A Discovery of Witches (2018–2022)

Craving for more!
1 October 2018
The story is straightforward: a witch who cannot control her powers mysteriously opens the book, Ashmole 782, a book with secrets that had been lost for centuries. Afterwards, the norm starts to change. The setting is beautiful. And the story beautifully unfolds. It is certainly not a halloween party of witches, vampires and demons. Instead, it elegantly introduces all three species in a stunning narrative. Keeps me waiting impatiently for more. To those who love fantasy, this is a must!

Smart Jokes
9 September 2018
Sideswiped is a comedy tv series focused on daily lives and struggles of a 35 year old successful and single woman, a 25 year old housewife, and a (around) 60 year old widow. They learn and improve themselves from the problems of the other and theirs. It is beautifully and hilariously formulated and situated in our modern lives especially due to the use of the popular dating app tinder.

The first episode is the best. It contains smart jokes that made me crack out laughing. It certainly hooked me to binge watch all the rest. I would suggest to watch the first episode. If you didn't like it, do not bother with the rest. However, I do not want to undermine the quality of the rest. The series has many smart jokes all over. Their personal lives uncovers as the series unfolds. We become impatient to finding her love.

I love most the strong bond this family shares with examples of dependent and independent individuals. I find it important to maintain in every household. Also, the series is very realistic that Im sure many who experience the same conditions would relate. As to others, it's a life lesson.
