The Walking Dead: Conquer (2015)
Intensity, craziness, twist and turn much. Wild and crazy episode.
This episode is mind blowing, every bit of it just as crazier as the next. Please watch if you haven't started on it, this episode is good enough to blow your mind away.
If you are looking for spoilers, please google.
I would rather not know and leave it to the writers to surprise me. I cannot wait for the next episode. Do not look for spoilers. Just watch.
Every character is just as bad as before, as in good to be bad kind of feeling. Priest is pissing you off to the brim though, just feel like exploding each time he talks, flying retarded and delusional.
Carol is ultimately the best character here, sneaky and a crazy liar that does not disappoint the Rick's team.
Hurry season 6. Keep it up AMC & The Walking Dead
ps. Morgan defence skill is like the next Bruce Lee
The Walking Dead: Forget (2015)
New hints of next antagonist
Pardon, I might be wrong that Deanna's group were the one that took Rick's gun, guess it could either be Rick's enemy or Deanna's exiled group of people, or Morgan. There are a few enemies that Rick's group made along the way that a few might have forgotten, I've forgotten but I think he probably got rid of the enemies so I guess its a new antagonist.
Why did Rick kissed Jessie? And he brushes his gun at the sight of seeing Jessie and her husband. Kind of reminds fan that he is almost similar to being Shane? Remember Shane being all dominant and possessive with Lori and the whole group. I guess the other clue to speculate on is when Rick lean against the wall and listens to the walker and looking at the stamped 'A' upon his hand, kind of hinted that he is trying to take control of the place as he kind of know that Deanna might be losing control of the place. Since he mentioned earlier that it is kind of strange to allow stranger to take regulation of the place. Or perhaps, a sight of relieve when there's the protective wall between the people and walkers now.
In the comic, Michonne should be the one flaring with the carefree people in the town, but it seem like Sasha is a combination of Michonne and Andrea, also the opening scene of her being a good sniper kind of exemplify that she is going to be the next sniper in this group.
Here's a few things that I like to share:
1. Back to the episode of Noah's hometown, Shirewilt Estates, where there was a spray that says "Wolves not far" I like to see that there's a connection between the carved "W" and the killing spree chaos. I do not want to cite any comic enemies in yet.
2. Perhaps, the next antagonist might be Deanna's and Rick's enemies, that's why Aaron is desperately recruiting new members. Although, not sure why is he quite anti with the rest of the members.
Daryl is getting soft, maybe a little bit by not accepting the guns. He looks really grateful that he is finally able to contribute in the society. Which is great, but he seemed to have settled down to quickly by thinking that the gun is unnecessary.
I love the way Carol is, threatening the young boy which would probably comes to an bad end. She really knows how to act like the demure lady that does not know how to hold a gun in the daylight. I love how she have managed to be so strong throughout the whole season. There's too much insights but too brief that makes it unpredictable again, plot twist for the win.
Who is the real enemy?
The Walking Dead: Remember (2015)
Glenn looking all tough and handsome, can't get enough of Rick's new look in the sheriff uniform, his motives totally revived TWD.
The ending ended too soon, no closure on what is going to happen next, but there are a lot of things to speculate on.
1. Rick have serious trust issue, but I kind of enjoy it. He's routinely doing midnight 'watchdog' shift, checking on knifes, few hints that he is still feeling very insecure additionally the way he gets so distracted by observing/scanning 360 degree on a place before sitting down. I really really love Rick's new look & role, this would totally enhance a lot on character development where we get to see how Rick really involves in this least 'norm' society without 'walkers' as a threat now. I love this episode, its great and exciting, new aspect and motivation.
Why do I feel like there is chemistry going on between Rick and Jessie, then plot twist Pete is a very violent guy thus domestic violence is going in that house & Rick flew in time to save the situation. (Just over analysing)
I really like what he warned Deanna Monroe, to never open the gate. But really lets just be naive about this, I'd too really love Rick's group to join me during a apocalypse.
2. Glenn got it going, I love how he reacted really defensive in the end and managed to dodge the punch then punches Aiden back. His calm and strong resilient attitude always impresses me. 4/5 reason why I am still on TWD. Glenn is a vital character, vital. If anything, he is one of the elements in the periodic table that this group manages to survive, I mean of course the other plays a few roles too, but Glenn is paramount.
Glenn and Mich got the same perspective on settling down but still lives by their guts and defensive instincts.
3. Daryl is really down, perhaps because of how he thinks he could not be a good participant in this community, but in his head it would be like who cares I don't need this new community, heck I don't need to bathe neither. (But hey, on the bright side he could find a second Lady Gaga there and film the other version of 'Judas' #FanGirlSorry)
Ironically, I think Daryl has a more mistrustfulness with the Alexandria Safe-Zone that is why he had such concise/short/brief replies to Deanna and showing little interest.
It's good to see that someone is not fully enthusiastic about this new 'safe-zone' yet, would Deanna tries to get rid of him since he is not 'helpful' to the community?
Daryl's new attitude looks rather funny and childish, being emotional and all.
4. Carol is all smart, she acts friendly and dumb. During interview, we know she should hate Ed, much abuse she received. Maybe she missed him because she's stronger now she could've torture him in so many ways. Anyhow, I like how she's all smiley, cute and yet we know she's being hypocrite to blend in with the society (It's funny).
