Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)
Good movie for nostalgic service but with massive plotholes
First plot hole, Dr Strange is seems weak and not thinking properly in the movie. Cant he just shut peter up when casting the spell instead of ruining the spell? 2nd, Dr Strange cant steal a box from peter seriously? Cant he just use freeze spell or tie spiderman's hands from the body first (torso is not affected by spidersense) to get it while peter is in ethereal form?
Seriously they made Dr Strange a clown here.
Also some jokes are a bit forced and Filipino Fan service is too obvious (speaking tagalog part). Also drama is forced just too match other spidermen drama.
Overall a fun movie because of cameos.
Tisay (2016)
A great indie film with bad ending
There are several loopholes in the movie and the most noticeable is the ending.
Why does the protagonist act "normal" after winning the last basketball game? He knew he did something that will upset the antagonist yet remained calm and carefree. (normally, people will act silently in a covert way if they are in the situation).
Tisay and the protagonist didnt have an exit plan.
Seriously? Using the antagonist's vehicle part of the exit plan and having no proper rendezvous is very dumb idea.
Considering the normal sequence of the ending scenes, what can Tisay do with the thugs attacking the protagonist? The protagonist uses this event as a reasoning to force a bad ending which is illogical.
This loophole destroyed a possible good/positive ending.
Captain Marvel (2019)
Saved by a CGI cat and stan lee
Very predictable with a very feminist presentation. As an origin story its an OK movie and the flashback (90s) of characters were actually presented OK.
There are lots of weak moments (nick fury loses eyes, forced circumstances).
Overall it feels like not a normal marvel movie.
