I really enjoyed watching this movie with my brother.

Great story, well rounded characters and a touching ending.

Exquisite

I don't quite remember watching this one as a kid, maybe I did but I got to watch it as an adult and I was completely blown away.

The animation, the songs, the characters, the themes!

This is a bold movie, it's cruel, it's raw and it's heartbreaking, an instant favorite of mine.

I really don't have much to say about this movie, it's simply wonderful. The music was amazing, the script was very impressive also. I was a bit skeptical about this one at first because it shows a devastated Earth and and I was afraid it would terrified me somehow but it was a actually beautiful surprise.

Warning: Spoilers
I was quite surprised with this title, a grumpy senior man as the lead character who recently widowed?

I'm out of words, that's bold writing period.

The initial sequence is really heartbreaking, actually it made me cry my eyes out. My heart skipped a bit every time the house was bruised for the entire movie until Carl had the courage to let go, it was very touching.

Not for kids a too shallow for adults

Warning: Spoilers
Here's my review about Pixar's most adult movie ever made.

I had big expectations for this movie but I was quite disappointed. The animation and music were pretty good as expected, my trouble with this movie is how it fails to capture the younger audience and their shallow attempt to simplify such a complex theme for the adults. The "deep message" is at best the quote of a cheap self help book, they didn't take the time to develop the characters more because they were trying too hard to make it funny through the "Body Swap" cliché I didn't expect.

It's not a terrible movie but I definitely won't watch this again.
