Dune (2021)
Too Bad They Made a Movie Instead of a Series
I can't understand why anyone in their right mind would try to turn a 700 page novel into a movie. The movie was good, the acting was good, the special effects were good - for a compressed version of the book. It's kinda like a Readers Digest version of the novel. I think it was stupid to try another movie instead of a streaming series. I'm sure HBO, Amazon, or Disney/Hulu would have given a massive budget to make a 10-12 hour series. This probably would have led the to rest of the books in an extended series which would have rivaled GoT in popularity. Making the movie version was just plain short-sighted.
Gunpowder Milkshake (2021)
They didn't even try
A failed attempt at a Tarantino flick. A great cast who must have decided that this dog wasn't worth the trouble to act.
Paragon: The Shadow Wars (2020)
Good Reviews of this Trash are Fake
Absolutely horrible, in every sense, in every category. Total waste of time. I could have made a better show in my garage, with paper mache props, and with a cast of homeless derelicts. This review doesn't contain spoilers because it would be impossible to spoil something this bad.
Cursed (2020)
Pretty good series
A twist on a prequel to the King Arthur myth. Good acting, captivating story line, and good action. A note to the brainiacs complaining that the story isn't historically correct: King Arthur is a myth. Merlin is a myth. Nimue is a myth. Claiming a story about mythical characters is not historically correct is akin to claiming the Flintstones proves that men and dinosaurs lived together.
Westworld (2016)
Great Show
Good acting, good plot. Obviously underrated by people who can only comprehend 'reality' shows.
