Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013)
Wait, this isn't a comedy?
This movie is so awful it's laughable, literally. In the beginning where they showed the first movie was kind of cool, and I was sort of curious to where it was going to lead. But then I saw the characters, and knew it was going to be a disaster.
The movie is completely unrealistic, I mean... Everyone is attractive, everyone!! Except for the one or two rednecks... And the acting is so, so bad... The cousin of the TCM barely cared when ALL of her friends died. And how towards the end, how she saved her cousin and said, "Do your thing, cuz" got me, literally, "ROFL"ing... Are you serious? Was that your plot twist?! Horror movie? Nope.
Avoid if you're looking for a good movie, or unless you're in need of a good comedy movie (All the comedy on Netflix is kind of bad.)
Psycho (1960)
Classic
In my opinion, Psycho is what today's movies are not. You have to be watching the whole movie to know what's going on. Today's movies, you could glance at the screen every once in a while, and you could know what's going on. Not Psycho. Psycho keeps you at the edge of your seat, like why was the cop on to her? Is it going to be a big part of the movie? Why do they care so much that she was in a hurry? Loved every minute of it. The music, the ending, this movie should be studied upon by other horror directors! Horror is an art form, an Psycho is the Mona Lisa!
So yeah, definitely watch it.
The Office (2005)
Never gets old, never will.
I'm going to go straight to the point, and say this is the most hilarious show I've ever seen. Michael's idiocy, and Jim's pranks on Dwight, and even Stanley's grumpiness is even hilarious! The show not only makes you laugh, there are some heartwarming moments, and there are some moments where you didn't see coming. And you know another way how 'The Office' is an fantastic show? The show was still good when Michael left! An huge part of The Office left, and it still was great! I've seen the ending of the office, and both times cried (And proudly so), because during the show, you fall in love with the characters, you relate to them. Basically, what I'm trying to say is, it's worth the 21 minutes.
American Psycho (2000)
Loved It
Before I watched this movie, I was skeptical if I should watch this movie because of the 'average' rating and how short the movie was. But after watching the movie, I realized this movie was obviously misunderstood, because it was a perfect movie. The movie leaves you thinking, what did he do? What didn't he do? And I love having that thought ending the movie.
I don't think they should have added the scenes where he killed the rest of the people, it's unnecessary. We find out further in the movie, how his mask his slipping more and more. And that's entertaining to say the least.
Breaking Bad (2008)
Vince Gilligan, thank you, so..much..
I watched all of Breaking Bad twice. Why? Because this show is so addicting, it never gets old. It's a drama, but it isn't afraid to add on some comedy on there. Like when Walter smokes Jesse's weed, that was just hilarious! And the 'meme' of how Walt Jr. loves breakfast, hilarious.
But, one of my main reasons I love this show so much, is how Jesse and Walter's relationship grew, and had it's ups and downs. Walter grew into caring about him.Protecting Jesse, when he didn't need to. He could've easily ditched him when Jesse was in trouble but he never left, he was like family, you never leave family. Even when in the fifth season, when Jesse tried to torch his house, Walter didn't want him dead. Like he said, 'He isn't just some Rabid Dog.' He truly believed that Jesse could come to his senses.
Another thing, is the tracks they picked was catchy, and made a lot of scenes, so bad ass! (ex. stay out of my territory scene) It was spot on, and the POV's was amazing.
Another thing I absolutely loved about this show. The ending. At the ending, it tied up (well, most of them) loose ends, and it had some moments of revenge, like how Walt killed Jack in mid-sentence like how he did with Hank. Perfect ending, for a perfect show.
The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)
Completely worth the money!
I rated 'The Wolf On Wall Street' an 9 because of a couple things,
1.) Leonardo DiCaprio's acting was fantastic, there wasn't a drop of bad acting on his part. (Obviously)
2.) The movie made me along with everyone in the audience, laugh like crazy! Especially during the parts where Jordan and Danny did the lemon- drugs(I believe that's how it's called?), and Jordan came up with the new stage while on drugs, 'CP'-Priceless.
3.) How the movie tricked us into believing, that some scenes during the movie were going to change the course of the movie's direction. Like when Jordan found out about the FBI tapping into his phones, and Danny was still in his house. And it turned out that he was too messed up to even speak!
4.) The ending, god we all know the movies that have terrible endings. But the ending of TWOWS was just terrific. I walked in the movie believing this was going to be an 'ok' movie, 'ok' ending, but it was the exact opposite.
But, if you have a problem with people taking drugs, having sex, drinking alcohol, nudity,-don't watch this movie, cause it has at least one of those in almost every scene.
