Bhakshak (2024)
Needs to be watched
It makes you uncomfortable, it might get a little preachy, But as one the dialogue in the movie goes, the social media has made our feelings so fleeting that the movie needs to be so, to evoke emotions.
It Is based on the Muzzafarpur case, and the reality is so grim, it really stays with you. The movie is very gripping and performances are brilliant.
The movie gives a glimpse of how deeply corrupt the whole system is, how insensitive people in and around the system become and how hard it is for the ones with right intention, is to fight.
One really ends up counting one's own blessings after watching this movie, for never having to encounter such demonic people in life. For having the protection and love of parents.
God bless the people who fought hard for these girls.
Modern Love Mumbai: Baai (2022)
Made me cry!
What a fine performance by Pratik Gandhi! And Ranveer Brar too. Their chemistry was so amazing, just did not want to take my eyes off them. Their eyes did the talking. Totally totally loved it. I have to admit I was not someone who did not raise eyebrows at gay relationships but this episode changed me. Thanks for making this! Ranveer brar should act more. He was so good!
