Where to begin the script terrible the directing terrible the cutting of the film the worse I have ever seen. One scene he is fighting a sniper, and he finally knocks her down I thought out. At that minute he hears his sons motorcycle start he jumps out the window and on top of the van that was pulling out after his son. What's wrong with that you say well the sniper he just beat up and left on the ground when he jumped out the window was in the van?? The whole movie is like this it's not that you don't understand it's they cut out the part that would have tied it in together. After all these years we would think, they would stop having guns fire way more than they can in real-life the 6 shooter his son was carrying was fired 14 time no reloading. He fired back at a guy with a m-16 using his pistol. Proving they don't know what special forces are. They don't shoot 6 shots when the gun their carrying at most should have about a dozen bullets left in it. Yet they had him firing back 5 6 shots at a time about 6 times yeah the math doesn't work. I am not going to say the acting was bad because if you cut that much out of a film it will make any actor look bad. The storyline goes to hell because of this but there is one more thing that has to be said. I don't care if your special forces or a civilian getting shot hurts like hell and gets worse by the minute. Yeah for a few minutes adrenalin kicks in but that doesn't last that long. As someone who has been shot you don't walk around like nothing happened. You know during the wars soldiers sometimes smothered their wounded trying to keep them quiet and not give away their position. They didn't do it on purpose but that's how hard you had to press down on their mouths to keep them quiet. These movies are supposed to hire experts to tell them the basic like a revolver cannot shoot more than 6 shots unless you reload it. This movie failed at the production level, the director, the people shooting the film the people cutting the film this movie should never have been released. All I can think is they needed a write off so they said make a movie that will guarantee to lose money, so we have a write off. I can't give you any spoilers because the movie is so all over the place it doesn't really have any scenes if told to you would affect what you thought of the movie after you saw it.

This was the worse made "documentary" ever you have a woman saying with air quotes this was a white woman with blonde hair the public would care if she was abducted. The woman saying this is a bleached blond, white woman. What no minorities were available for this. All the reporters they used were white despite the fact the clips from NBC had minority reporters!? The one minority was Alan Ernesto Phillips I guess he is suppose to be Spanish who says it was a bad time for Latinos because of Trump running?? This happened in 2016 Trump would not announce his running for office until :3" years later. The case ended in 2020 Trump had zero to do with it yes this woman was wrong but lets not say there is no human trafficking going on YES by both Spanish and Black and White primarily like it or not Spanish. Mexico is running women over the southern border that is not an opinion it's a fact. Under Trump most of these women would never have been trafficked. Fact when Trump let office the border was the best in 50 years. Under Biden the border is called a humanitarian crisis by the U. N. Somebody tell Alan 99% of the women being trafficked out of Mexico are Spanish and it is Spanish men and women doing it. He did not belong in this documentary he was in it to push a narrative of the democrats and the station shame on them. Go ahead listen to his remarks they have ZERO to do with this case he should have asked the station where are the minority reporters ?? We all know the story it made national headlines to use this as a propaganda tool is why no one trust the media.

