Shabbat Dinner (2012)
Shabbat Dinner - Great Short
I saw this film at the MGLFF and I liked it.
A very well written short film; Great cast, and well directed. There we moments that I was laughing hard.
This is an interesting story of a young boy who is intrigued at having his very first gay friend and seems interested in what it means to be gay. The lead character does a great job at his young age.
The camera work could have been better but besides that overall this is a great short film and is definitely worth seeing. The films ends at and interesting note that I will leave for you to watch.
I hope this short film plays in several other festivals!
Fallen Comrade (2012)
Fallen Comrade - AMAZING
I saw this film at closing night at the Miami LGBT Film Festival and I have to say that it was AMAZING! A post "Don't Ask Don't Tell" story about two Army soldiers.
The entire audience was silent for 10minutes! No texting. No talking. Nothing. This short film moved a lot of people and was probably the best film out of the entire film festival!
The acting was solid, story felt so real, the picture looked great. Me and my friends we talking about it the entire walk home. The filmmaker is the next big thing and I hope more people see this.
