Science of Star Wars (2005)
Liked it.
I think it was great to see the way some of the robots NASA and Honda and many others have created.
The show was well scripted, except many breaks had C-3PO and R2-D2 talking randomly and making stupid not-so-funny remarks about things, trying to be cute.
Then a scene with Anthoney Daniels told C-3P0 that he wasn't a real robot, it was dumb.
But getting to see the new technological breakthroughs we have created was amazing.
One of the robots was a floating ball, like the one in Episode 4, where Luke trained using the Lightsabre.
The robot was used in Space, and would help astronauts during times where time was needed.
Halo 2 (2004)
Awwwww.....
simply draw dropping multi-player, A-OK story-line, and a well built game engine.
First lets start with the new gameplay, dual wielding, recharging health, new weapons, vehicle damage, new characters, and the new thing ***SPOILER***, being able to play as a new character 'The Arbiter'. I don't really enjoy the 'The Arbiter' levels, i'd rather stick to MC levels. I was shocked at the ending, once he says "Finishing This Fight." I grabbed the controller and was ready to make my way onto the ship... but wow, it ends... but for BONUS material, let the credits roll, after about 10 minutes or how ever long they are, a scene with cortona and grave mind will appear, with him saying a strange poem.
Graphics - 8-10, Had flaws during cut scenes, many textures appeared from nowhere.
Gameplay -9-10, Loved it, except the fact for the few second cameo.
Audio- 12-10. Simply Amazing, loved it.
New Gameplay- 7-10, didn't like some things, such as when you let the AI drive the warthog, they tend to get hung on objects, and go very slow during a huge firefight.
Multiplayer- 1000-10, Wow, simply amazing, playing LAN is so great, and Xbox-Live is probably the greatest achievement from Microsoft.
Stealing Harvard (2002)
Wow.
I had never heard of this movie until 2004... I was scanning through StarZ, and seen a movie coming on in 10 minutes, it had Jason Lee, and Tom Green... so of course i was gonna watch, I actually liked the movie, it was funny and had a great story.
A man promises his niece he will pay her way to college, and not really believing she will go, gets into Harvard. So somehow he was to come up with the money. His friend 'Duff' gets him into all sorts of trouble, telling him all these ways to get money. But ultimately they cant ever seem to pull it off. Lee's character's girlfriend's dad (woah), says a remark to her about her in-home job. So she decides to try and help Lee and Green... Even though her character doesn't like Green. She plans to steal the money from her father. Admist this hiest, many funny things happen, yet i won't say what happens towards the end. I would tell anyone to pick it up and see it.
The Matrix (1999)
Great Movie.
I thought that this was an excellent movie, being only 10 when it came out, i didn't understand many things about it, but now looking back, I'm 15 and this is a great movie, but i want to say that the sequels were not needed, they were horrible, way over the top, and to stylized. I would recommend seeing this one.
I think that without Keanu Reeves being Neo, this movie wouldn't have been as good. He really brought the feel of the character to the movie.
The 'Bullet Time' was a ground breaking new special effect, after this movie i couldn't believe how many other movies decided to rip it off.
One of my favorite movies, and will probably be for a long time.