The mother was awful she took vacations without her husband and kids. What mom unless she is going on a romantic relationship with her husband leaves her kids at home? My mother wouldn't my wife wouldn't and she made this trial about her. She also proved she was a bad mother by leaking details the police told her "not" to who does that? A woman who wanted to be interviewed over and over again. The case itself was not a good case take the emotion out of it and there is too much reasonable doubt to make it impossible for a guilty verdict in just 2 hours. A lot of these cases become about the D/A winning not justice. These D/As get promotion and pay raises for convictions that in itself makes it hard to keep from them abusing their power. In this case the defense made a mistake the prosecution "lost" the crime scene tape then found it after the trial started. This should have been a mistrial from the beginning as of 2023 we know the police and the Da's hide or plant evidence. Note: I support the police but a few bad police officers have hurt their reputation along with some DA's who seem to be pushing agenda's not looking for justice. We have DA's who are far left supporters refusing to prosecute people for example Jussie Smollett. The D/A did not have the power to not charge him there was to much evidence. A special prosecutor was brought in and said charges should have brought all along this was and example of a D/A pushing their personal agenda not the law. If you have ever seen what going on in our courts today you would know that there is where the real problem is in our courts and in our prisons. They are the major problem with our justice system not the police. We need more civilian review boards to. I had a friend who was not legally incompetent but was slow. He was arrested and charged with burglary he was in Florida when these crimes occurred in the East Coast. The D/A and the police did not care they told him to plead guilty to 7 "open" investigation of burglary or they would ask for 10 years in prison. They told him if he plead guilty he would get 1 to 3 years and be out in less than a year. He plead guilty I asked him why he didn't do it he had and Albi he said I could do a year I could not do 10. He felt because of his record there was no way anyone would believe him. I told him if he ever gets arrested again to call me the police cleared 7 burglaries (not really) and the D/A got a conviction they were happy but no justice was served. Later stuff from the burglaries turned up in a pawn shop and the guy who actually committed the burglaries walked free. At best all they could charge him with is receiving stolen property even though he confessed to the robberies hoping for a deal. The D/A did not charge him with anything because it would show he put the wrong guy in jail. I mention this because everyone believed he had a record and were not told he was in Florida they all believed he was guilty based Soley upon his past. This why we can't convict someone when reasonable doubt is there. I am not saying the man in the above case was not guilty but I am not saying he was guilty either the prospection failed to make its case. In this country the prosecutor must prove beyond a reasonable doubt the person is guilty. The law goes so far is to give the judge the power to throw out a jury conviction if he or she feels the burden of proof was not met. This was one of those cases it was over a decade old and there was no proof the man was where she was killed. No one saw them together ever and yes people who seem to have the perfect life turn out to have had multiple affairs Dateline has shown these cases. None of their family or friends new this again proving you can not without any doubt say there is no reasonable doubt a single girl thousand miles from her boyfriend did not have an affair. Actually 99% of long distance relationships end up with cheating. How many young men or women go off to college leaving their girlfriend or boyfriend behind and stay together it is rare that they do. To have the defense say this and the prosecutor say it's an impossibility was a lie based on reality. Again, at best they proved she had sex with the defendant had sex with her but they could not prove what day it could have been 3 days before her death that is a fact they could not prove when. Since so much time had gone by they were looking at a 41 year old man thinking he had sex with and 18 year old it must be rape. The truth is he was only 21 when they had sex but they push their narrative he was a older man who raped a young woman despite having nothing to prove it. The jury is going by what they see and hear from the prosecutor and despite his lies there should have been enough reasonable doubt for and acquittal. I wrote this because I saw first hand what happens when a D/A makes his or her mind up they stop investigating and only look at their target. Google people sent to prison who were not guilty and you will be surprised how many times it happened.

Do not waste your time bad acting bad directing one scene he sneaks into a locked room then when he leaves he leaves the door open. The guy never notices the locked "room " is open awful directing and producing the slips up they let go. The characters are unbelievable as human beings let alone their characters the acting and script was that bad. My life is worth less for having watched this that time is gone don't make the same mistake. I have to keep writing to submit this what else can I say there is nothing good about this movie at all except maybe the woman actor maybe better than this movie i wish her luck and a better movie in the future.

