Return to Space (2022)
Breathtaking!
Awestruck ! Its next to impossible to grow from 0 to something extraordinary when the idols you worshiped publicly sabotage you.
Elon Musk is revolutionizing humanity. If we cant support him, at least we should refrain from creating hurdles.
Special OPS (2020)
Watched it for Kay Kay Menon. Loved it !
Happy to see quality tv series being produced in india. Way to go Hotstar!
Impulse (2018)
Disastrous depiction of an interesting idea.
1. Rotten tomato review system is corrupt(Gave it 100%), seriously!!
1. Starts with a good suspense and turns into a predictable family drama.
2. Acting wise, the French counterpart in the series acted fairly better than the american cast.
3. The idea was not explored properly; Often deviated off topic and turned boring.
4. Focus on the lead actress's useless victimization made it a complete wastage of time.
5. Promising a Science Fiction and delivering a tasteless drama has become a trend of YouTube Originals now.
October (2018)
One word - Poetic.
After a long time I felt the raw emotion watching a Bollywood movie. A little attention throughout the movie will suffice to observe and appreciate the minute details that the director has put to make the plot reverberate in your mind long after you have left the movie hall. I have never witnessed the sufferings that the relatives of hospitalized people go through. Now, I feel sad for them. The ending is simple yet amazing. Its a beautiful poetry filmed word to word.
Piku (2015)
Emotional and Entertaining
Wow...! I expect this level of expression from Bollywood. In the midst of nonsense and illogical movies, comes a piece of powerful and sentimental love, emotion and drama. It is based on a Father - Daughter relationship which people may call weird but, in fact it is depiction of situations of all old and sick parents in the world, specially India. Why should u watch it ? Because Bachchan Sir has given us a memorable and subjective touch through his acting as Piku's father. It shows how a daughter never forgets her duties even when his father irritates her by impulsive and relentless behavior. It shows how a man accepts death happily. It shows love is not a treaty. It takes us to a life changing journey from Delhi to Calcutta by road ! Just exchange of thoughts and love sprouts from strangest of places with strangest of people no matter what are the circumstances. Irfan is as expected, Deepika fits to the role, Amitabh sir is unforgettable.
PK (2014)
A beautiful movie on a serious subject giving a solid message with fresh humor.
What PK(Amir Khan) does in the movie makes you smile and lol at some points but at the same time you'll be compelled to think about various malpractices that are based on religion. Though the movie's appeal is weaker than Paresh Raval's 'OMG', but PK's alien perspective provides a true insight on the issue. If you are correlating it with reality then surely aliens cannot be ruled out from having a systematic and complete language for communication because it is the pillar of any highly developed civilization. So I would say science background viewers may find it a little obscure. Emotion is the USP of this movie as always pioneered by our bollywood. I wont get surprised if most of you watch it twice or thrice. Don't forget to have a handkerchief 'cause after watching some scenes your tears may involuntarily fall off, though you may be feeling happy :) .
