman clueless of what is going on, but the fake world around him is starting to catch up with him, and he suspects something isn't right. And when he meets a girl in the library she lets the secret out. She takes him to the beach to let him know everything, but its not long before the actors are called in to save the show. This time a man playing a dad to the girl, who saves everything by saying she is mentally ill and drives her away. Truman is left with nothing but questions and an ambiguous mind. He's doubting everything, questioning everything, and starts to think he is going insane. The director of the show is well prepared and got everything figured out to keep Truman in the pretend world that The Truman Show is reliant on. The smartest move of them all, was probably making him and his dad go sailing, killing the dad by creating a storm, and drown the dad. And that would sooner lead to a phobia of water, very clever since the town is surrounded by water, which would make Truman stay there forever. The hidden subjects about, The higher power/god, ownership of our own life and Ethics was in the back of my mind throughout the whole film. It would be unethical to keep someone imprisoned like that, not only that but to share his life with the whole world, showing no respect or giving Truman privacy. The idea of the story that the film is built upon is truly phenomenal, so intriguing. I can't imagine what I would have done if I found out I was the star of a show like "The Truman Show".

Her (2013)
8/10
Original and intriguing
13 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
What makes this movie great is that it's (almost) a prediction of the future. Where people can fall in love with an operating system, who is funny, got a personality, can control its own "mind" and got a sexy voice. The only thing lacking is a body. With everything going on in the technology world and its fast pace towards even more advanced technology it shouldn't come as a surprise if it happens within the next decade.

With the divorce of THEODORE and CATHRINE, the perfect couple who balanced each other. Theodore needed someone to talk to during this depressing time in his life, but his human friend Amy or his other friends at the office wasn't enough. One day a new operating system comes out, the OS1 and he decides to buy it. It's basically like Siri on the Iphone, but much more advanced. They start talking and he is surprised by the improvements, how smart she is and without thinking about it starts flirting. They get into a relationship and Theodore is finally filled with life, he goes out with friends on picnic's and brings HER (Samantha) with him, and it's like the most common thing in the world, they're all talking like she is physically there. But of course the struggle is still there, they can't have intimate, real sex, only "phone sex" and I believe that's the only thing he's missing, but he is trying to persuade himself, "Phone sex is fine" because he is really in love with her. Later towards the end of the film, Samantha decides to rent a girl that can act on her behalf, lending her body to Samanthas voice and have intimate sex with Theodore. As crazy as it sounds it works for the first 5 minutes but doesn't end well, it's too confusing. Hearing Samantha in his in-ear headphones whiles the girl is going down on Theodore. He stops it but admit it was worth a try. This is where the things change, Samantha is talking to other operating systems and falls for another OS1, and I guess that was the point of no return for Samantha. She was willing to make it work lending her voice to another body, but realized it didn't work.

Tulip Fever (2017)

Something new
6 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Quite confusing at first who the story was really about, since the narrator Mary is the house made and focuses on the story from her point of view but the camera focuses on Sophia. But then I realized that I actually enjoy it that was, it's like that in reality also. Where we are the story teller but someone else is the center of attention. And I think it quite worked since the story then ended with Mary getting everything she had dreamed of. Cornelius and Sophia are quite an odd couple. Cornelius a lot older, knowing what he wants, and Sophia a lot younger not knowing what she wants, until one day when Cornelius asks an artist to do their portrait. A young man doing what he loves, but not so good at business. Jan Van Loos and Sophia is more of a match and they too realize that and fall in love, but they hide their affair good, only Mary finds out. Cornelius wants a heir. A son to take over everything when he dies. But they can't get a child, the reason for that is unclear. The point of no return is when Mary reveals that she is pregnant, she knows that a pregnant house made would get fired, so she uses Sophias secret as leverage to stay. Sophia then comes up with the idea to fake her pregnancy and say that the child Mary is giving birth to is Cornelius and hers. And this is when more people get involved to cover up their secret. In the meanwhile Jan Van Loos gets into the Tulip trade business, to earn enough money for him and Sophia to escape the country. The plan is bullet proof, but in the end Sophia realizes her mistake, and I believe she realizes she actually loves Cornelius too, so instead she disappear. Cornelius finds out about everything, but instead of getting upset and angry he leaves everything to Mary, her newborn child and her lover and leaves the country to start a new life abroad.

I really enjoyed it, the story felt new and original. It gave me that fairy tale feeling, not childish but for grownups. Plus I like the hidden comedy in it, a lot of times where I started laughing.

