Cry of Silence (2024)
You may have to watch it twice.
A mystery/thriller that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats from start to finish. An engaging storyline, well-developed characters, and unexpected twists, this film sits well with my cinematic expectations.
The visuals contribute significantly to its overall impact. The film's cinematography skillfully captures the dark and mysterious atmosphere, enhancing the sense of unease. The use of lighting and shadows adds to the tension, creating an immersive experience for the viewers. The soundtrack enhances the moments, heightening the emotional impact and adding to the overall thrill of the film.
Ultimately, Cry of Silence is a must-watch for fans of mystery thrillers. With its engaging storyline, well-developed characters, and skillful execution, it delivers an exhilarating cinematic experience.
The movie keeps the audience engaged throughout, leaving them satisfied with its unexpected twists and turns.
Whether you're a fan of the genre or simply looking for a captivating movie, "Cry of Silence" is sure to keep you entertained.
Lost in Space (2018)
Quite enjoyable.
I remember the original series. It was aimed at kids, and the plots were lame for adults. Dr. Smith was a bumbling idiot, and each character was very monolithic. The new format for Smith would have been well replaced with a more evil character like the one played by Gary Olsen. This is only the first 10 episodes, sadly with a Netflix binge show; the writers have had no time to react to the viewers response to the first few episodes. A big flaw with quote-quote originals. Also there was actually no 'real' science in the original.
