The Rookie: The Choice (2022)
Good acting but a bit unbelievable.
Its remarkable that a single person manages to outsmart well trained fbi and police officers (not only this show). But, its entertaining. I just want to say that a snipershot with a high power rifle doesnt just leave a tiny spot on the entrance, it will blow half the head of...but maybe thats just me. Furthermore using a axe would be better on concrete. Its just a story, I know. I would say I love this show and the actors. Also the 'collaboration' with the spin off Feds. I hope the stories continue with 'surprise ' and not go on and on with the next serial killer who keeps coming back, again and again. But overall, keep it up!
Skyscraper (2018)
What can I say...
I dropped out when they introduced the criminal lady who beats guys twice her size, shoots one time, kills many, outsmarts everyone and cannot be hit, hurt or killed...
Really, when are you gonna learn in Hollywood.
Overall, its amusing but nothing more.
The Rookie (2018)
Nice new show with "Castle"...
Good show with a good role for "Castle" Nathan Fillion. Not that the other actors are any less...
Looking forward to season 2.
The Fate of the Furious (2017)
Nice...and just that
Well to start with... part 8?
Its more and more over the top sometimes physically not possible in any universe, but entertaining to watch with all well known actors.
And Charlize *sigh*...must be one of the most beautiful woman ever roamed the planet. But please do not talk as if you lost your voice or something...that to me became somewhat annoying.
But...its Charlize so hey, who cares 😉
Just watch it, enjoy the roaring engines and look at cars we will never own.
Forrest Gump (1994)
After 25 years still going and runningke
I've watched this movie 6 times and I still get a good feeling. There is not much more I can say about it. Its one of the nicest movies I've ever seen. Maybe it is I'm a Tom Hanks fan...
We need more of these types of movies...
So Tom...when is FG II in the theatre? ;)
New Tricks: Roots (2013)
Good solid episode
Whilst the plot summary tells the headlines, the story evolves about mostly not knowing about eachother and make assumptions. This goes for the killer, victim and the UCOS team. This is perfectly shown by Tamzin in the end scene.
The Christmas Chronicles (2018)
Just watch it!
Very nice movie with a lot of good entertaining. Blues in the jail reminds me of Blues Brothers. Obviously good beats bad 😉
Good performances of the actors especially Kurt.
Misses Claus also appears but you just wait and see who that is...
The movie gives you the right mood for Xmas.
Angels Sing (2013)
Nice and sweet
It is nice to see a movie with famous artist who colour the movie with music. Its a nice movie with a nice setting...obviously .
Something bad must happen before something good is seen.
But watch the final scene when Maggie meets Santa...
New Tricks: The Crazy Gang (2015)
All that begins has to end
Good episode where office tigers let their ego's prefer.
Sorry that New Tricks stops. Was a goid show to watch. Maybe a film can be made with a briljant story line like S12 EP 1-2.
New Tricks: Last Man Standing: Part Two (2015)
One of the best episode
Without doubt this is one of the best episode (with part I). These New Tricks series are one of the best I've seen.
These episodes brings them back to the 80's. Briljant story line and acting.
I've seen these 3 times now.
Gerry is the key role in this part. Corruption goes a long way and trust is never to found
Lucifer (2016)
best show I watched during a long time
Now this is a show that actually makes me smile and rethink some of my perceptions. With the good interaction between Chloe and Lucifer, it is refreshing to see that a very old story is to be seen with a new angel of approach. The best part is the role of Tom Ellis who is speaking English in a very mannered way. This with his blunt honesty, ego and somewhat silliness is hilarious. Although Lucifer is supposed to be a same kind of being as God, he has not all his skills, at least he doesn't show them. I think that the pondering from Lucifer towards his Dad can be more philosophic, the actual punishment regarding serious criminals can be more "Satanic" to the point that we would expect Lucifer to do. But Tom Ellis "Lucifer" is the best in this show without showing disrespect for the other players. Lucifer can do a lot but cannot perform on his own of course...
