Wow.. this is one brilliant tv show.

Its very dark and gritty. Loads of well known actors giving great performances.

I cant compliment this show enough.

Clarkson's Farm (2021– )

you either love him or hate him

So many people out there dont have a good word to say about clarkson and they have their opinion.

But all you have to do is sit down and watch this and you will see a totally different side to him.

Once you see how much he has bitten off and realise he doesnt have a clue. You will know he cant do it on his own and anyone who has an opinion of jeremy will know he isnt much of a team player. He gets kaleb in to help him with the day to day running of the farm and you instantly think he is great due to kalebs down to earth attitude and the fact he doesnt BS clarkson.. this isnt one of those shows where you either love it or hate it.

A local farmer in the north east of england has stated clarkson has done more for farming in 1 year than countryfile has done in 20 years.

During the show he gets slagged off from people who criticise him for chopping trees down and you would expect these people to know what they are talking about.. he then shows you what he has done and the reasons for doing it.. i guess those who criticised him have gone back into their holes.

Totally brilliant show and looking forward to the next season of it.

Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)

I dont understand why film makers do this.. the 2nd film is nearly always garbage. the only exception is aliens in my opinion. sicario 2, that was rubbish, john wick 2 rubbish. i was really looking forward to this movie and i agree gal gadot is a goddess. but why torture us and her with this. you would be better off watching the old tv episodes of wonder woman. even kristin wiig and pedro pascal couldnt save this movie.

Altered Carbon (2018–2020)

season 2 not as good as the first

Love the sci-fi and the thought of body sleeves.. but from the start it doesnt have the same appeal as season 1. i love season 1 and can watch it again and again but ive only watched about 3 episodes of the 2nd season and im not overly impressed. it so far doesnt seem to have the same body count and seeing that joel kinnaman isnt playing the role of kovacs, it just doesnt feel as gritty. it may get better as i watch more episodes but i just dont see it

Batwoman (2019– )

I watched the first couple of episodes thinking that CW and the cast would make a decent show but i was wrong.. wrong on so many levels. it was like going to the dentists and the dentist not using any painkillers.. it was horrible.. and to think.. CW have renewed it for another season.. they must have something planned to either blow the whole show up and never think of it again or start from before the show started when they were all in diapers/nappies and show them playing in kindergarten.. dont even contemplate watching this

To be honest this film should have been better than it was. idris, jason and dwayne.. you would of thought that any of those 3 would of been the best in the film but no.. it was vanessa kirby. the thought of all those top actors in a movie would be a great selling point but as we know from past experience no matter how many top names there are. you cant save a dead fish. they say this movie is action and adventure. they should of added Sci-fi as well. just wait until it comes out on DVD if you have to watch it

what a brilliant series

I cant stand Ricky Gervais but this show is brilliant. its full of emotions and comedy and all the actors in the show are amazing. from postman pat to the sex worker to everyone in his office.. please don't drag this out and spoil it with a follow on as i think this would spoil the 6 episodes that were all brilliant.

I love this show. this TV show is getting better and better. yes you can see whats going to happen before it does but it still doesn't stop this programme from delivering. you seriously want Franklin to succeed even though he is a drug dealer.. started off slowly in the first season and now he is becoming someone you don't mess with. i don't want to spoil it if you haven't started watching but if you haven't.. why not ??

Rough Night (2017)

i cant tell you how bad this movie is. it reminded me of a weekend at Bernie's but that was a lot funnier and everything about that seemed to gel where this didn't. if you want to watch a funny movie.. this isn't it. I found the some of the characters to be very annoying and not even funny. I couldn't watch all of it due to it being that bad.

