Joseph: King of Dreams (2000)
Lots of errors
The animation contains so many errors and missing details.
When Joseph's brothers went to Egypt, Jacob told them not to enter from the same gate, but to split and enters from different gates.
In the scene of retrieving the cup from his brothers, Joseph never mentioned that he was their brother, yet! Joseph keeps his brother and treats him well, the rest will return back and tell Jacob about what happened, he cries until he becomes blind, when they returned back to Egypt, it was then when they knew that he is Joseph, and he gave them his shirt to give it to Jacob where his sight returns.
I felt it was done just too quickly just to make it short. Either do it right or don't do it at all.
Ashab wala Aaz (2022)
So Cheap
For the Middle East taste this reproduction is so cheap, true there was no nudity in it however the scenario contains inappropriate phrases that made many viewers see the actors from a different angle.
No body is perfect and no one is saint, but there is no need to expose the dirty laundry to the public.
Eternals (2021)
Boring & too long
I watched the movie out of curiosity and I found it to be dull and boring with long introduction, focusing too much on Graphical and visual effects scenes, I couldn't understand what is it talking about and yet probably there's a sequel to it. The film could have been less than 2 hours.
Spencer (2021)
DIANA
Kristen Stewart surely have studied Princess Diana body language and the way she talked, her beautiful performance made me feel like I am watching Diana acting in the movie and not Stewart herself, the way she stand, walk and talk made me feel that I'm looking at Diana.
Injustice 2 (2017)
Between Branianc, Superman & Batman
To sugar-code my feelings towards Branianc, he is a pain in the neck, obsessed about collecting universes as if they are toys, he's also unbearable in the animated series.
Regarding to Batman & Superman, the first does not prefer to sentence criminals for their crimes because them as Justice League they are still not the law and they should be sent to trial, Superman however wants to.
I got to say that both of them has a point yet it was only settled into 2 options, while in a matter of fact a third option could be created, but mankind must complicate stuff that aren't complicated and make us choose between the 2.
For sure there should be a law for sentencing criminals but by those who are authorized to and not randomly by anyone.
Titanic (1997)
A Timeless masterpiece
I got to say I was so obsessed with the movie the moment I saw it the first time in the cinema in June 1998 until I had the chance to watch it again in March 1999 on VHS and since then I kept watching it again and again up until this moment.
I wasn't only fascinated about the film but with the subject as well, up until this day I keep learning new information about the vessel and the White Star Line company. It was the portal or the main reason to learn more about Titanic besides being entertained by the story of Jack and Rose.
The film itself is magical, up to date, in every scene. The mixture of the cinematography with the score, art direction, costume design, visual and sound effects in almost every scene makes it so wonderful.
I am always amazed the moment when Old Rose starts her story and then the ship comes back to life in Southampton port, to the moment when she leaves port, when being at sea and then crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Giving the feeling how grand Titanic was until reaching the night before hitting the iceberg you would start to feel something wrong is about to happen. Although I have reached the point where I have memorized the movie by heart, when it's about to collide with the iceberg I keep wondering would they ever pass it? As I mentioned, the music has a major role in every scene of this spectacular motion picture.
The sinking part has also its moments, and even though it's been over 100 years on its sinking but I couldn't help myself feeling bad about it, not just the ship, but the people that was carrying them with their dreams to start a new life in another country just to die in the freezing water of the North Atlantic.
Cinderella (2021)
Raising questions
I got to say I watched the movie twice, but even before watching I asked my self this question, Why do we need another Cinderella movie when we already had one?
So after watching the film another question hit, did we need another version of Cinderella just because has a different thought or vision for this story?
This fairytale is already a classic, there was no need to modernize the tale.
The big question that it hit me, why or when are we going to create our own original fantasy? Why do we keep on recreating and modernizing classic tales when we could have the option of making something original from scratch?
The film could have been better if it wasn't another Cinderella story.
Drunk Parents (2019)
Its funny from the beginning till the end
Although I don't understand the reason of the low rating, but the movie is actually funny and laughable all the times.
Alec Baldwin and Salma Hayek made a great team together.
The script was funny, the funny voice accents Alec and Salma did was actually hilarious in some parts of the film.
I don't know what more I could say, but when I was watching it with my family we were bursting out in laughter.
Why Women Kill (2019)
BRILLIANT!
I just learned about the show and I have just watched it, also the title of the series got me interested. Each episode was pulling me to the next, although I did feel that there were some plots or ideas were from Desperate Housewives, but I still loved the show and having 3 different eras was fantastic, I won't say it felt like watching 3 different series, but at least you don't get lost or confused.
I also like to add that my favorite story timeline was the 1980s era because it made you relive the 80s again, it was all done so great in terms of wardrobe, makeup and hairstyle and the decoration, all 3 eras to be fair.
The finale was a great smash, and the way it was done was absolutely brilliant!
Judy (2019)
The Return of Renée Zellweger
It has been for me a very long time since I saw Renée Zellweger in a movie.
In Judy, Zellweger has returned back to the screens stronger than ever!
Her performance and expressions of emotions portraying Judy Garland was magnificent
I am finding some difficulties finding the proper words to express how wonderful Renée Zellweger was in Judy to bring us a wonderful movie that worth watching more than once.
