Australian journey for kids
15 October 2007
I just watched this movie for the first time after ten years. When I saw it for the first time as a kid I loved everything about it and began watching the TV series because of it. The best part is the flashback, which is pretty much at the beginning of the movie. In it you get the idea what kind of character Blinky is (his personality reminded me a little bit of Bart Simpson). The other characters are great and even fun for adults, my favorite ones are Marcia and Flap (who talks like Tiny Toon's Plucky, at least in the German version). The music is also an important part of it, since the theme song makes the film. The only thing I didn't like about the animation is that the character's cheeks are getting red when they're giggling, sometimes it seems that they are embarrassed all the time. But after all this is a cute kids movie with a positive message. Don't let the cheap-looking animation fool you. If you saw "Blinky Bill" as a child you will remember it for the rest of your life.

Unhappily Ever After (1995–1999)
Sitcom for sitcom haters
16 October 2005
"Unhappily Ever After" is the best trashy sitcom ever to be shown on TV. I mean, how funny are sitcoms nowadays? The humor was just different and the actors didn't take themselves too serious. Mr.Floppy's one of the best characters, where else can you watch a bunny that makes fun of celebrities and politics in almost every episode?

The first two seasons were much better, because.. 1.) Tiffany and Ryan seemed like young kids 2.) The writers just did what they wanted to do. Soon every episode will seem the same. 3.) Jack never got out of the house. 4.) Tiffany's character became perfect in the later seasons, the writers even gave her the best speeches.

This show was about to become really good, but somehow went down the hill. If you are a fan of "Married.. with Children" and "Malcolm in the Middle" you'll definitely like it.

Switch (1997–2000)
Funniest parodies in German TV!
28 June 2003
"Switch" is, just like "Monty Python's Flyin' Circus" a show that shows one sketch after the other. Every sketch parodes another TV show or movie! To take a few: "Wetten dass...?", "Flipper", "Silence of the Lambs", "Forrest Gump", "Bravo TV", "Liebe Sünde", etc...

Between the sketches we get to see "Fakten, Fakten, Fakten", another show the comedians do together, which is also very funny!
