It could have been good but serious the movie/scenery is by far too dark which exhausting to make out what going on screen. You can hardly make out the Sets.

Its also by far too long (serious 3 hours) stretched with long camera rides, slow-mo.

With other words they have tried to make the Dark Knight darker. Its a waste of time (and I like usually Batman).

Also dont like the villains costumes. Penguin is hardly to make out as penguin and the riddlers costume.... who the hell made this choice?

With an eye/view from the US or Europe it must been very exotic/exciting watching this movie shot on location in Hong Kong - obviously trying to get some Bond-Look-a-Like atmosphere as in the same time were released/made YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE. While there were some Euro-Spy-wave there were also a crime-wave in germany based on Edgar Wallace books. 32 official movies were made from 1959-72 plus some "inofficial" ones made by the british movie makers and partially in co-production with Germany and international Cast.

Recently watchd this movie on bluray (german release) which contains two cuts. An international 105 min version (restored) and a shorter german version (78 min).

Compared to both version: the german Cut might have more tempo but it's a bit confusing when somebody suddently know something of things which had been cut from that version. This is also mentioned on the german bluray audio-commentary.

In the title sequence is a major difference as in the german one are Sieghardt Rupp and Klaus Kinski listed but not mentioned in the international one.

Even this movie might in some scenes to long this movie could have been much better. But there is a big issue: Bob Cummings. - Dont get me wrong: Bob Cummings is a good actor. But he was 57 years who plays "a young naiv playboy/reporter". With colored hair and "overacting" to try to be "young" he destroyed somehow the illusion/the movie. It (the movie) would have been much better when Bob cummings would have "act" more serious.

Fazit: it's not that bad at all but not that great. Just passable time-killer

Joan Collins is back and she has wonderful scenes. There are no aliens nor guns just two old ladies who came together with some sad and some funny moments. And there is just more than it looks on the beginning.

Camera work and scenery are wonderful.

For the younger CGI and X-Men-whatever generation it might be slow and possible boring but I would call it as a wonderful heart wearming old school movie. And Joan Collins (wellknow as Alexis Carrington Colby from the 80s super hit "Dynasty") is portraying wonderful a old Hollywood diva.

Fazit: personally I loved it

Just a few things I don't like but primary it was entertaining (without to tell something about the story here).

The only thing I didn't liked is, in some action scenes / fights - for 3D - the camera shakes to much.

But I like those things what does happen to Wolverine. And yes - don't leave to movie theater during the end titles because there comes one scene more for a coming movie.

Its a movie based on a comic, its fantasy... (common, don't ask stupid questions), its entertaining and there a different tastes of course. Its just one more story about Wolverine. It was entertaining and lets hope for more Wolverine.

Das Traumschiff tuckert nun seit über 30 Jahren über die Weltmeere, an die schönsten Orte der Welt und hat bis jetzt noch ein Schiffbruch erlitten. Die Quote dieser Folge: fast 9 Millionen Zuschauer.

In dieser Folge geht es nach Puerto Rico mit den Gästen Heinz Hoenig, Nicki von Tempelhoff und special guest: die Schlagersängerin Helene Fischer als die neue Reiseleitern.

Der erste Gedanke: oha... Helene Fischer. Das kann nur schief gehen. Aber, so übel war sie wiederum nicht. Als "nicht"-Schauspielerin hat sie ihre Sache, bzw Ihre Rolle doch recht gut rüber gebracht.

Das grösste Highlight dieser "Neujahrs"-Folge: Nicki von Tempelhoff und seine Schauspieler-Partnerin betreten nämlich eine wunderschöne Insel, auf der zuvor mit Johnny Depp "Fluch der Karibik" gedreht wurde.

Ansonsten wie gehabt: triviale Unterhaltung vor schöner Kulisse: nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Unter der ARD Vorabend-Krimi-reihe "Heiter bis tödlich" hat man mit "Fuchs und Gans" wieder eine kleine Perle geschaffen und sich von anderen Krimi-Serie, dank skurrilen Figuren und noch absurderen Fällen, abhebt.

