Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)
INCREDIBLY OVERRATED!
It's absolutely impossible to understand why critics and Hollywood considered this ridiculous and boring movie as one deserving to be recommended, or nominated for 11 Academy Awards, including the Best Picture category.
Even though the film has lots of expensive special effects, and good performances of the whole bunch of actors involved in it (including Jamie Lee Curtis' part as the IRS agent), it is absolutely void of any artistic essence.
While suffering watching this naive product, I was thinking about other films which had been nominated to several Oscars before, like the excellents "BEN HUR", "GONE WITH THE WIND", "THE GODFATHER", "OUT OF AFRICA', "LAWRENCE OF ARABIA", "PATTON", "THE DEER HUNTER", "APOCALYPSE NOW", etc.; and came to the conclusion that films taste has unfortunately decayed through the years.
Selva trágica (2020)
A VERY GOOD (****) movie.
With perfect photography, tense music and sound, good direction and tropical reminisces to Coppola's "APOCALYPSE NOW" and Malick's "THE THIN RED LINE", this is, undoubtedly, a must see film.
The Private Life of a Modern Woman (2017)
Awful!
One of the worst movies I've seen in my life; and I've seen thousands of them.
The only positive element of this movie, is Sienna Miller's beauty on the screen.
The Hustle (2019)
A female "DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS" remake
Even not as good nor as funny as the original 1988's movie "DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS", starred by Michael Caine and Steve Martin; this female remake of it, is an entertaining way of spending an hour and a half of our time.
In the Tall Grass (2019)
Boring movie. 😴
Absolutely boring, and extremely long.
It's unbelievable how these ridiculous sort of films are still being made.
After watching this movie's first 40 or 50 minutes, you only wish for it's quick ending.