I finally got around to start watching this I am 15 minutes in and the writing and the story is already stupid. Men do not walk free in 90 days after shooting it out with the police and actually wounding one with a bullet. There were a dozen witnesses to the other being assaulted and having his life threatened. On those charges alone they would be doing a minimum of 10 years. This is a major problem with the movies made in the last decade and t.v. Shows. They want you to believe in the character and believe the story could happen. Then the writers do such a bad job that only a kid could believe it. The problem is that is not their core audience. These studios used to hire real cops to tell them what could and could not happen. They obviously did not do it with this movie and honestly, I don't even think I am going to watch the rest. I have a feeling the writing is only going to get worse. I did not mention that three guys shot in the opening just when ouch no moaning or screaming. One guy is shot in the lower leg and walks without even a limp on it come on. Let me tell you if you get shot there is the moment of shock and adrenaline but that is not very long. What follows is massive burning pain in wars they had to have other soldiers cover the mouths of wounded men so as not to give up their position. Yet when you watch these movies, they can walk laugh and have a good time after being shot that is beyond lazy writing that is by definition awful writing. These writers had to be related to the director or producer or the company funding the movie. They do NOT even deserve to be called writers so if you have not seen this you are not missing anything and my advice watch something else this is a waste of time.

No spoilers you can read the other reviews for the bad writing the bad acting etc.... The original Manum PI was 6 foot 5 240 pounds of muscle. This magnum is listed at 5 foot 9 i think that is a lie because his sidekick Perdita weeks is 5 foot 4 and at no point does he appear 5 inches taller than her. I am sick of these little guys put in movies where they can out muscle a guy 6 2, 3, 4 , 5 etc.. weighing 250 or more. This is why the show feels fake take any combat sport and they have weight divisions for a reason a smaller guy would NEVER hold a title if he had to fight guys 100 pounds heavier and 7 to 12 inches taller. I love Spanish people and let me tell you just look at the heavy weight champ in Boxing the Gypsie there are big Spanish men. This show would have been better off hiring and unknown actor who was at least 6 2 still smaller than Tom Selleck but believable in a fight. Forget P/C in reality the big guy wins and even though the show and the fight scenes are fake you want them to look real and believable they failed miserably. Jay would have been better cast as the guy who watch the house like in the original Magnum not in the lead role. I like Jay and think he will have a great career but he needs to get a new agent this show might make him some money but no casting director is going to look at this show when it ends and go Jay would be a good fit here in this t.v. Show or movie because his acting looks bad his dialogue sounds bad trying to play a a character he does not fit. You might as well have had Betty White when she was alive play his young girlfriend that would be as beleivable as him being a tough PI !

This would have been a huge hit but the casting of Finn Cole was a mistake not because he can't act. No, it was this role was not for him there are about a dozen young actors that would have been way better for this role. Margot Robbie was excellent from her acting to her producing she could not have done a better job. Writers hate to hear this so do directors and sorry Margot so do producers. The success of a film and the size of the success all depends on the casting. You can look at some of the biggest hits of all time and the director will say so and so did not want me to cast this person for the role. They say I knew this was the role for them and you can look at some movies that were duds and it was the casting. I have seen some movies where the writing and directing producing etc.. were incredible but the movie still bombed at the theaters why casting ! You had Margot Robbie and Travis Fimmel both A-list stars and you needed one more to round out the three main characters and they took a gamble on a D-list actor and the result was a straight to DVD or streaming movie. Let me ask everyone reading this who they think would have made this movie better in that role. Let me give you and idea on how big casting is there was a movie Thelma and Louise a blockbuster but what is one of the most talked about things in that movie? A young Brad Pitt with his shirt off 50 other actors could have played that character. The thing is no one would even remember their name that is how important casting is. Sometimes like on Game of Thrones I thought kit Harrington was a mistake for that role. That character was supposed to be big and strong and demand the respect of others go read the books and you will never find a description of that character were you thought hey Kit would be good for this role. Kit is a small guy and hard to believe as a tough guy yet the director new something and he took the risk and casted him. The ladies loved him honestly I think most men feel like he was the wrong guy for the role. In this case it did not matter it worked. Now back to this movie casting Finn didn't work it's a shame because this like so many others had a chance not only to be a huge hit. That if that character had been casted better there would be a sequel what happen to Ugene after this you know I am right and you know no one wants to see what happens to this character played by Finn.