It's a new way of telling a Virus/zombie story!
3 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
We follow a father a mother and a daughter hidden in a bomb shelter near a school. They hide from what they call The creatures/the breathers. What matters most is survival. They've made it for 301 days so far is not willing to give up now. The bomb shelter is now their home, and whole world and hey've made a set of rules in order to survive, which later will be less ambiguous. Towards the middle of the film it gets more interesting when we finally get to see a glimpse of "the breathers" big black shapes with glowing yellow eyes, you get the feeling that they're either some sort of werewolf or Zombie. But little did we know they're the military with night vision goggles. And the real threat is actually the family and the rest of the people hidden in the town. Now the set of rules are explained, why they must keep calm is because otherwise they'll trigger the virus and become a zombie, I'd compare it to the HULK. They've outsmarted the virus and learned a way to control it, so when they trigger it and become crazy zombies they can defend what ever threat is coming their way and then go back to being normal, and I would assume that's why they believe they deserve to live and not get slaughtered by the military. You're giving clues throughout the movie about the twist, but you never get time to let it sink in and puzzle it together, but once you get to the end it gets all clear, which I really like about it. It's a new take on the virus/zombie genre, that I think any zombie lover would like.

The Godfather (1972)

Family is important
2 August 2017
Warning: Spoilers
What matters is family, you pick a side and you stay on that side, if you switch side, you're the enemy and will forever be the enemy until you're dead. You look out for your family, and make sure everyone is okay. You don't discuss business at the table when having dinner. Power and Money - "Business" comes second! It's the Corleone family against Barzini and Tattaglia and 3 other mob leaders. The Corleone family is the biggest most powerful mafia family in New York, and the family you turn to if you need a problem to disappear. A lot of blood is spilled and Don Vito Corleone also known as the Godfather (Brandon Marlon) is almost killed in a shooting by another gang. Mike and Sonny are his sons. Sonny is his right hand at first until one day when he gets killed by a gang after going after his sisters boyfriend for assaulting her. Then Mike steps in and takes over, Don Vito gets older and more cripple and soon he dies too, that's when Mike (Al Pacino) becomes the new Godfather, and kills the 5 mafia leaders, to take control over New York, and eliminate all potential threats.

Ah, I just love this movie, slow pace and leaves nothing for your imagination (sometimes I don't like that about a film, but it works in this one). Can we just take a minute to appreciate Marlon Brando's role interpretation, I love the way he worked with the body language, his voice and acting calm. And same goes for Al Pacino, just amazing! I'm so glad I finally got to see this film.

The best spidey flick yet!
10 July 2017
I went to see it yesterday and still haven't let it sunk in. I was happily surprised by it. I went to see it, not really knowing what to expect. I did some research on the cast and found some interesting new names, which made me curious. Turned out the casting director knew what he/she were doing. It was a brilliant cast, all very natural actors and you could feel the team spirit!

I've always loved spider-man and iron man growing up, so the fact that two of my favorite super heroes were in the same film was insane! It was a great combination. Tom and Robert were a perfect match, both present and knowing how to create some funny moments! The story, special effects were incredible! I've been nerding about the film all morning and I just wanna go back and see it again. Personally I think it's the best spider-man movie made so far, and I couldn't possible give it less than 10 out of 10.

Anyone who likes spider-man is gonna enjoy this flick, and be left wanting more, which is what I my self is looking for when I watch a film.

Excellent is the only word I can come up with
10 July 2017
What can I say? I just love everything about this show. The combination of comics, LA, science, nerds and Love (I probably missed a few things) mixed in one show - just brilliant! Normally I'd go for, drama, horror, adventure or thriller, to be honest I don't like comedy. I find it meaningless. But after watching this show, I've come to explore parts of me/ muscles I didn't know exist. I'v excepted not everything must have a meaning, and that you can just take some time off and enjoy a huge lot of laughter.

I don't know how to review the story other than it's constantly developing and shifting which I love. I love the characters and their stories and qualities. The cast itself is just perfect, and I can only imagine how much fun they must have on set!

There is a reason why this show is one of the biggest at the moment, the writers, cast and crew really knows what they're doing. Just watch it!

Surprised
5 March 2017
I think it's a pretty good film, no need for hating it! Either watch it because of the "original" story and leave your judgmental thoughts in a separate room or don't bother watching it at all.

It's a well know fact that if you've read the books you'll probably not like the films as much, and I assume that's why people are hating on it, it more exciting to create the imaginary world inside your head whilst reading it, the film does all the job for you, so that's another reason to not watch it if you know you're one of those people. I really like storytelling and I believe there are so many ways to tell a story and I'm okay with both the book and the film. I myself prefer a lot of details and background to the story and characters and that's never rarely ever given to you in a film (that's the part where you have to make it up yourself, or read the book first to get it), and I get that, because if they would, people would think it's slow and boring.

