The kids were great! The acting, singing, and dancing was all on point. Emma Thompson was also amazing and did a wonderful job.

The other adults on the other hand were sadly forgettable. Even miss honey didn't feel like a main character. I grew up with the old 90's movie Matilda and miss honey was very important and you could feel that she loved Matilda with their acting. This miss honey had a beautiful voice, but it felt like there should have been more scenes with her teaching and talking to Matilda.

I was entertained almost the entire two hours of film which is what i consider good. It's not perfect but it was still fun.

I liked the old show as it was wholesome and entertaining. This is extremely forces and Herman was a idiot. In the series he had jokes, but he was also wise. The girl that played Lily seemed to do a decent enough job, but it still wasn't amazing.

Honestly i couldn't even finish the movie as it just kept getting worse and worse. They should have got some people involved that actually liked the old show to make it decent. I can't believe this script was even approved as there's not really anything to it.

I can't imagine finishing this movie as it felt so long even at the start. I kept on watching because I told myself it was going to get better.... It never did.

I wanted to like it as I loved the old show. I'm fine with it not being a comedy, but this is a horrible soap opera. It even makes the horrible cw dramas look good as at least some of those start out ok.

I love Pixar movies but honestly this didn't feel like a Pixar movie. The animation was horrible and felt like some small studio made it. Then the story was so awkward i had to pause and walk away for a bit. I don't even remember laughing at any part of the story.

The theme is good, but i have heard it told better before.

The animation was just so bad it was like watching a slideshow. Also where are the characters from Wicked World? The story and acting was both really bad. The only reason they had this was to finish their story quickly.

Harley felt as crazy as she should have been and it was entertaining. When they jumped times and places they actually told you in creative ways which is an issue with other movies. The fights were intense and very creative instead of doing the same stuff over and over again. I think it is safe to say Bloodsport was the main character of this film. As much as I like Harley I believe it was a good choice. Bloodsports character and his weapons were also imaginative and cool. All in all it's a good watch for adults (it definitely has the R rating for a reason.) There is also just enough humor sprinkled in to make it that much better.

See DC you get what you pay for with writers and directors. Stay away from d rate horror film directors and writers.

I agree that we should see some characters more, but I love it when the characters grow as time moves on. They first half of this season is so far doing exactly that. I can't say i approve of all their choices but it's good so far.

I can't believe so many people are complaining about wokeness when the coolest character was man-at-arms. I have no doubt we will see more of He-man of the trolls don't try to kill the show first. The best thing is Netflix will probably pay more attention to their internal reviews. Some of these website reviews don't even seem like they have watched any of it before reviewing it.

It's not better than Dragon Price, Trollhunters, or Avatar the last Airbender, but it's still good.

I forgot they made a series and honestly it would have been ok to never have known. It's crazy that they had way more time to spend making the characters more fleshed out and did the exact opposite. Why do all the men seem to be dumber than their movie counterparts? Although in all fairness the women characters are also less intelligent than the movie versions just not as bad.

The parts i did like were similar to the moments in the movie, so I'm not sure it should counted since it was stolen already.

The acting seems very touch and go. Sometimes i thought it was good and other times I was wondering why i was watching this series. I'm going to watch a few more episodes to see if they get more comfortable with the characters, but it's really not looking good.

I'm so tired of the CW making series that are so dramatic. Can't they make an interesting story without all the unneeded drama? I don't mind a little drama but the amount they throw into their shows really ruins the entertainment value for me.

I really wasn't sure I was going to like this show, but I ended up watching it several times which is unusual for me. The music was good and i love the song "unsaid Emily".

The story is different enough that I was interested and got invested in the characters lives. I hope this sees a second season.

This is dark and not in a good way. The CGI is completely horrible which is why it wasn't used that often. It's weird that this should be a high budget series and it feels like a low budget series with the cgi, writing, and some of the acting. The pacing feels slow most of the time. The filter they use on every scene makes things hard to see and always gloomy. At times there's several stories happening all at once and gets annoying.

Patty doesn't even have a lot of writing experience! The movie jumps from being unrealistic to bring back to unrealistic. I mean it's a superhero movie where heroes can do the impossible so unrealistic should be ok, but it still feels too fake to suspend disbelief.

Also the props and sets are frustrating because they are just as boring as the movie. Did they get a deal on grayish-blue and white paint? Why does everything look modern with some 80's accents?

It's nice to see a male character care for people in his life and be nice to the aggressive. This is what i want to see more of in shows. I'm not fond of the completely dark, serious, dramatic, stupid, or edgy shows that we seem to be getting a lot of. I love positive comedies with maybe some romance thrown in.

It's weird to see a show and like most of the characters and see them grow. This is really well written and even though I don't like Soccer (football) it's still enjoyable.

