The story is wildly inconsistent. The lore of the world changed without explanation multiple times per episode Seems like writers, directors and producers all had different visions.
Most of the characters where unrealistic and just hard to watch. Seemed more like a direction issue than the actors themselves.
Pacing was way off. Lots of wasted screen time. Failed to keep me involved.
Shioli Kutsuna managed to shine despite all the poor direction. Shamier Andersen was also very impressive. Obviously made significant effort to get into character. Really highlights the acting skills of these two, to be able to shine through all the cheesy macaroni.
Golshifteh Farahani was absolutely terrible. She seemed to be the focal point of bad writing and directing. Her bland and erratic acting didn't help. Her character was completely unbelievable. Making poor decisions one after the other. I was hoping she would get killed off from the first scene.