I think this was a lot better than the first film, acting wise. I really have to give Jamie Dornan credit, I didn't like his acting in the first film but he really stepped up his game, maybe he got to know the cast and crew better so that he could relax a bit more. Which I could find very relatable if that's the case. or he just really found answers to the missing questions.

I really liked it!

Pretty good
14 November 2016
So I watched it with pretty high expectations, I like Tom Hanks, think he's a brilliant actor and I love Clint Eastwood, I think he knows what he's doing both in front of the camera, acting and behind it, directing.

It started off really good, they built up the story, but then I thought the pace went up and everything just went by too quickly. I like a more slow pace with lots of details, but for people in a rush, than yeah this will work fine! This is an example of why a lot of big actors has started to show up in TV Series. And I totally get why, they get a lot more time to play and grow into their characters, and there is much more detail to everything.

I'm not saying it's bad (obviously) It just didn't live up to my expectations. I think the film could have added at least another 30 minutes.

I do recommend it, the acting and story is very interesting!

Didn't want it to end
5 March 2016
I LOVE everything about space and the galaxy, it's so mysterious and I could end up deep inside my head forever wondering about thing up there. This film was so well executed! At first I thought it was going to be slow, but there was so much going on and so much I wanted to know about the character and the story so I didn't find it slow at all. For me it was more like, I WANT MORE, I don't want it to end. Also really liked the comedic timing and the thrilling questions, "Will he survive? Will he get back? WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN" Words to describe the film: left for dead, NASA, rescue, problem solving, intelligence, space, loneliness.

Matt Damon if you see this, you're the man - your interpretation and work behind this character was F*** epic.

Can't get enough
5 March 2016
First of all - if you're hesitant to whether or not you should see it, I'm telling you to watch it, but you gotta give it at least 3-4 episodes before you're in. There is a lot of different character ans stories going on so you have to give it a chance. I my self got stuck after the first episode, probably because I'm an actor myself and can tell when a story is good. (does that even make sense?)

Anyway, this is one of my favorite shows ever. I've always liked this time period, and I got stuck after watching the first episode, and I've been ever since. It's rare to find shows that are as well made as films since they're under a lot of time and money pressure. This is for anyone who wants a lot of great visual effect, action, and cat-and-mouse game and brilliant storytelling. Words to describe this show: bloddy violence, intrigue, epic, evil, sward fight,

I'm not sure
5 March 2016
Okay… I don't know where to start… there were times where I liked it and times where I didn't like it all. I feel like it had more potential. first of all too many dirty joke. and I like dirty jokes but this was just too much.. I felt like I watched a teenage boy trapped in a grown mans body… and he had just discovered the words: D***, penis, fart, masturbate and F***. AND I don't know… the whole "be a bad ass douche and you'll get your D** wet".. I don't feel like that sends out the right message to young guys.. I don't know?? One thing I liked a lot though was that they opened up/broke the fourth wall. (if you don't know what that is look it up it) Overall it was pretty entertaining and a lot of raw action, but you have to see it for what it really is "FANTASY, MARVEL, Fiction". Oh, and there are better films to take your girlfriend, this is more of a "chilling with the mates" kind of film. Words to help describe this film: cancer, revenge, D***, fart, mansion, self touching. I give it 7 out of 10.

Absolutely loved it
5 March 2016
I'm just gonna jump straight to it - be ready with tissues, and keep in mind that similar events like this actually takes place out in the world. WE need to remember how lucky we are… just think of that the next time you're complaining about what ever you're complaining about (same goes for me, I need to stop complaining about the weather situation..). This is not based on a true story thankfully. It's heartbreaking but so good. And the Cast is one of the best I've seen in a while. Brie and Jacob are just amazing, two really great actors, who were meant for this film. Also kind of glad that they didn't focus on showing us all these horrible experiences the mom (brie) has to go through, I mean you know that they're happening, but what we get to see is this strong mom fighting for her and her sons life and It's more from Jacobs point of view which makes it more pleasant to watch. If that makes sense… I can't elevate this film, cast and crew enough. JUST GO watch it already! Words to help describe this film: isolation, escape, heartbreaking, breathtaking, lego, family.

I absolutely loved it, a lot because of Brie and Jacob (and who am I kidding- also the compelling story of course)

What can I say, I can watch and listen to Jennifer Lawrence all day, but of course she is not alone in making this film great and watchable. The script is great and again the cast is amazing. Also what I like about this film is the genre, comedy and drama goes so well hand in hand. I felt like I watched this film and where like "hey, it can't be over already". I Just wanted more and more. This is again a film about a strong women fighting for something she believes in and I feel like it couldn't be less up to date. 2015 has brought a lot of films about courageous, strong inspiring women to the screen and I like it!! Here are some words to help describing this film: Revenge, Funny, Inspiring, Eventful, fraud, anger, money, business.

