Funny in such a sick way
5 October 2005
This is by far one of my favorite animated movies. Usually, when a movie based on a TV show comes out, it feels like just your average 80 minute version of the same show. Not this one, this film gets ridiculously out of control and has so many hilarious lines, of which I probably can't write any down right now. Also, there are several very funny and well written songs that are able to make this movie a great musical as well as being an animated comedy. The only drawback is that some show characters, such as Barbrady and Jimbo don't get adequate screen time. If you like the show or just like having your jaw drop, then I highly recommend this movie

Aqua Teen Hunger Force (2000–2023)
Crazy as hell, but damn funny

I've been watching this show for just about a year and a half and it's truly amazing. It has such funny characters and memorable dialogue that make you not care if the scripts don't make any sense. I especially love Carl's pure sleaziness and Meatwad's silly voice. They also have painfully funny and twisted intros featuring Dr. Weird and his assistant Steve It looks surprisingly professional considering it only takes about $60,000 to produce an 11 minute episode. The show is so unusually and unmistakably hilarious. There are so many memorable episodes that feature so many bizarre one episode characters. I highly recommend this show to anyone who can enjoy a good laugh and also think out of the box.

Finally a good use for socks

This show is so great. Shows like this only come once in a blue moon, and sadly, most American viewers don't get the wacky brilliance. This was one of the last MTV shows I was happy to see. There were so many great segments, most notably precious Roy and calls from the public. I also really enjoyed the main characters' totally inane conversations. It was hilarious in such an absurd way. So many of my friends I went to high school with also loved this show. It's too damn bad a show like this didn't get picked up by Comedy Central or Adult Swim, because those channels were better at dealing with more out of the box shows. It's surprising that no other shows have tried to do something like this, considering how little money it would cost to make

The Critic (1994–2001)
Short lived masterpiece

This show was hilarious. I loved Jon Lovitz and all the other voice actors. Jay Sherman is such a comically brilliant character. As a film buff, I thought the movie parodies in the show "Coming Attractions" were amazing. I also liked the shows send up on the entertainment industry and films and actors in general I think Al Jean and Mike Reiss did an excellent job with this series. Sadly, most Simpsons personnel don't get as lucky with their own projects, even Groening had problems keeping Futurama on the air, which I also loved. I still can't believe it only lasted two seasons. I think it would be awesome if someday they would come out with more episodes or even a feature film.

Beavis and Butt-Head (1993–2011)
The little show that could
18 September 2005
In the early 90s, one of the most popular and controversial shows soon emerged. It was such a triumph in that it was so stupidly brilliant. The main characters became instant cultural icons because they defined a generation of slackers. The show managed to stay hilarious, even though the stories are surprisingly short. I also enjoy all the minor characters that Beavis and Butthead interacted with, most notably the Hank Hill forerunner character of Tom Anderson. I also enjoyed their inane chatter when they would criticize current music videos. This show should go down in history as an example of how surprisingly good a stupid show can be

Astonishing

Warning: Spoilers
This is by far the best animated movie I have ever seen. I'm still visually impressed by the wonderful non CGI animation that fills the screen from beginning to end. This film also features one of the best voice casts ever for an animated film. Eric Idle is hilarious as the junkyard robot, Leonard Nimoy is awesome as Galvatron, and Judd Nelson shines as Hot Rod, not to mention the amazing final performance of Orson Welles. This film also has a hilarious 80s-Heavy Metal soundtrack. It also features one of the most touching scenes in a cartoon, with the death of Optimus Prime. I highly recommend this to any one who enjoyed the series, or just animation and Sci-Fi in general

Atomic Superfun

This has got to be one of the greatest animated comedies ever and by far the best Sci Fi series on television. All 72 episodes are just as funny the 5th and 6th time through as they were the 1st. I also love how it usually focuses on the three characters of Fry, Bender, and Leela, but it also often shows great moments from such amazing characters as Dr. Zoidberg and Zapp Brannigan. It totally sucks that this show was given such a lousy time slot by Fox and replaced by shows that barely lasted a season. This show has so much beautiful animation, much more detailed than simpsons or family guy, and it also has some of the funniest quotes and one liners in TV history. A definite must see for anybody who loves animation, comedy, or science fiction.

The Irish in America (1995 TV Movie)

Great documentary
2 September 2005
This is a touching documentary from beginning to end. I t whole heartedly captures the struggles of our fore fathers. This is of extreme importance to any American of Irish decent or any one interested in the history of American immigration.

There were many touching moments in all the different parts of this saga. The most touching would probably be when they were talking about the tragedy of the potato famine. It was also impressive to know what kind of persecution and degradation they had to go through while trying to make a life for themselves in a newly formed America.

This movie proves to all of us the importance of diversity and determination that eventually make this country one of the greatest countries for humanity and opportunity

Unapolagetically Brilliant
2 September 2005
This is by far one of my favorite shows on TV. It is brilliant and hilarious on so many levels. The show is able to take four children and a small town and turn it into a colossal launchpad for perfection. This show packs no punches when it comes to celebrities or taboos. This show pushes every boundary on decency and taste and still remains surprisingly insightful. This show has so many great episodes and an endless supply of killer dialog. I have seen every episode to date and can't wait for the new episodes to come. This show is a perfect example of not giving a *#@! what other shows are too afraid to put on and just focus on making a truly amazing and unforgettable piece of entertainment history

Truly Amazing
2 September 2005
This is by far one of the greatest shows of all time. It is outrageously clever and funny. There is such a wide array of lovable, funny, goofy characters, and a lifetime of memorable quotes and one liners. This show has hundreds of classic episodes that are just as good the seventh or eighth time as they were the first. I also can't imagine any other show that get so many huge celebrities to agree to parade themselves in such hilarious situations. This show has lasted longer than any other cartoon or sitcom quite simply because it's the best. I am proud to admit that I've been watching the show since I was eight and have seen each one of the 350+ episodes. I will undoubtedly watch the show until it's off the air and I will watch the reruns until the blood in my veins run cold
