Bortført (2021)
Couldn't get past episode 2...
The mother of captured daughter just happens to go to Israel and immediately finds an 'old friend' to help her, and he just happens to be the captured girl's biological father. Hard to believe when the mother is 20+ years older than him and she looks haggard and matronly. Oh, and the mother just happens to run into a nurse at the hospital whom she knows from days past. And this nurse, whom the mother is now spending time with, just happens to have a son who is one of the ISIS members whom has captured the daughter and her friends! This is so unreal.
Vinyl (2016)
All over the map...
...no continuity, too much swearing. Some of the time I couldn't tell if we were in the early 70's, or late 50's. I kept hoping it would improve; just couldn't make it to the end of the 1st episode. No one stood out as decent acting. Bobby. Cannavale needs to stick with brief appearances in Law and Order, just brief.
Carlito's Way (1993)
Another poor performance by Sean Penn...
....I have seen enough movies with him and I don't understand why people like him and think is is such a good actor. This movie could have been much better if someone else played his character. Movie was mediocre with him in it.
The Deuce (2017)
Wow! Was not expecting such an ending...
...the ending made it worthwhile to endure all 3 seasons. This show was so well put together: the early part of Times Square and what is was becoming; second season the progressive clean up of it all; 3rd season the downfall and riddance of the dark side: prostitution, drugs, oh the 'beepers'....
A 4th season was not necessary.
The ending wrapped it up succinctly. Perfect!.

The Scenery!!
Just based on the scenery alone I can tolerate this 45 minute show (don't know why they advertise it as an hour as it isn't an hour).
Anyway, I am only at episode 6, and I really think Tonje did it as it is obvious she is still in love with Aksel. Eva is an awful actress.
Cousins (1989)
I remembered why I didn't see it before...
....it occurred to me that I didn't see the whole movie because it was so awful, and embarrassing. All the acting, especially Sean Young was immature. Then you had the groom at wedding 'trying' to do some kind of sexy dance, as if it was his first time trying this move and the directors didn't even let him practice. That is when I had to turn it off again. Oh, ugh...
A Bigger Splash (2015)
Why am I watching this?
### some spoiler#### I am trying so hard to tolerate this, but is has been over half hour and it is difficult to look at the rock star, Marianne, as she is so beyond ugly and looks like the guys grandmother. Let alone the early sex scene in the pool was a turn off...oh, did I mention so boring? Only one fellow is doing all the talking, which he has nothing to say. Is there a zero to vote on? Dancing unoriginal like a drunk. OK, 37 minutes....off it goes. I can't even come up with 10 lines of text! How about trust me on this? Don't waste your time. I would rather sleep. Why does there have to be 10 lines of text? Is that really necessary?
The Boy Next Door (2015)
Just like so many others, lacks originality
Nothing original, nothing clever, so predictable. I can't believe money was spent on making something like this. And the title? Couldn't come up with anything else? Sorry but 19 year old boys don't know how to use the words this fellow did to seduce her. Trying too hard to be poetic at that age.
You might like it if you like Jennifer Lopez.
Such an eye roller...
Unless you love the guy in 'Sex and the City', Aiden, Carrie's boyfriend at one point. He acts like a father trying too hard to be a teenager.
