Old (2021)
Executed poorly in every way
The movie is executed so poorly.
Acting, directing, editing, screenplay; everything looks like a B-movie.
Outbreak (1995)
Then: Fictional; Now: Inspired by True Events
I really liked this movie back in 90s. After the pandemic situation all over the world, I think the movie shows the events under quarantine circumstances very accurate.
Death Becomes Her (1992)
An early cgi-fest
This movie is between 2 cgi big budgets Terminator 2 (1991) and Jurassic Park (1993). Cgi quality is brillant at that time and still not aged today just like T2 and JP.
Unlike cgi is used to make a thriller, it's used for dark comedy and have a very good screenplay with superb cast (Meryl Streep, Goldie Hawn and a little bit Bruce Willis). Watch and enjoy.
Sonic the Hedgehog (2020)
One of Jim Carrey's best performances
I am not a Sonic fan but really enjoyed the movie with my son. Loved every scene in which Jim Carrey exists :)
The Lawnmower Man (1992)
Not bad at all
This movie has a good screenplay that deserves a good remake and would like to see it's stars Pierce Brosnan and Jeff Fahey (did you remember Lapidus from Lost) as cameos.
A low-iq man becomes highly intelligent to control everything around himself after scientific experiments (with a twist at the end). Definitely a needs a good director. it's a Stephen King story at the end.
Maximum Overdrive (1986)
A good B-movie
What do you expect from a 80s B-Movie?
It's fun and thriller. Keep your expections below and enjoy the trucks terrorize the city.
This movie is in the same sub-genre with Tremors, The Mist, Cloverfield etc (a big invasion explained from a small frame)
