No, it's not a serious, Emmy worthy show. It's exaggerating and sometimes even silly, BUT I couldn't stop watching.

It's funny, lighthearted and the characters are all so lovable. Turn off your brain and enjoy the ride. Felt greatly entertained :)

An enjoyable watch, but personally I liked Alice in Borderland from last year better. Very similar idea, but more interesting games and characters.

In squid game nothing really unexpected happened.

And the dinner in the end reminded me very much of hunger games- which as well has more or less the same story.

But all together still very solid an a 7 for me.

I love action movies, and I love Jason Momoa but Sweet Girl was just disappointing on every level.

Bad script, boring story, poor acting. I didn't care for the characters or what was happening... Nearly stopped three times, and really regret I didn't, because it only got worse.

I probably should stop watching Netflix movies - I'm almost always disappointed.

The story is not very original, and how the characters are written and played is not very good either. The "psycho terrorist" is so so bad, it's hard to watch. If your have nothing better to do - go for it, but don't expect too much.

The books are great, but this show is one of the very few occasions, where I like the TV story at least as much. All the actors - down to small parts- are insanely talented and so well cast-a joy to watch them perform!!

The story just grips you, and you can't let go. It's so thrilling and unsettling at times, you just have to keep watching to see where it goes.

Hands down one of my top 3 favorite series of all time.

If you liked the first two parts, you'll like this one as well. Loved the 1666 part of the movie. For me the story got better and more interesting with every part, and now we finally got to see, why Shadyside is cursed.

Definitely an enjoyable watch!

I love the esthetics of Chinese fantasy fairy tales! This one has a good story, really good cgi and music and beautiful shots and costumes. Loved the flowing fight scenes that resembled a mesmerizing dance. Really enjoyed the movie and think it deserves a higher rating than the 6,1 it currently sits on.

Best throughout cast I've seen in a movie for a long time and they all gave outstanding performances. However - the story didn't do it for me. I didn't mind so much, that it was so dark and depressing, but it was just horror after horror piled up on each other and going nowhere. There was no resolution and everyone was just left in their misery. Maybe there were too many side by side stories, that none of them could fully evolve.

I was so impressed with the first couple of episodes! Didn't expect anything and loved the wierd, quirky residents of the building. And then the monster came - and man are they awesome!! Totally could see it as a video game ala Resident Evil or Silent Hill. BUT around half way through it felt like they had fired all their good shots - less monsters, and mainly people sitting around /talking /crying or fighting each other. (maybe they were out of budget?!) 10* for the first half and 5-6* for the second.

All together still very watchable

How did the Alienist become a sidekick in his own show? And Sara a profiler? And a detective? And even more annoying? NO ONE would have given her any case. Let alone all the cringeworthy misrepresentation of feminism in the late 19th century - if you choose to set a show in this time, you should stick to what it was. Costumes alone aren't enough. Even John was a shadow of himself.... Really liked the 1st season, but the 2nd is a hard no. Unfortunately.

I looooved the Hill house and was looking forward to the same creators producing a new masterpiece, but in my opinion they didn't. The first 4 episodes are sooo slow and borderline boring, to the point where I almost stopped watching. Glad I didn't, because the 2nd half was way better. But all together it didn't hit a home run for me. Not bad, just not great.

btw am I the only one who got annoyed by "perfectly splendid"?!

I don't get, why do many people rate this show with one star. I think that's unjust. I think it has a slow start, but is getting better with each episode. It's different, dark, brutal and unfair like life itself. Mixed with a little bit of magic, medieval and battle scenes. Have I seen better shows?!? Certainly, but man, have I seen worse. I really hope Cursed will be renewed for a second season and I get to see more background stories - especially for Merlin and the Weeping Monk.

Very strong first season.... and it should have stopped there. Season 2 was at least watchable, but in the middle of the 3rd I quit.