I loved the first and second one, but I have to be honest this one was awful if they had done this one first there would never have been a sequel. I look at the other reviews and the number of stars they are giving it. I believe they are also using their feelings towards the first two because two stars is all this deserved. I don't care how many talented actors where in it if the script is awful the movie will be awful. I was going to give this one star, but the acting was great. The producer and director set design etc... all did their jobs very well. The problem was the script they could not have gone farther of course from the originals. I would go so far as to say this should have given this a different title because it does not reflect the two other Kingsmen movies at all. I was so looking forward to this movie because I thoroughly enjoyed the other two. Anyone who hasn't seen this don't rush to see it you are not missing anything. Again, I think some people gave this a higher rating because they were afraid the series would be canceled. If the writing is going to be like this one, then I could careless but if they are like the first two, I would really like to see another one. I am afraid to that this one was so bad that it may have gotten the series canceled. Or at best postponed any future Kingsmen movies they were going to do. I don't know nor have I looked it up does anyone know if the same writers were used for part 1, 2 and 3 ? I do hope they go back to the same format as before with the same writers, director and producer they used in the first 2 I see this having the ability to run long term like the Bourne series or even the James Bond movies it will all be about the writing and the casting hopefully they will make another like the ones that drew us all in to be fans to begin with.

This had a great story and was visually stunning in all the sequels I hope they keep Amber Heard. Those who try and attack her shame on you thankfully Jason Momoa proved he is a true hero. He has stood by and said any sequel will include Amber Heard. Amber is not a criminal she did nothing wrong just because she left Johnny Deep and some of you prefer him over her why I will never know. Jason is going thru a tough time with his soon to be ex and he does not hold anything against her or vice versa. What happens in someone's personal life is just that personal it has nothing to do with their professional life. I have watched this move three times and at NO point like some of these trolls say did Amber have a problem with her lines. I look forward to a sequel with Jason and Amber together that is what created this franchise and Jason showed he is a loyal friend. I look forward to these sequels and all the other movies these two make either together or apart they are both professionals at their craft. People save your hate for your sites were trolls go this is a site that judges movies. To those using Amber as an excuse to pick on this movie. May I remind you this was a blockbuster hit if that is what happens when you put these two together let me buy some stock in that pairing.

Any movie that does not give you a proper ending is lazy and not worth watching horrible writing. You have no idea how the councilor gets into this or his past with any of the characters. The characters for that matter are never given any background either. This was a horrible written and a waste of so much talent I could get a kid out of high school to write a better movie with this cast don't watch if you haven't seen it sorry to say but even most of the A list actors failed to bring the characters to life just plain awful.

I am generally really hard on movies this is the first 10 star I have ever given, and I will tell you why. This movie touches on so many bases I will tell you what they are without giving any spoilers. Which is hard because I want to tell you my favorite parts but can't without ruining the story. This is a story about love, family, hard work, loss and kindness to your fellow man. I would add one more thing it had different races and even a transexual. None of this was to be P/C they were all in this because they were part of the story not forced in to just cover P/C bases. Proving what I have said all along you can have different races, genders and people who are of different sexual orientation if you write a good script in this case a great script. No one felt like they were put in this movie because they had to put them in there just to be P/C. They had two starring characters one white and one black and their race never came up why ? In reality not in P/C world if you make a friend of another race you don't see their race you see your friend. I am from a mixed family myself and I don't look at my family as a different race I see people I love. Let me be clear this movie isn't about race at all its about human beings and their stories. The fact that they wrote it this way and I thoroughly enjoy it Is sad and its happy its a roller coaster of emotions. I can't say anything else without giving up a part of the movie. I will just say this is a drama a well casted, a well written and a extremely well acting job by the whole cast I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

How many movies would be a hit if you took Cage out of it well this is not one of them. This is just a okay movie with and okay script a good movie to watch if bored but not one i would go out of the way to watch. Cage plays a corny and I mean corny gangster. I just can't believe it was written that way if it was don't expect much from this writer in the future.

