Breaking Bad (2008–2013)
10/10
Wow.. wow...
26 April 2022
So this is my third time re-watching breaking bad. It has been several years since I have re-watched it. And I am rewatching it because Better Call Saul last season is airing and I want to binge watch it. In 3 days I have watched 22 episodes. And all I say is it is better than I ever remembered. Yes, people say it is slow. The 1st season was great second season was a little slow but once you get to season 2 ep 11, this is where it takes off full force. The acting is probably the best of any TV show I've ever seen and I think that's why the show is so good. The cinematography is phenomenal and I can't say anything bad about this. This is truly an amazing experience, that everyone needs to witness once or twice in their life. I cannot wait to binge watch Better Call Saul!

Being born in 1996... I just have to say.

My parents grew up in the 80s and this was our family movie that I watched as a kid. I had this as one of our first dvds for our mini van growing up. This is such amazing nostalgia even for me being 25 now. As a kid, I thought it was brilliant. And even seeing it now, this will remain one of my favorite 80s movies. If you hate this film, you might be cuckoo.

It wasn't that bad !!!
2 August 2021
So the acting is cringe worthy at most parts but was this a needed sequel? No!!! Did I enjoy it? Yes! Was it as good as the first one?! Absolutely not. Just let the bad reviews go, as a fan of how crazy the first one is, I didn't think it was as bad as the reviewes were.

A few parts really made me roll my eyes

Warning: Spoilers
Okay, so this was definitely a well done little hidden gem horror indie film. Premise was good, acting was good, the gore was good!! But if you were stuck down there, couldn't you escape somewhere ? I mean really?! Kate couldn't have found a simple way to escape? But overall I was extremely impressed but kinda not realistic.

A completely different Wrong Turn

Tbh I liked this one better than the original, the acting was still ehh but much better than the first one it really grabbed my attention because it was so different, the writer should have named it a different title. It was extremely entertaining, bloody and I'm glad I finally watched it.

Why only a 5.9/10?
25 May 2021
I loved this film from beginning to end. The acting wasn't the greatest but so what who cares. It was gory, extremely entertaining and the overall transition to the next story was literally perfect. This movie has been on my list for years !!! And I'm so glad I watched it.

David Cronenberg lol what!!!!
12 May 2021
This was by far the most bizarre movie I think I have ever watched. It had such a shock value and I got invested so much into it. I always love watching Cronenberg movies bc they are so unique, you know when you are watching them. He's the master of body horror. This movie was a complete 180 from his other films I have seen. I will never truly know what genre this was, IMDb said it was a comedy and drama but I disagree. It's on Netflix right now, if you want to be invested so intensely, watch this film, this was one of the most unique films I have ever watched. So vulgar, not much plot but overall I enjoyed it. The special effects at the end were awful that's my only thing I have to say I didn't like about this.

Intense and shocking

Being Mexican descent I found this movie truly hard to watch and overall so depressing. I felt so bad for every immigrant that thought they were going to have a new life and Sam ruined it. This movie could go either way especially people who do not want immigrants coming to our country, but I am sad/ glad I watched this. The character development was not good but the overall concept was great. Definitely go in with a thriller / action movie because that's what you're going to get.

A chess show, really?!?
1 March 2021
Starting this series, I had no hopes for a show about chess. But the first episode dragged me in so beautifully I couldn't stop watching. This is a show that everyone should watch once in their lives. I will become a perfect chess player because of this show. Anya Taylor-Joy, this is the best performance of a TV show I have ever seen.

A 7.2 rating !?!?
20 November 2020
This was pure perfection, the whole time I knew it was only 20 mins and wanted a whole movie. It was a short film at its finest. Beautifully shot and editing. I loved every single minute of it.