Wonder Woman (2017)

what a film

wow.. I love this movie.. watched it a few times and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also grew up with wonder woman on the TV but its no way as good as this. yes there has been a lot of changes since the original TV show but this has got to be one of the best marvel movies I've watched and a lot better than all of the marvel movies this year. I'm not going to spoil it for you but you wont be disappointed unless you don't like women being in a lead roll. gal gadot is as beautiful as ever and coming from the fast and furious franchise and some other mediocre movies to one of the best movies of the year is fantastic for her.. long may it continue

The Grand Tour (2016–2024)

what a show.. you knew when Clarkson didn't get his contract renewed there would be some company prepared to take these 3 friends on. they also knew what rapport they had and they also knew it is a fantastic combination. they all work together and off each other. I don't think they would have the same screen presence if they worked alone or with someone else. now for the best car show on the planet.. its been a long time coming and it is well worth the watch. I think the only painful thing about actually watching the show was the audience. I know Americans don't understand sarcasm but the audience were lost. I felt so sorry for them. I tried to watch the old show (top gear) and felt that it has seriously lost everything. no one could revive this show. yes I do understand what had to happen due to Clarkson doing what he did.. but they could of allowed them to create their own show and allow them to call it top gear and bought it. now they have lost a massive audience and they have a show that will slowly die off. to me.. WATCH THE GRAND TOUR now

The Crown (2016–2023)

to be honest I would never of normally watched this type of program.. not because of it being about the monarchy or anything like that.. its because I would of thought it was boring. not my normal thing. would I of been wrong.. OH YES. I couldn't stop watching this. it is truly well worth watching. Claire Foy (Queen Elizabeth) is outstanding and you can actually get into the character when she speaks. you feel sorry for her when you realise what she has given up to become the queen as well as how her husband was with her. you also learn things about the rest of the royal family and learn that they are just like us but in the spotlight all the time and even more now. as well as watching the government run their lives for them and not being able to do anything without offending someone. I know there will be another season of this program and I cant wait.

A Good Year (2006)

well worth a watch

I know its an old film but I've watched this numerous times and love it. personally think this film is a total change of direction for ridley scott and crowe plays a very good part. I have learned to enjoy russel crowes movies and find that his talent as an actor is getting better.. just like the wine in this movie. the whole film is very good and the throwbacks to when max skinner was younger adds even more character to the film. all the actors play a very good part and they make this film very enjoyable. as for Marion Cotillard.. wow.. she is absolutely stunning and its no wonder she is even more popular some years down the line.. I also think the relationship between max and henry is probably more comparable to a lot of families these days. as to the location of the movie.. who wouldn't want to spend a fantastic summer in that location. would I recommend this movie. oh yes. without a doubt.

just love watching this movie. the idea of driving around America trying all the different foods would be like a dream come true. the film is light hearted and easy to watch. this film brings a dysfunctional family back together and shows the relationship between father and son as well as how technology can change peoples lives. it also goes to show how the children of today are more clued up when it comes to technology than the older generation. this film shows the different types of food that is served all over America and just how gorgeous it can be made to look. the fact that there are so many well known people in this movie goes to show how well like john favreau is. I personally think there could be a follow up to this film

i have to write this review with a heavy heart.. i have found will smith to be one of the most consistent actors over the years of making and being in films and then came this one.. this has to be one of the worst movies i have seen and i have watched a lot. to this day i don't know what he was thinking when he made it and i would honestly say don't watch it unless there is absolutely nothing else to watch. if you have to watch anything watch the legend of bagger Vance. I'm not gay but i do actually think that will smith has to be one of the best looking male actors in Hollywood. i know he will come back from making this film and do something a lot better but i just don't understand why someone would make a film and release it knowing its not very good.

i was so looking forward to watching this movie and i did enjoy it but... and its a very big but.. in comparison to the first taken the movie seemed to of lost its unpredictability.. yes we knew what was going to happen but in the first movie you never expected him to do some of the stuff he did like shoot his friends wife. there was none of this in this movie. also it seemed to be rushed and very predictable. i also thought with luc besson being involved it would be totally awesome but no..

there was plenty of action which was to be expected but not as exciting and gripping as the first..