Allen voran ist da Peter Bongartz als Urban Fuchs, ein freigestellter/früh pensionierter Komissar, der mit seinen drei Tieren spricht: dem Hund der Herr Kaiser, der Katze Frau Cassandra und dem Hasen Herr Klausmann - was dazu führt, dass seine Mitmenschen ihn etwas argwöhnisch und skeptisch betrachten. Dabei ist Herr Fuchs ganz und gar nicht senil sondern bei klaren Verstand und hilft seinem Sohn, der nun Polizist ist, Fälle zu lösen. So scheint es im realen Städtchen Bad Urach, wo die Serie gedreht wird und spielt, immer was zu laufen und man glaubt, dass einem die Protagonisten einem über dem Weg laufen könnten.

Neben "Mord mit Aussicht" ist "Fuchs und Gans" eine wirkliche heitere Krimi-Unterhaltung wo man sich wünscht, dass sich die Macher der beiden Serien noch etwas mehr Mut zeigen, und komisch absurde Fälle Momente kreieren.

Fazit: toll

Dies ist nun das Crossover Special der beiden ZDF Serien "Der Bergdoktor" und "Die Bergretter", was eigentlich nur eine Frage der Zeit war, bis beide Serien aufeinander treffen würden - spielen doch beide Serien in der selben Gegend.

Bis auf einige wenige Szenen ist das Serien-special gut gelungen. Die Devise gilt: nicht allzu viel über die Logik nachdenken. Denn, warum muss es in einem "Katastrophen-Film" immer irgendwelche deppen geben - hier dargestellt von Francis Fulton Smith - der beim Zivilschutz für die Evakuierung etc. zuständig ist.

Und warum kann ein einfacher "Bergdoktor" die "Welt" retten, während die es vom Zivilschutz oder die Klinik-Spezialisten nicht können?

Dr. Alexander Kahnweiler (gespielt von Mark Keller) ironische Antwort dazu: "Fragen Sie mich nicht warum, aber es ist einfach so!"

Als Gäste sind unter anderem Oliver Clemens und Manou Lubowski zu sehen.

Fazit: sehr gelungenes Serienspecial, ziemlich aufwändig mit reichlich Tempo gedreht, mit kleinen Schwächen über die man hinweg sehen sollte.

Realistic or not - I don't care about and every good show has sometime his bad (and boring) moments.

"Desperate Housewives" is a funny show, black humor, with drama, mystery, crime and very good dialogues (most time from the off-commentary by Mary Alice, played by Brenda Strong).

Its a interesting show with great actors. Including those guest stars and who have only small roles like: Steven Eckholdt, David Starzyk, Patrick Fabian, Shirley Knight, John Haymes Newton, Larry Hagman, Richard Chamberlain, Neal McDonough, Shawn Pyfrom, and many more where appeared over the 8 Season.

The show is very well written and thanks heaven the show wasn't canceled during the screen writers guild strike (2007-2008). But all the time, the show was very well played. Specially Eva Longoria, Marcia Cross, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and Nicolette Sheridan did an amazing job during the years.

When you've never seen it before: you should try watching it on DVD. Its really worth.

Warning: when you want see a true based or more realastic movie, then I would say you should watching the German movie: "Nordwand". "Vertical Limit" is in other words just Popcorn-Kino. Nothing more and nothing less. Sure, those EXPERTS in this movies are stupid but who cares? The movie itself is thrilling, breathless and entertaining. Also I like any actors like Nicholas Lea (famous for his role as Alex Kryzek in "X-Files") and Chris O'Donnell. In a supporting role can be seen Alexander Siddig who was Dr. Bashir in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Its a good movie. I liked it in the movie theaters and I still like it on blu-Ray.

This is (in my mind) the first openly Gay-themed TV-series who's show very real a gay/lesbian live with all pro/contra's and problems they've and shows loves/sex-scenes which other shows not do.

And no, it has not only to do with sex... the show tells much more: love, family, friendship, AIDS, prejudice, rape, drugs...

