Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)
A bit woke, could have been so much better
The moms scene that adds nothing to the story other than indoctrination. The racially ambiguous main girl. The strongest character is a woman.
The main girl if she was a good actress could've carried this film but unfortunately I think I know why she was hired.
Ambulance (2022)
Unfortunately Michael Bays worst film to date.. It's all woke.
The hard nosed latina who puts a man in his place.
Typically in a movie it's the air head woman, but in this the male ambulance driver is the air head who takes orders.
The white guy is the main "bad guy" while the black guy resists his requests but since it's his half brother he would do him this one last favor. Total cliche that ends up awry.
The lesbian who is all attitude and snarky the entire time with the police force.
This is a literal wokefest. I'm surprised there was no blue hair in this trash movie.
Also this is the least like Bay film ever. The camera work is by far the worst and overused drone footage, but I don't know why.. I'm wondering if he's just trying to get a quick check because of contractual obligations or something.
Either way it's unfortunate Hollywood is dying trying to make this woke junk work.
The Tax Collector (2020)
All the good acting was from Shia ...
It seems like the main actor of this film stepped fresh out of acting school and read some cur cards off camera. He sounds and looks to effeminate to be a tough guy thats believable. Terrible editing and bad acting from everyone with the exception of Shia, George Lopez and Noel. This movie was a huge let down.
Doctor Sleep (2019)
Absolutely terrible.
The acting of the little girl in the first few scenes was pretty bad but she got better throughout, but one pivotal scene where her dad died, she's like oh.. hmm ok well I guess that happened. And other scenes she's apparently not a good on scene crier so they would cut away then cut back to her face flooded with tears. The whole movie was off and very weak feeling for some reason.
47 Meters Down: Uncaged (2019)
Very corny, fun jumpscares and a whole lot of stupidity
I loved it, but I really dont know if its intentional or not on the comical side of the film. They make horrid decisions, somehow are good enough at cave diving where they can get around. Their oxygen is depleted very quickly but survive off a small % the rest of the movie. The ending was insanely bad cgi sharks/shadows but the funny part was the tooth she uses. So funny!
Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019)
This was our last chance to get the Godzilla movie we all wanted.. but it failed terribly.
I must say the action in this is wonderful, so much is going on, no hesitation. It starts off strong, but slowly we realize this movie is almost 100% propaganda movie straight from the media. The reason there is so much destruction is because humans deserve to all be eradicated like cancer because we ruined the environment and the titans restore the balance. But plot twist, the one titan they release isn't from Earth at all, he's a parasite of sorts.
All women are in charge of everything, army, navy, commanders, scientists, even to the titans like Mothra. Women make the big decisions with the exception of the end scene. Hollywood producers wrecked this by needing to put women first in a masculine role, it's unfortunate. I love Orange is the New Black, Handsmaid Tale, but women aren't going to run things like they do in this, it just doesn't fit it's so out of place and jarring you're like why is she in charge of this or that?
Silly movie, all propaganda for climate change control and we should eliminate human beings and put women in charge.
Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018)
Very bland hero film
Nothing makes this movie stand out from the others, it isn't special and the casting seems very poor with the exception of Paul Rudd and his sidekick.
The Redeemed and the Dominant: Fittest on Earth (2018)
"Steroids have never effected the leaderboards in our Sport of crossfit"
So right off the bat you know the movie is propaganda. Do people think steroids and PEDs don't make you physically stronger/faster and more agile? Because they 100% do and are used by the best, that's why they're the best. They took it to another level, this documentary pretends drugs don't help their best athletes. What a joke of a documentary, how can I take it seriously after an opening like that?
Deadpool 2 (2018)
Hollywood execs had more input on this one than the first Deadpool
Unnecessary diversity that adds nothing to a backstory. They made the New Zealand/Arab looking kid a terrorist when he gets old, wtf why?
Zazie's character as Domino was the most pointless character in any comic book movie to date. She was literally there for no reason and they had to make her back to put her on a poster. Hollywood needs to chill with this diversity for no reason thing.
It's like black Annie, there's no point of it... If you're going to make diversity in a movie, don't make it the most politically incorrect comic book character of all time. Hollywood this isn't pokemon, we don't need to catch them all and shuv one of every race into a film, it's not necessary whatsoever.
I felt like they tried fitting in too much political crap, after reading this review you'll know exactly what I'm saying.
Rampage (2018)
This is exactly what you think it is... And that's great!
It's a Rampage movie, I'm not sure what else people are expecting walking into this movie. It's fun, filled with action and very little on working on guy/girl romance which I always thought deviated from the plot anyhow. It's full of action, adventure and very slight amount of problem solving and that's all you need from a movie like this.
A Quiet Place (2018)
Cloverfield meets The Village
This is basically a non shaky cam version of the original Cloverfield story... It's literally the exact same storyline. I don't understand what's scary about it whatsoever or why it's getting such high ratings. I would wait for it on DVD
Den of Thieves (2018)
Good movie, definitely see it but it isn't what you'd hope for ultimately.
If you've seen Heat and Usual Suspects this is a movie with less resolve than those, but still heavy gun fire makes this a very exciting movie. Gerard Butler you believe is a tough guy with little backstory but you know to show the man respect. Definitely go see this..
What the Health (2017)
Propaganda
There are some facts in here, but are presented in a deceitful manner. Information on the nutrition is absolutely ridiculous. They call OMEGA 3 fattys acids unhealthy. They ignore the fact that b12 and taurine which you can only really get from meat is essential to a human being. Just a vegan documentary that's pretentious.
