Manifest (2018)
Full of nonsense
If you saw Lost you will understand me better. It starts with a good idea, but very soon you find out that writers and producers don't have a clue about what to do with it, so they keep on showing everytime more nonsense crap and more of the same, same thing again and again, surounded from unrealistic things going on. Prettymuchthe same as with Lost, except that in that one they managed to keep it interesting for two seasons, then started falling. With Manifest it was ok just the first two chapters before you realize these guys are more lost than the ones in Lost. I don't know how they are going to end this, but the worst part, is neither writers non producers have a clue. Gets so boring and absurd. Anyway, good luck if you dare to watch this nonsense series.
Fargo (2014)
Good but not true as it says it is
Just saw the first season, it's entertaining, but it says it is based on true events shown as they really happened in 2006
Question: How do you explain the movie Fargo from the Cohen brothers from 1996, also based on that true story with lots of similarities?
Welcome to the Jungle (2013)
Very bad adaptation
This is a very bad adaptation of The Lord of the Flies. I don't know if it says somewhere that it's based on the novel by William Golding, but anyone who has read the book or seen the movie can tell is a bad imitation, a joke. Absolutely predictable from beginning to end, and not funny whatsoever, just makes you grin a couple of times at the most. Acting is bad, specially the tribe members, trying to appear as fiercely guys, makes you laugh because it's so bad, not because it's funny. Nice for JCVD for trying something different, but just another failure. If you don't have anything else to watch, take a book and read instead.
The Heat (2013)
Oscar for the most annoying character ever.
This is the first time I write a review, this film made me do so. I've watched bad, awful movies all the way to the end in my life; extremely seldomly I stop watching one, and I can say this one might have the record on that issue, I couldn't get past the first 45 minutes. I chose to watch it because of the great Sandra Bullock, but not even her was reason enough to keep watching. There are plenty of movies with cops that have their own rebel stile, that are a pain in the neck for their boss and coworkers, but effective and the character is charismatic and likable (Eddy Murphy in Beverly Hills cop, for example). In this case, that character, Mulligan, is absolutely annoying, unconceivable, absolutely despicable. How is it possible to create such a despicable character, it makes you feel sick. Tripple awful vote for this piece of garbage.
