Klondaik (2022)
Probably the worst movie ever made
Unbelievable that 'experts' give this movie a high rating, must be tremendisly biast by what's going on in Ukraine these days. Literaly everything is wrong with this movie, there is no real story line and the remains of what was a start of a story line is so predictable that it made me nauseous, filming is cheap and doubtful quality - the only parts worth while watching are the actual cuts from news items of the crashed planes, tanks and planes only are suggested by sound - and acting is terrible, I mean if this is a good representation of the Ukraine people this must be the most depressive country in the world, what a waste of time.
Women Talking (2022)
I don't get it
A group of women that can't read or write, that have no access to radio or television, even don't have a geographical map, only stories they hear are from some guy that reads out of the bible, yet these women manage to have high philosophical and wise dialogues, using words I have to look up....completely unbelievable slow movie with no purpose for me. Which people score this movie so high, do I miss some holy message from the singing women? Is this an american religious thing I as agnostic european don't get. Only good thing was I'm a believer by the monkees. Wasted two hours today I could have been doing something more useful, like picking my nose or so.
Hereafter (2010)
disappointing plot
After promising start 3 story lines become rather boring to finally come together in an unlikely again boring plot. Very nice Tsunami start in the french storyline (always nice to hear an other language than English in an American movie, with promising potential of a near death experience, but not really further exploit. UK Storyline of twin brothers is responsible for the dramatic part of the movie but again after interesting set up dilutes to would be tearjerker. And also the American storyline starring Mat Damon which needs to bring everything together has potential but is just boring in the end. Finally everything comes together in a very unlikely endgame, where everybody lives long and happy ever after. By far not Clint Eastwoods better movies.