It's comedy - It's fun
5 March 2016
It's a zombie comedy film, what can go wrong? If you ask me, which you are… I say nothing, It's like a B version of Zombieland (which I love, nothing like it, but that kind of zombie film) This was actually really entertaining. Some witty jokes, tits and bad ass zombies. I liked it. it's also a film about friendship or should I say bro-ship and love. The purpose of this film was mainly and probably only for the sake of entertainment, and I'm okay with that (every now and then). To end this review, here are some words to help describe this film: Bros, Boy scouts, bare breasts, near death experience, funny, explosion, chase

I wasn't sure
5 March 2016
This film makes me wish I were back in LA. I feel like this was the answer to some of the artsy videos we can find here on Youtube. I thought the film was okay, I had higher expectations, NEVER have high expectations.. It's better you go there thinking this film will be okay, and be surprised than thinking it will be amazing and it's just okay. if that makes sense. The one thing that got me in this film, was how I really wanted to go to the gym and work out, run and listen to music. But that's about it. It's about friendship and forbidden love wish I usually like, but I wasn't sure where they were going with everything in this film. Words to describe the film: DJ, Music, Friendship, drugs, booze, workout, artsy.

I give it 7 out of 10

Ray Donovan (2013–2020)
10/10
Huge fan of this show
5 March 2016
So, I watch a lot of shows atm, but his is one of the better. The cast is perfect, they're all great actors. What I really love about this show, is the story and I highly believe there are people working like Ray Donovan. Erasing problems for the rich and famous. A plus is the location, since I love LA, It feels like I'm back there. There are 3 seasons out and every season has 12 episodes that are 60 min each. Season 4 is in production, coming this summer. This is a very well made series and includes a lot of problem solving, drama, sex, fame, money and show business.

I give it 10 out of 10

To help you get an idea of what to expect
31 March 2015
Since this is my own creation and film I don't really want to leave a review, because that would be wrong. But I would love to help the people who are thinking about watching it to get an idea of what they can expect. First of all, this is an indie-film with barley now budget at all, and barely no crew at all. Myself and my co-worker Nick both starred in the film and directed, edited and produced it, we got a little help from our sponsors and friends, but other than that we were on our own.

The story is what makes this film good, but I feel like it did not really come up to the surface. What I mean is it had potential, but with merely 2 people in the crew and with barely no budget that was very hard. If you watch this short film, (it's only 20+ minutes) you should know the cutting is slow, the sound (which is really important) is a bit damaged. But I urge you to listen carefully, and listen to the story which will be connected in the end of the film.

Please leave a review, and let us know what you thought!

Riddick (2013)
5/10
Same old dark and monotonous
8 December 2013
Warning: Spoilers
When the dragon-like bird began to gnaw on the hand coming up from the grit and the voice over by Riddick (Vin Diesel)first started I thought, wow this is going to be a great 119 minutes long movie. It was light, and you could actually see the good quality of the picture and visual effects.

Because I had seen the other two Riddick movies I had high expectations on this one. I hoped for a movie that was less dark and monotonous, something new and fresh. It turned out to be just like the others, not bad but not great either. I was looking for a: "This is phenomenal" kind of feeling, too bad it never occurred.

I think this movie has come to a pint where there should be no more, or David Twohy (The director) has to think of a new way to show Riddick. I mean Riddick is a interesting character and well executed by Vin Diesel, so I think there is something there. Speaking about characters, the actors in this movie did a great job with their characters, and that's the good thing about this movie, but the only good thing which is why I gave it 5/10 on IMDb.

One word - Awesome!
16 September 2013
I'm so glad I saw this movie, it made me smile, laugh and reconsider the meaning of life! It is ART, comedy art anyway! I believe this movie is for a certain group of people, not everyone will enjoy it as much as I did. First of all you need to have the same humor as Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, that's the first step. Secondly, you must like B-movies, because that's what it is, but a really good one. It's like Zombieland (2009). If you got this, IT'S for you! I'm not a fan of comedy movies or their acting but it actually worked in this movie, James Franco and Emma Watson helped them a lot but they did good overall!

It's not only a comedy, they managed to put a bit of horror inside it as well and it makes you fall off the chair (with the right volume in your speakers)because it's so unexpected which is fun at the same time. I'm usually not the one that jumps of the couch but I did. XD

I recommend you to do a little bit of research before you watch this movie, by doing that you'll know what to expect from it!
