From start to finish, the film captivates, closing a generation of time between the first film and this sequel. It defines its audience as participants in the Cruise era, linking the film's characters' evolution to that of the audience's actual lives since the first film. And so every ingredient of it is immediately impactful to the highest degree that Hollywood can achieve, making a mockery of its sparse negative critics. Its positive fans are every watcher of the film who is honest. It is as action-packed and memorable as any blockbuster could hope for. You know, watching it, that there is hope for humanity afterall, that history is being made here, that cinematic hype meets total vindication. It shows that it is fine to believe in oneself as in one's country and way of life as long as every test of human integrity holds up in defending these things. So Top Gun Maverick blows away much of the doubt of being mortal, inspiring countless generations of top achievers today and yet to come.

Ok, this show is watchable. Sean Bean is always great, but he has done better things. I did like this show, not much happens but I guess that is what a marriage is over a long time. Most characters are not likeable, which seems to be a thing now in British shows like this.

But I'm here for the theme song which has to be the most annoying thing ever produced! When it came on in first episode I'm like 'whats going on here?' What is that noise! Just in case you couldn't get enough at the start of the episode, it's there again at the end. Whoever put that together, just stop, get out of the music business now!

I used to LOVE this show, characters like Munch, Cragen, Barba etc etc from earlier seasons really made this show great. It used to be about a crime and finding out who did it. Excellent stories, great acting, great guest stars. Almost all the good characters have left or were written out by season 20 or long before. Now hear Rollins will be leaving, also a great character! This show is now just an unwatchable, politically motivated, hate based show and is not slightly entertaining. For new viewers to SVU, don't be turned off by what you see now, watch seasons 1-19, stop after that. Time for this to be cancelled and put to sleep.