Amazingly shot, beautiful house in Wales. Great performances by all actors and super creepy and weird. Forget the reviews, this movie was actually extremely entertaining and enjoyable and I'm glad I finally watched it. Download peacock, no subscription needed. It's free. Peacock also has great movies in any genre. Highly recommend and highly recommend this movie

Halloween (1978)
10/10
My absolute favorite horror movie of all time.
21 October 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I have seen roughly over 350 horror movies. I'm only 24 years old. I remember seeing this when I was in the first grade. It was on AMC. My dad changed the channel and asked me if I wanted to watch Halloween (at the time I had no idea what the hell I was going to watch). I remember loving it. Every year I watch this brilliant slasher about 10x a year. It is seriously one of a kind. They don't make horror movies like this anymore. Yes they're are hella movie mistakes but on a small budget you couldn't do better. This movie really changed the horror genre forever. We wouldn't have had Friday the 13th, a Nightmare on Elm Street, Scream. Or even Jamie Lee Curtis or even the Thing if this movie was not made. Thank you so much, John Carpenter. You were the person who made me fall in love with horror movies.

Absolutely brilliant.

Warning: Spoilers
This was the last movie I saw In theaters before the Coronavirus shutdown. Elizabeth Moss will be the next scream Queen, she was absolutely brilliant in this movie. She's an amazing actress. This movie was so good. Yes, there were plot holes but overall this movie was extremely well done. There are two scenes I had no idea what was going to happen. Attic scene & Dinner scene! That's what I call a great horror movie. Tbh 7.1 for this movie is extremely low.

THIS IS NOT HILL HOUSE IT'S UNIQUE ITS A GOTHIC GHOST LOVE STORY
13 October 2020
One of the best endings of a tv show I think I have ever seen. I laughed, I cried (which I never do) and just made me so happy. This ending of this series was one of a kind. This show was absolutely brilliant. Spooky not really super scary but I loved every single minute of it. Mike Flanagan and the crew you nailed it once again.

Carrie (1976)
9/10
The first "horror" movie I ever watched. Back when I was 6.
9 August 2020
Carrie, what a brilliant novel, and a brilliant film. You can never go wrong with Carrie. Brian De Palma had a different direction in the film rather than the book. But all I gotta say, is the last 30 minutes of this movie is one of the best endings of any Stephen King adaptations ever. I'm actually shocked that this movie is only a 7.4 on IMDb. This will be the movie I can show my nieces and nephews, my children, my grandkids, on how to make a perfect little horror film. This is seriously one of a kind.

Was I watching the same movie as everyone else was!?
30 July 2020
I love love found found footage movies. I've seen them all. But this one was so incredibly annoying and stupid. Not even scary, not even suspenseful. Plot holes to the max, did I miss something while watching this? By 45 minutes in, I wanted the movie to be over and then there was another 45 mins! Not scary, generic plot, and why in gods name does this have a 6.1/10?! I hate ghost movies when the ghosts kill people. These directors and writer should keep their day job bc this movie was an absolute train wreck.

Nice little horror gem.
29 July 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I don't understand why this movie has such a low rating. I know there's lots of sex, nudity and violence. But this movie was one of a kind. The beginning is such sex ridden it's alm The second half is full of kills some of them funny. There's one almost death experience I loved (she jumps into the swimming pool). This movie was so unique, bloody, a great original slasher. There have been so many horror movies with online sites and I have seen them all, (Cam, the Den, Unfriended) and this one is the best of out of them. Seriously one of the most underrated indie films I've seen in a long time. Give it a try, the beginning might scare you away bc I was gonna turn it off. But I'm very glad I didn't.

Why all the negative reviews ?!
3 December 2019
If you all have listen / read about the story you would know how nasally debra's daughters are in real life, almost all the reviews are about how annoying the daughters are in this show. The acting in the first episode was not the best but every episode gets better and better. Connie Britton should've been nominated for an Emmy for this show. Highly recommend for any binge watcher. Just ignore the first episode it gets better and better.

THIS IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING I HAVE EVER SEEN AT HOME
13 April 2019
I never review on IMDb I just use it to add to my watch list, and review movies but oh god this has to be the MOST beautiful nature documentary I have ever seen. Netflix nailed it again. This is breathtaking.