5. Carl, definitely crushing on that girl for no reason. maybe cause she seem distant?? Weird chemistry is going on between them, but it is exciting. And where is that lil girl going outside the safe zone, those kids are always giving troubles.
Although, i like to add that I enjoyed how Carl doesn't just comfortably make himself home but rather builds up his guts and acts to harmonise with the young kids he just met. Acting all kiddy but going home to daddy killing walkers. I mean, give him a break, what is that comparing to video games, a little bit unman for him right?
I guess Carl kind of missing Lori, wishing that she was here too.
6. Seriously, where is the gun? Who took the gun? Much mind games going on in this episode. Keep it up AMC & TWD. DUH someone from Alexandria took the gun, totally not one of Deanna's idea. I bet they have a lot of histories and one of them consisting of the massive slaughtering back at Noah's hometown.
I would like to see how Sasha, Abraham and the rest (the priest would obviously love this place, perhaps he found a new faith and religion here #justsaying) gets to contribute in this community, or perhaps conquer. I like to see Rick's group conquering this place (TWD guide to surviving strategy taught me this, I am not a dark person), excitement much.
Lots of hints, the way they responded to situations. Btw, Aaron and Eric making out scene was totally uncalled for, gasped and wow-ed. #unexpectedmakeoutscene
A few parts made me laugh, for example, the look when Abraham was driving, that optimistic look despite knowing that the fuel is running out, but that speech 'we are going to get there' but after the transition the vehicle stalled. I went HAAHHAH,
Thanks for this great episode, can't wait for Sunday new episode, keep it up.
The Walking Dead: Them (2015)
Much emotions going on in this episode between Maggie, Daryl and Sasha.
The opening scene shows Maggie, Daryl and Sasha scavenging for food and water. Sasha showed frustration when the drought was so dry that it dried up the stream and dead frogs were seen. I think this episode involves around these three characters a lot because they lost their siblings before.
It's nice to see these 3 characters bonded in this episode, as they are the few stronger survivors. Along the way when the crew were scavenging for food, dogs suddenly approached them, dog lovers alert. This scenario Noah spoke to Sasha about Tyreese being a hero and about surviving, which I think Sasha was being quite compassionate to reply in a subtle harsh way because Noah is the only character that did not eat the dog meat. I mean even the priest took off his button and ate the dog meat, talking about being reprimanded by Maggie. Maggie could be quite mean when she is down.
When everyone was hunting for water badly, Glenn tries to enlighten the crew by offering water and reminding the rest to stay united, which is how this crew survived all along. Along the road, someone left bottles of water and a note saying 'A friend' for Rick's group, being sceptical, none of them took the drink except for Dr. Eugene, which was slapped away by Abraham in case they are falling into a trap (Poison in the water? Or just owing a favour). Just when everyone thought that hopes were demolished, it rained and it cheered the crew except for Daryl, Sasha and Maggie.
Best line in this episode was Rick recalling on his granddad German war story and he said, "We tell ourselves we are the walking dead". Pretending to be your enemy in order to survive. But pessimistic Daryl keeps replying, "We are doomed".
At the end, Sasha and Maggie were the first 2 to wake up and bond under the cerulean sunrise. Both of them were checking out the music box that Daryl just fixed. Sasha mentioned being unsure of surviving and Maggie assured back, "We will survive and that is the hardest part." I think this is also one of the best lines in this episode. A well dressed man approached both of them when they are trying to get the music box work, defensive mechanism automatically run in this group's blood, they pointed their gun on him. He surrendered and told them he is 'A friend' of theirs and he shocked them by saying he wants to meet the group's leader which is Rick.
I like to assume that this season enemies are getting darker and alarmingly wicked than before, please do not kill off important characters.Them which is 'A friend', new enemy, new story.
The Walking Dead: What Happened and What's Going On (2015)
Opening scene relates to Tyreese tragedy.
This episode is filled with suspense and tense, I remembering gasping on a few scenes. The opening scene might be a bit confusing, feels like you need to analyse before watching, but do not go looking for spoilers, just continue watching. It was very unexpected to write off Tyreese, initially I thought he was going to be salvaged and make replacement of Rick's tragedy in the comic of getting one hand chopped off.
Viewers have to understand what the ghosts (Beth, the governor, bob and etc) of Tyreese were trying to tell him and the song that Beth was singing harmonised well with the scene and dialogues.
There are a few things to take note in this episode beside the point that Chad was written off. Shirewilt Estates seems to be in a killing spree view instead of being invaded by the walkers, why are there half cut bodies? Additionally, there are quite a lot of hints, maybe the next enemies are the killers from Shirewilt Estates where Noah gets to seek for avenges. Also, on the way back there are a lot of bodiless walkers in the van. Much hints on what is going on. I assume.
This week episode exceeded my expectations, sadly one character was written off kind of sad though I thought Chad L. Coleman would be one of the ongoing characters.
All in all, I am always supporting the walking dead TV series and votes up! Even though there are a bit of bad scenes for example the firing shots looks kind of fake, AMC could do better I believe.