The Cast is outstanding. First I was a little bit shocked about Emmets character (played by the wonderful Peter Paige) but he became one of the most wonderful, heartfull character of the whole series and with the funniest scenes.

A big thanks goes to Randy Harrison, Scott Lowell, Peter Paige, Hal Sparks, Robert Gant, Chris Potter, Gale Harold, Sharon Gless where had been brave enough to play in this show.

Also big thanks to the supporting cast or who has small roles: Dean Armstrong, Bobby Johnston, Matthew G. Taylor, Shane Daly, Noah Danby, Matt Battaglia, Lee Rumohr, Adam Harrington.

FAZIT: Watch it on TV or try to get on DVD. Its really a entertaining show. Sometime has drama, is sad, and sometime very funny.

Reinas / Queens / or "Schwule Mütter ohne Nerven" as the German titles was - is a amazing funny movie about the first official Spanish gay marriage.

Not the tree different gay couples playing the main part - no, its the story about their mothers played by the grand dames of the Spanish cinema.

Its a romantic comedy, wonderful filmed. Some events say: 4 hours before. So we see again a event a second time but from another angle. The movie / story is like a small puzzle and come's on the end to a whole thing (the marriage). I would say it's interesting made.

Yes, its funny, a lot humor, but the acting is never overacted! Very good I found was Unax Ugalde (the blond haired guy) who's really talented actor.

This was one of the best and outstanding Drama/Comedy Family shows in the past years. Sadly it run only for five years.

The Cast was just amazing: from Sally Field, Rachel Griffiths, Matthew Rhys and Luke MacFarlane. "Brothers & Sisters" was drama and comedy. One of the running gags during the whole show was the talks with telephone/cell phone.

But the most interesting, touching, heartbreaking storyline was the "gay"-relationship between Kevin and Scotty (played by two great talents Matthew Rhys and Luke MacFarlane). It wasn't a stereotypical storyline and acting. No, it was much much more.

Scotty (Luke MacFarlane) was first a small role but grew up to a bigger supporting role because he was very charming and very well played.

The best scenes and most heartbreaking scene I ever have seen in a TV Series was between Luke MacFarlane and Matthew Rhys in the fifth Season. Both played absolutely amazing. I had during 20 minutes tears in my eyes and I could not stop crying. Congrats to both actors!! I was very sad when the show was canceled.

Inexplicably, on the German TV it was flop and was canceled after only 15 episodes of the first season.

Fazit: its a must see it!!!

The most interesting part of this movie is, that Paul Richter, here as Graf Dietwald, played in the 1936 black/white version the leading role.

Erich Auer handsome looking guy is playing the leading role in this beautiful filmed "Heimatfilm" from 1953.

This movie was shortly restored and shown on TV and deserve's to be released on DVD or better on Blu-Ray because it looks beautiful, clean and sharp.

What I like in this Drama/Love Story is the German/Austrian language/accent they had in the movies in the 1950s.

During the 1953 version its more often showed on the TV its the 1936 very rare.

Which version is better? Well.. both are very good and made in the best way in their time and both movies are really a must see it.

I missed the movie the first time on TV (on SAT1) but saw it shortly because I like very much handsome actor Manuel Witting (which comes from the famous Austrian actor Dynasty Hörbiger) who's playing Nikki.

I must say, this movie was funny and very charming and lives totally with their actors: Saskia Vester, Jürgen Tonkel and you may don't believe it: Jenny Elvers-Elbertzhagen who I call more a IT-girl than a actress. But she did really a great job here.

The story is playing in "Bayern", which is catholic are and conservative. The truth is, at this time when the movie was made, in 2009 it was already allowed for gay people to marry in Bayern.

The acting is great. It was funny but not overloaded or made into slapstick. Its a romantic, funny and heartbreaking Love Story. Specially then in the final scene when actress/comedian Franziska Traub is singing "All You need is love" together with the citizen of village.

Franziska Traub is a "Geheimtip" in this movie.

Fazit: very well and charming made!! And I guess there is a question: Is Manuel Witting gay or not? Answer: NO! He's just a great actor and is married in the real life and has a child!