I am not trying to give any spoilers but Tito Ortiz time in this movie was equivalent to a cameo. The acting was bad, the CGI was bad basically the whole thing was bad. Now the story plot well it was bad the way it was written. I can't say anymore without adding spoilers I will simply say with a good writer the plot could be made into a decent movie. You would need a better cast, director, producer and CGI experts. If you are reading this I will tell you save your time. This movie is awful on every single level do not waste your time even if you are bored. This would probably switch you from bored to mad or disgusted.

For the money they were paid they should have done a two part show picking up where they are today. Lets be honest "NONE" of them are A-list stars. I am so sick of hearing Jennifer Aniston is and A list star she hasn't had a number one movie ever. Thats as bad as saying she didn't have kids because she put her career first what career 3 maybe 4 movies i only know of 2. There are tons of actors that stopped had kids came back and made movies some made more movies before they had kids then Jen did in her whole career. The character Joey and Chandler are the only two that had t.v. Shows after friends that did well. Matthew Perry had hit movies with Bruce Willis. Ross can't even think of his real name. Phobee had a show on cable never watched and its gone now. Don't waste your time on this it could have been done on Letterman, Kimmel, Fallon etc.. The hype was a joke this was and interview and a bad one they never asked any real questions it was all softball questions and Aniston stole the spotlight from Matthew Perry he was barely allowed to speak they were rude and didn't even know Gunther had cancer he has since passed so lets not pretend these people were friends maybe Jen and Courtney but that could change by the week.

The writing was bad not as bad as Kellan Lutz's acting OMG all these directers and producers are trying to make him into a star and the bottom line is he just can't act ! When you watch Denzel, Keanue etc.. fill in the name of any great action star you believe in their character. You don't with Kellan you can see he is reading from a script. Mickey Rourkes accent i have no idea what it was suppose to be was awful. On the brighter side the acting by Ario Bayu was excellent we did not see much of the woman who played the Sultana but when we did she was also great. They are the reasons i gave this 5 stars. I did not go in to detail about what the bad writing was or what scenes were acted so badly i didn't want to spoil the movie. Yes despite all that the great work by the others is worth your time watching it just don't expect it to be a A movie. We had D actors and writers with the exception of a few upcoming A listers like Mr. Bayu.

The casting was perfect the acting was great the writing was great yes its like a modern day Rocky but it works. I will not give away any detils but Stephen Dorff was incredible in this. Stephen showed why Hollywood thought he would be a great star. He is he just does different styles of movies this was and Oscar award winning acting job by Steohen Dorff.

My headline says it all if you are looking for the movies that started this franchise this is not in that league. Honestly if this was the first one there would never have been a sequel thats how bad it is.

This is based on a true story and the first thing you do making a movie like this is hire a leading man that can carry the film. Strike one David was not that guy and the real life trooper was nt a ditzy fool. The straw hats with what purple or red stripe on them awful. The one thing about the state troopers then and now is their uniforms are always perfect and they never ever had straw hats. If you were looking for a history of the mob or the officer who arrested them this is not that movie. There is no back ground on the mob and why they did this nor is there any on the trooper. Lazy writing to a story that has been made into a moive before and way better. In short bad casting, bad writing, and historical inaccuracies this film failed on all fronts. I don't have any spoilers because there really is no movie here they didn't pick one subject to make the movie about. This wasn't about the mafia if you know anything about the Mafia this story has more holes than a sprinkler. This was about the trooper who set up this raid which by the way had zero convictions. To this day many wonder why they even ran there were no warrants on them and they hadn't broken a sinle law. I digress the trooper actually has a long back story and a intersting future but you won't see that here either. Honeslty you could read the writing they show in the first two minutes fast forward to the last two minutes and read the writing there and you will know more than the movie showed you. That is not and opinion thats a fact very poorly made but... Had they casted a real leading man they could have made this some what intresting. Lets be honest David is not a leading man and his career is playing the boob, the idiot etc.. so when he is on the screen no one takes him serious and this film didn't help him at all.
