The Equalizer: The Equalizer (2021)
Has potential
First off, I grew up with the original in the 1980s. I've also seen both big screen movies and no this is neither. The first episode although good need's a little "seasoning." I'm hoping the creators and writers will give us some backstory to sink our teeth in. The show deserves a chance after an okay premier. Other reviewers need to be reminded of three shows with less than stellar starts, were would we be if the creators of "Seinfeld", "Bones" and "Breaking Bad weren't given a chance to "right their respective "ships"? And the person making "weight" jokes about
Queen Latifah's weight needs to re-enroll in the first grade.
Star Trek: First Frontier (2020)
Sticks to the true premise of TOS
First let me say that one review here takes sound into account. Don't get me wrong......as a special education teacher impairments are things that need to be taken account. However, to give it 1 star because of low sound is very petty.....I
can forgive her because maybe she hasn't heard of sound augmentation technology. The premise and production values are the closest to Gene Roddenberry's vision of TOS... WATCH IT WHILE IT YOU CAN.
Chicago Med: It's All in the Family (2019)
Jumping the shark
How many times is a doctor able to go against the wishes of a patient and the law and still able to practice medicine?
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel: Strike Up the Band (2019)
She's back
This showed up on my Firestick tonight. What a pleasant surprise.
