The movie I've been waiting for more than 15 years has come, it's name : Ong-Bak !
I've just seen the film in Paris and I can tell you that if you're a big action movie fan, you'll be mad of it... In the teaser, the star of the film is announced as the successor of Bruce Lee, no need to tell you I got a doubt about it... But the truth is that it's damn true !!!
It's the more charismatic action movie star since Bruce Lee. I could say he's got the violence of Bruce Lee, the skills of Jet Li, the cute face of JC Van Damme and the other characters give the film a Jackie Chan style... what else could we ask ??
The scenario is basic,some kind of vengeance to get one Buddha back...but that makes the power of the movie. Plus we got some street-fight scenes as in Bloodsport or Kumite, but better ones... Finally, lots of incredible stunts ...
If you're like me,if you can't sleep after having seen Kickboxer or Bloodsport, I promise you one week sleepless...
