Chernobyl (2019)
Shocking.
Educating, shocking, upsetting. So sad. Very well done and definitely worth watching
The Witcher (2019)
Binged it
Watched it all in one day and if Henry doesn't draw you in nothing will. Good cast, story line is different and alike the game. Can't wait for the next season.
Stranger Things (2016)
A great watch
Loved it. It's something abit different, while feeling a tad nostalgic with its 80s feel.
Game of Thrones (2011)
Don't be stubborn, just watch it
Millions of people arnt wrong. It's brilliant and gory and you'll love and hate people, you'll follow so many journeys and you're guna want to be apart of it. The ending, well that's up to you to love or hate.
Grey's Anatomy (2005)
How does she do it
To write so many episodes that after every one, you just need to know what happens next, Shondra is a genius. Its had me since the get go and it still has me. It's just brilliant.
A Quiet Place (2018)
Terrifying
This pulls on your heart strings in the first 15 mins. Devistated for the family, I watched on hoping it ended better. I found it scary and I was on edge the entire time. The fact its so quiet most of the time makes it eery. Its just brilliant. I feel for Emily in everything she feels and I'm drawn in completely.
Hereditary (2018)
Interesting
Ari likes his culty films and I didn't realise it was one until... Well you'll have to find out. It's creepy and weird and a good little horror film. Worth watching
Philomena (2013)
Give it a go
Who doesn't love a true story and this one isn't all roses. Far from it. It unearths some truths that are truly heartbreaking. It's interesting to watch and definitely worth a go.
The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (2015)
A lovely watch again.
While it's not a good as the first, the story is different and the characters are in different places. It's still worth a watch and just like the first, it made me cry. The ending to this is worth watching the whole thing for. Well done Maggie Smith
The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel (2011)
Brilliant watch
The cast are amazing, so many of my favourite actors. This was what sucked me in. The journey the characters go on individually really is a delight to watch. It's a really heartwarming film with lots of life lessons.
After Life (2019)
Brilliant
The best things he's ever written. Raw life. It's sad and funny and dry and typically British. Binged watched this all the way through
Midsommar (2019)
Wtf factor.
It had me and my family talking that's for sure. I completely understood it and understood the leads journey. But that came with so many OMG and WTF moments. This film isn't jumpy or scary. Everything is right there in front of you, happening. That's the shock factor. It's visually beautiful and I understand why so many awards went their way for that. I'll let you be the judge of this one...
Minuscule 2: Les mandibules du bout du monde (2018)
Fell in love
Me and my two children (5+9) watched this and I'm so chuffed they understood what was happening, especially without any words for them to understand. It was funny and sweet and just plain lovely. The story is heartwarming and had me and my eldest in tears at the end. It's beautiful
