Explosive, Breathtaking, Gritty, Fast Paced, Brutal, Action Packed. I'm running out of superlatives for this series. Well Directed, Acted & a great storyline. What more could you wish for. I haven't given anything a 10 since Breaking Bad's first Season. Don't miss this.

I honestly feel like I should send a bill to the filmmakers of this tripe, charging them for 1hr 37m of my time !! So, so bad on every level. Do NOT waste your time.

I stumbled upon this film as I was searching under the war genre, and although it is the main theme, this is a very moving story centered around the strong relationship of two little boys and how their friendship is put to the test as the war begins to affect both them and their families.

I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed the performances of those two kids.

So well acted for boys so young. I hope they both go on to further their careers in the movie industry.

Yes, that's right. Most of us throughout life aspire to add a string to their bow now and then. However Gosling does the opposite here by offering up this piece of crap to diminish his flailing reputation. Maybe i'm biased here as i never considered him as even a half decent actor. He gives Wood a bad name. Not only can't he act, he can't even offer a good yarn. He obviously took on the Director's role as no other Director in the land would touch it with a bargepole. Can you see any studio taking this script on if it wasn't for his name? Please do not waste your time watching this unless you are related to Gosling and have to endure it.

This movie must rank way up there as the worst ever. Haven't seen such bad acting, bad continuity, bad special effects, bad storyline...EVER. Why did anyone bother to make this film? What a waste of time, money and effort. I have never written a film review before as i never really felt strongly enough about one but this angered me to the extent that i must warn others not to spend their hard earned cash to sit through this poor excuse for a movie. It offers absolutely no entertainment value whatsoever. It got to the point where i was laughing at the ham-fisted acting, which really didn't take that long to be honest. There should be a 'no star' option for this flick. or maybe they should put in an option for 'minus stars'. If there was, this would get the maximum minus available.
