Cut, Color, Murder (2022 TV Movie)
10/10
Really enjoyable mystery.

Hallmark movies always have a certain charm about them that cannot be replicated and this is certainly no exception. I absolutely love their murder mysteries and I really do hope that "Cut, Color, Murder" is the start of a great series.

It was an extremely engaging and truly well thought out mystery that kept you guessing until the end and considering the cliffhanger, I really do hope that this returns. It has great potential to be another awesome mystery series. Ryan McPartlin and Julie Gonzalo bounce pretty well off each other and I'm really intrigued as to how their journey could continue to unfold.

More please.

Resident Evil (2022)
10/10
Really don't understand all the hate!

I'm a huge Resident Evil fan, yet took this Netflix series for how it should be taken; a new fresh outlook, not a rehash of previous content.

Admittedly the first episode is a little rocky, but once you get into it, it's gripping and most definitely addictive. The constant flipping between both past and present keeps you on the edge of your seat and develops the story nicely.

It's well acted with particularly great performances from Ella Balinska, Tamara Smart and Lance Reddick.

It would definitely appear that I'm in the minority, but I sincerely do hope that this gets renewed for a second series, but alas I fear that seeing as it wasn't such a hit this may not happen. Judge for yourself and give it go, but please watch past episode one because it truly does get so much better.

The Doorman (2020)
10/10
Really enjoyable and entertaining!

I'm not too sure why this film received so many bad reviews, but each to their I own I guess. It was a fun and very entertaining action film that delivered in every aspect. As always Ruby Rose is gorgeous and shines in the role of Ali and it's a great performance from Jean Reno and Rupert Evans, too.

I don't tend to over think films too much, I watch them for escapism and this is a perfect action flick to take your mind off things. The fighting scenes are great and very convincing, and once again, I've got to mention how good Ruby Rose is.

If you enjoy action movies and escapism then give it go, it's definitely worth a watch.