I was thinking i was going to be fine without Mushu and was disappointed at the idea that it wasn't a musical, but i still had my hopes up. This is just sad! It's boring and the stupid crouching Tiger hidden dragon chi powers is so stupid. Honestly you can change the names and you couldn't even tell it wasn't just a generic Chinese movie. Then there were Times where it just felt rushed or poorly put together.

Whomever decided these people with so little experience should do a DC movie should also be fired. None of these characters act like any of the characters from the books or animations. Did these people even look at any of the source material?

The fighting is amateurish with no talking at all during the scenes. The writer seriously couldn't think of any funny quips or crazy remarks? This is Harley Quinn we're talking about! Why do so many bad guys not carry guns? Why do the police that have guns never use them? Why does the Huntress fight close range when she has a bow? It doesn't make sense!

Then there's the costumes that don't remind me of any of the characters and one costume seems solely made for a wet tee moment so we can see her bikini underneath. None of the colors or styles look good or even feel like Harley Quinn. The Suicide Squad costume was way better and they could have went with so many similar styles to the comics or Arkham games.

I'm going to start with the good so It's not a full post about negative. First off the art direction was visually striking and almost beautiful if you ignore the cats. Ian McKellen acting was a work of art like usual and it helps that he didn't move like the other cats. The Skimbleshanks tap dancing was also a fun watch.

Now on to the negative as there was a lot. First off I don't understand the direction they took with the character design. They went so deep into the cat side that it looked weird. I actually didn't mind the old style or maybe more human. There was also a problem with their movements and dance as it felt sexual and there were times I almost thought some characters were going to kiss or something. I was honestly hoping for a good change as they could have updated the music to add more verity. I could easily imagine some of those songs in a rock, indie, or whatever than the same music that feels very 80's.

I also hate that they even decided to add Rebel Wilson to the cast. Whenever I see her in any movie she feels like the same girl with disgusting humor and this is no different. There were also a lot of characters that didn't even sing well. I guess they would rather get big names than good characters for the part.

You could easily write a pitch meeting about this episode.

So many things are super easy, barely an inconvenience. It disregard everything Mofatt and Davis did. Did Chibnall even watch any of his predecessors work?

I despise the character Mark! He has almost no redeeming qualities as a person. He is the generic male chauvinist character from the 1960s that gives the rest of us a bad name. He doesn't pay attention to his wife and makes all the choices even if it hurts her. He hates the idea of marriage and children so there's no reason why Joanna's character should even like him even at the beginning. I can see why her character would get more bitter as time goes on.

I didn't mind Johanna's character as she tried her best to be fun even when he was a stick in the mud. Actually i don't remember his character ever initiating any of the good memories.

Another problem i had with this movie was the fact it jumped to different times in their life constantly. It would take us a few seconds to figure out if we were watching the before marriage couple, just after marriage, further in marriage, or current time. I understand why they did it because if they went in order the movie would get more and more depressing and few would make it to the end.

I'm going to go watch a better Audrey Hepburn movie to clear this from my mind as much as possible.

First they had to get popular "actors" over voice actors and no one even sounds right.

They force a lot of violence and cursing just to be an "adult" cartoon, but it's downright boring and poorly written. I think this is more for teens that think they are adults instead of actual adults. It's just as bad as a lot of DC movies. In the Batman vs Superman movie they didn't understand why Batman didn't kill and wrote him different. I much prefer Harley Quinn in the animated series, Arkham games, and some comics. I'm done with DC universe.

There's so much happening all the time that you don't feel for the companions at all. They don't have beautifully written quotes or even memorable moments anymore. The worst part is they are adding a lot of politics into doctor who. Yes male misogyny is bad, yes global warming is bad, yes segregation is bad, yes there's a lot of issues, but Where is the fun?

Why can't we see funny moments again? I have never been so bored of a new doctor who episode in my life. Why is the action feel like we're jumping from character to character making it easy to lose peoples attention and get lost? Honestly the last two seasons have been way less memorable than any of the worst episodes with the old doctors.

The pacing in this movie is slower than any movie i have ever watched. It's also too quiet which can create a nice effect, but in this case i found myself bored because of it. I also found myself wanting to fast forward because a lot of nothing happens. Long Driving scenes that are quiet except the bad music it was put to. I love travel videos set to music but i just couldn't enjoy it in this movie. I think i finally gave up 50-60 minutes In. I'm not sure if critics are just paid off from companies or just completely different from the majority of the audience.

My nephews watched it all the way through so they obviously liked it. The music and the story is ok and pretty simple so don't expect pixar, Disney, or even trolls quality. I Enjoyed it , but I probably won't be singing to it like I do with trolls or other musicals. It's basically a nice movie to watch with kids once in a while.
